baby carrots + dip (hot sauce and yogurt) - 50 cal
scrambled egg on toast w hot sauce - 150/200cal
steamed spinach and tuna can bowl - 150 cal
cucumber to snack on!

NO STOVE NEEDED
this one’s actually addictive😭all you need is a kettle
recipe:
1 tsp mustard (5 cal)
splash of soy sauce (5 cal)
splash of worchestire (5 cal)
splash of hot sauce (5 cal)
chop a stem of green onion for crunch
add boiling water on top and stir
