MAKE 👏 THEATRE 👏 MORE 👏 ACCESSIBLE 👏
It grinds my gears how inaccessible theatre is to people with lower incomes, disabilities, autism, less proximity to NYC/London, etc. We need:
more proshots
more affordable tickets
more tours
more cast albums
less old, non-updated venues
less flashing lights (or, at least, more content warnings)
The list goes on and on.
Theatre is such a beautiful, singular, and important form of art and storytelling that everyone deserves to get to experience.
