i learned a while ago that the whole "most of the stars we see in the sky are actually already dead because they're so far away that we're seeing them as they were thousands of years ago" thing is a myth because stars live so long that it's unlikely many, if any, of them have burned out yet, but i'm still glad that myth exists because there's just something about the thought of the sky as a graveyard of stars that gets to me

I’ve been asked many times what someone should look for when trying to find a good artist. The best way you can do this is to look at their portfolio, whether it’s in a book at their shop or online. If they don’t have good work in their portfolio, they’re probably not good artists.
The shop may be clean, the people there might be nice, and the design they draw up for you might be exactly what you want, but if your artist doesn’t stand up to the points listed above, then you’re going to get a bad tattoo.
It’s okay to walk into a shop, talk with an artist for a while, and decide you don’t want a tattoo from them. Even if the artist has a bad attitude about it or tries to convince you to just let them do it, remember this is going to be on your body for the rest of your life.

FINAL CALL GUYS!!! PLEASE VOTE JUNE!!
Why you should vote for each of them and full art below!
Herlinde (by @timesnewfishcat for D&D)
Circle of Dreams Druid! Just a little guy who's 80% fluff and 100% violence (contained)
June Howell (by @reactorc0re for Monster of the Week)
JUNE !!! is an accountant from the 70's who got werewolf bit by chance, and.. just got sort of stuck in time like that. They're very conscious that they are out of place and not human, but not enough to totally make up for it so just come off as both super uncanny and super sillygoofyawkward. World least normal accountant worlds most normal werewolf <3.
A lot of their character arc has been coming to get accustomed to their own strength and scariness and step up to (physically) protect their much squishier friends as they investigate the various mysteries and strange occurrences of the town they live in. If you notice the green scaley shapes on their shoulder!!-- That's a scar from getting blasted with unfiltered magic from a big pit in the ground . long story :,].

VOTE VOTE VOTE JUNE!!! JUNEEEEEEE!!!!
Why you should vote for each of them and full art below!
Corby Crowe (by @beyblaiddyd for Monster of the Week)
After receiving a mysterious message from another member of a supernatural artifacts forum and seeking out contact, Corby became possessed by a magical book. Searching for answers and freedom from their curse, they contacted a supernatural investigation institute. Interning at the institution as a monster hunter, they were finally invited into the magical world of their greatest dreams... until the apocalypse began to unfurl around them, and they were forced to play their part at the whims of their bookbinder. Forced to lie and betray all their new friends and loved ones, they slowly learned that they had been doomed from the start, even the narrator conspiring to march them towards their inevitable defeat. Despite the terrible circumstances, they'll never, ever give up, even if it means having to flip the world upside-down to fix their mistakes.

Levlith Craephin (by @the-web-of-iris for D&D)
Levlith is a tiefling Bloodhunter, a mother of two who originated in the town of Icehaven, A woman of wits and courage, yet her calloused hands hold endless kindness and love. She spent her time caring for her own children, and many other children and adults alike in her hometown, a pillar of her community and someone trusted with the protection of many. Married once to a Drow bard named Briza, the two are now separated (but not divorced. it's complicated) she now reserves herself and has little interest in romance in her middle age life. After a terrifying incident and a close dance with death she came into possession of her ragged sword, as well as her newfound blood-hunter abilities, and soon left her adult children to roam across the empire and beyond in her mission of hunting down dark blots within the world from the shadows. After entering the coast with the intention of making a deal with the leader of a mercenary guild, she begins to meet new people and make new friends, and comes to realise she is now working in the same environment as her once lover briza. Together, the Silverlinings guildmates will follow requests, find themselves in trouble, and explore the unknown. However, what is Levlith's motives? What is she truly looking for? What is she hiding from? |O|nly time will tell.
