A hard life. - pdlr It is monumentally hard to find oneself at the same place again. And, again. And, again & again. A place of hopelessness, a place of downright sadness and forlorn thought cycles just endlessly going through my brain. A place I once called Home, not it anymore. That feeling I once had, of belonging. Now, just gone. In an all too fleeting glimpse was I shown what life would be..... Endless cycles of happiness and despair. Of, sadness and madness. Of, success and failure. Of, Love and no Love? I don't really know what will happen now. Maybe, I just begin to exist. Or, simply not. Exist. Man, life is hard. I know it. I've lived it. Namaste, I recently was invited to Gokarna by @lord.psykak . I've never been there and just jumped at the chance to go. We decided that 5 days was a fair amount of time to spend there and boy were we right. Believe me when I say it's nothing short of acutual, Paradise. You ever have this scene where the cosmos just aligns into a sort of strange conducive alignment. Stay with me here, I know it sounds strange and kooky. But, there's truth to this. I know, that you know. This. Give it serious thought. Psychedelia beckons. And, when it does. Somehow, everything falls into place and you just end up experiencing some insane, out of the world... Experience. Well, this trip to Gokarna was mine. The first of a hopeful many in 2019 and the first for mine to this place, a literal energy center that beckoned and then told me it was time to leave. We sorted our trips, tickets and other essentials for an endeavour such as this in less than 6 hours. Caught the bus and straight up just, left. A good dosage demands it's price. And, the price paid were a recce, a stupidity tax, some cross country trekking and some light cross country running. All of which, leading to a true paradise on Earth. We camped right on the beach, swam in the Arabian Sea everyday for 5 days straight, lounged in a hammock, slept in a tent, vegetaed and took a GOOD dosage of some bounty from the planets bosom to quench the souls thirst. And, what a feast it was. Bounty and some more. Here's to memories of Power on a beach, shooting stars, a campsite takeover, light ray guns at night, paranoia, night trekkers and the NIGHT SKY. Namaste, As far as I can remember, I've always been a "Mamma's Boy". I'm not going to be embarrassed or shy about that, in fact I proudly wear a mark of that on my forearm, I got the word "Amma" tattooed there. That's "Mom", in Kannada. As a young kid I would stand in front of my dad, rather boldly and speak back to him even. But, my mom was another scene altogether. I would literally fall apart in front of my mother and always end up admitting the truth or my mistakes or something I might have done. She's my Wonder Woman and will always be my greatest example when it comes to life, relationships, love, loss, hate, failure, success and in learning how to be 'Good'. I try more everyday to be like her in every aspect. But, I fail. And, then I try to do the same thing again tomorrow, with a big smile on my face. The Lord knows I've let you down, you've stood with me at my best and at my worst. All I can think of to say now is "THANK YOU" and nothing else. Namaste, This is @wicked_das . I met him on Instagram, we smoked and then we became friends. We don't hang much, but when we do he's always making me listen to music I wouldn't have found in a 100 years if left to my own. He showed me SoulSeek, he introduced me to Genesis and progressive rock as he's known it and discovered it. We hadn't seen each other in a few months. Today @instro_mind and I walked up to his place to meet him. Only to be quickly swept up into intense discussions about music, an impromptu lesson for @instro_mind and some sweet music for me. He then proceeded to actually serenade us with a song that is considered an eternal anthem. Both, @wicked_das and I idolize Tom Morello and think he's a genius with the guitar. First, you will build a pyre. Then, start piling everything up. Every thought of inadequacy, insecurity, instability, doubt and stupidity. Stack them up, you will be done with them soon.

Remember, "Everything must GO".

Second, go back. Search your body, mind, heart and soul. Lest you forget something you needn't burden yourself with anymore. It's time to let go, even of all the things you think "make you".

Third, douse them in the fuel from your negativity. Use your angst, your anger, your fears and all your shortcomings. Your negativity is volatile, prime it now and make fuel of it. It will serve this purpose well.

Fourth, strike a match, toss it on that pile and walk away. Walk away, don't look back. That part of your life is now finished. You've rid yourself of the burdens of the body, mind, heart and soul.

Breathe. Isn't that better now?

Freedom from negativity....

Will you try again?

Will you make a honest attempt?

And, now that you have rid yourself of all that was never to be. Now, that you're free to be all that you wanted to be.

Will you be truthful in your pursuit this time?
