Feels like a good day to channel my inner grandma Linda and pick back up on some of my cross stitch. 🥰 I haven't worked on this in forever. I've never ever in my life fully completed a set of quilt blocks either. I would start them and then get bored and hand them over to grandma. It's hard to tell how many half-assed projects I handed over to her over the years. 😅😅 But now, I'm all on my own to do them. But it's okay. I will complete a set just for her. So... Yesterday was my birthday. I spent a good majority of the day contemplating life & things I haven't done & need to do & I realized... I have this following of people over here... & I've never really introduced myself to you. You don't know me. I'm just another random person on IG. But I want to change that, so consider this your "meet the maker" post. I don't do stuff like this because... well... I'm awkward & I hate the camera. I don't like to be the focus! & yes, I know... not a great photo. I'm awkward, remember? * I'm Leah. I'm 35 now. Very freshly 35. So weird. I am very awkward as I mentioned. I never know what to say & I tend to ramble, especially when nervous, like right now. 😅 I love to read and nerd out. I am a mom of four bio babies. It's where the inspiration behind the name M4 came from. I'm also a fairly new foster mom to two more bonus kids. I've been quiet around here lately for that reason. Trying to get used to the new norm. Trying to get everyone comfortable and settled and adjusted. It's been a crazy couple of months already, but I sure as heck wouldn't change it for anything. * But mostly, you're here because I make things.
