The first day of job might be among the most significant days one dreams off in his/her life. The joy of becoming independent and self-reliant itself is so special that person automatically feels the importance of it. Everyone from their very childhood is so trained that one feels the ultimate goal of life is to attain a good job for oneself. A person learns many new things from the childhood just to be independent at some point of life and then the struggling period to find a job all sums up to give a strong autonomous life to one. And when that special day arrives in one’s life, “FIRST DAY OF JOB”; world seems to be full of happiness for the person. My First Day of Job One such remarkable incident, I could memorize from the unlimited memories of mine “MY FIRST DAY OF JOB”. After a long struggling period of finding a job, I was fortune enough to get a job in a reputed organization. The day when the appointment letter was handed to me was all the more very special. That moment I felt as if i had attained the power of purchasing the tiny moments of joy for myself. I will earn something, I will be self-dependent and will be like my Dad in earning the bread , overwhelmed me on that day.             As long waiting period passed, the date of joining was declared. This was the time when some arrangements were required to made by me like  some formal dresses , bags etc were purchased and finally I was ready to step forward towards my new future and its upcoming surprises. Initial posting received by me was at considerable distance and I approached there by bus. Anxiety, hesitation, enthusiasm and determination to learn new things were some feelings surpassing in my mind. As I stepped forward into the office, old employees happily welcomed me with sweets and one of them made me familiarize with all the employees. After formal intro, all my document verification was processed. A new table with basic stationery items and a personal computer was allotted to me. Just by sitting on the official chair made me feel awesome about work. That professional environment had some magical essence in it that made me independent and self-supportive. With initial learning of office work, the day ended but it left an unimaginable mark on my mind. I loved that day when I was employed. Although from there onwards, everyday routine of office is maintained but still that “FIRST DAY OF JOB” holds its separate importance. Sahaj Bijli Har Ghar Yojana - An initiative towards electrifying India

Motherhood - A special feeling

“Maa”, Mummy, Mom.... Are not just words to be heard or said. It encircles in it the whole world full of love, responsibilities, care, share and what not. That little bundle of joy completes your world. You will feel as if a new life has accustomed and overpowered your precious routine in you. You become all the more active, alert and so very concerned for that small one. That concern of a mom cannot be compared with anyone else because it is you and only you who has felt every moment of your child in your womb. Those kicks, movements and heartbeat of your baby are felt by you only. That moment become although the more special when you heard / felt your baby’s heartbeat for the first time. Te news of confirmation of pregnancy or the start of journey of motherhood is so very special. You are going to hold a new life in you for 9 months and will be given pleasure to bring him in this world. That’s the time, when the therapy to LOVE ONESELF is needed because one can win hearts of many if he learns to rejoice by LOVING ONESELF. It has always happened that any person, who undergoes any kind of problems, is heartbroken and feels the stress of guilt if he is unable to handle the situation. The guilt of being a looser at times is very depressing. To overcome such conditions, self motivation and encouragement is very essential. Such thoughts of upliftment could be achieved if one believes in the fact that no matter what happens in life; he is the best and has all abilities to emerge as a winner. Winning the world is possible if one wins over all his pessimistic thoughts and become highly optimistic about life. Nobody except oneself is responsible for all his surrounding happenings. How safety of children became a high concerned issue for parents

Safety of each and every person at every stage of life is as important as being alive. But, when the issues hit the sector of children, it becomes all the more important. It is the prime duty of every parent to safeguard their little one. It is very obvious on the part of parents that all they are concerned about is their children, their happiness and all the required safety measures for their little wonders. Every parent according to their lifestyles follows the safety guidelines for their kids to ensure whether their little one is safe or not. When the children are under the safeguard of their parents, they feel fully secured and parents too are very satisfied. But, parents can’t be around their children all the times. That’s the time accidents that could be life threating happens to the kids. One such HORRENDOUS INCIDENT came across the limelight when an innocent 7 yr school boy was brutally killed in the school bathroom of DELHI BASED INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL. The wounds detected on the child’s body after post-mortem were so deep and strong that the weapon with which his neck was sliced went deep inside to touch the spinal cord, the wind pipe and food pipe along with ears were brutally ruptured. All this happened by the cruelness of the bus conductor working for the concerned school. Now, the question arises from the incident that how a bus worker entered the washrooms of the kids with such dangerous and sharp edged weapons and could perform such horrified task. The incident opened up to many crawled questions before the parents about the safety of their children whom they send with utter belief on the school authorities. There is a stream of rage amongst the parents, who are puzzled and confused with queries like DO MY CHILD SAFE IN SCHOOL, SAFE IN BUS, SAFE OUTSIDE THE HOUSE, WHY NO GUARD AT THE TOILETS and NO GUARD TO CHECK WHO ENTER PREMISES etc etc. Parents are right on their part because every parent today is paying high amount of fee and allowances to school authorities just for the betterment of their children and after so much efforts people are left with nothing expect high levels of tension and concerns about their kids. Such levels of ignorance and irresponsibility are not acceptable at any cost to any parent that took life of their loved one. This is not a small issue to be ignored but a real matter of concern for every parent to ensure the proper safety of children. School authorities except spending high amounts on fuzzy snow offs should spend more on security features of students and CCTV’s & guards should be properly implanted inside and outside of school premises including travelling convinces for proper security assurance. Every unauthorized personnel should be banned entering premises and all the identity details of the people working should be updated time to time. Language is just a way of expression not the essence of impression

Language is just a method of human communication either in spoken or written form which consists of words in a structured and very conventional way. When a person learns a language, it only helps him to communicate with the people around him. The aim of the language is just to express one’s views on different platforms and discuss things with his counter fellow persons. It is very true that if one is not clear in expressing his view through his language, he is not acclaimed at all. But it’s all about clarity of one’s language and not the choice of language used to communicate. The pronunciation and tone of voice depends on the environment one belongs to as area greatly affects the tone of voice & language and how particular words are spoken. For the country like India which is famous for its variety in languages and dialects (about 23 official languages and English being major Foreign language), it is rather difficult to encounter same pitch and tone from all residing people. Also, tone and pitch changes in very km in India with its changing dialects. Indian culture is so rich in its treasure of language that it does not require foreign language like ENGLISH to get it acclaimed worldwide. But, still majority of people who lacks fluency in English also lacks their confidence to speak their surroundings. It is an extra if anyone is fluent in English but if he fails to excel in it. It doesn’t lead to its failure in life. If this was true then GREAT SWAMI VIVEKANAD would not have fascinated millions of people across world speaking his mother tongue Hindi several years before English gained importance in the world. Today, also person in our country feels ashamed to express their views in HINDI or any other regional language but people across world speak their own dialects inside & outside of their countries. Eg: CHINESE AND JAPANESE always speaks in their mother tongue anywhere across the world. But Indians specially feels ashamed of speaking in HINDI their very own official language. But, this stereotype was broken by our PM MODI when he allured thousands in his speech at UN OFFICE IN HINDI. He boldly expressed his views in HINDI and his message was conveyed to all with the help of translators. The fact is how you choose to express and not by mode of expression. The language is just a way to express but should not become the only way to IMPRESS. Be bold to express your views, be confident in your way of speaking and always respect your mother tongue. Why always first day of school memorable for everyone

First day itself means a fresh start of something in life. As the person succeeds in life, nature of work changes but “FIRST DAY” still holds its importance. Also, School is a place where a child learns new things, incorporate new ideas and inculcate values; so obviously start of school journey leaves a remarkable memory in one’s mind. Although, when the beautiful long school journey starts, everyone is so innocent and gullible to understand that important start but still memory leaves its unforgettable mark on one’s mind. One such memory flashes in my mind about my school day when that fantastic journey of mine started. It was rather difficult to leave my parent’s lap and enter the entirely new world of wrapped surprises but with those kiddish bribes of chocolates, ice-creams my parent’s managed to leave me in the school. With teary eyes, brand new sparking uniforms, new bags & lunchboxes, I entered school to encounter same facial expressions on other students too. In that crowd, there was a student crying even louder than me that diverted my mind towards her. With small fact, I step forwarded towards her and offered her chocolate that I was bribed by. The chocolate wrapper shine could be felt on her face and that sweetness let the foundation of an unbreakable bond FRIENDSHIP.

We both step forwarded towards the classroom and sat together to share the greatness of that day. As the day proceeded we talked a lot and thereby with each passing moment we were letting the grouds of an pure friendship. In lunch we shared our lunchboxes and slowly with that sharing we were able to form new friends also. The day ended on a cool note with friends in hand and smiles on everyone’s face. As of today, if we think of those days, it will be rather kiddish but at that time of life it was best time to pass by. The memory is so fresh in mind as it left the best of it; my friends and their unending care and love. You really think “Do looks really matter?” People generally have a superior thinking towards those sectors of persons who are good in their outer looks. The outer beauty of any individual attracts the other people towards it. As it is said that glittering of Gold personifies its qualities but does that means “EVERYTHING THAT SHINES IS GOLD”? The answer is “NO”. So as with people because looks, appearance or outer beauty is not the parameter to judge one’s qualities and its vividness. Facial expressions and features are just a small part of the personality. But the major role of one’s characteristics is played by his nature, character, uniqueness and his ability to deal every situation in life. Every person has some uniqueness which differentiates him from the outer world. With that one uniqueness, person can do wonders and become a face in the crowd. If outer looks were the only parameter to judge the person than the world might have witnessed only filmstars and models and other exceptionally famous persons were just the part of crowd. But, it is not true inner self-belief is the quality that really makes a difference. Also boldness, courage and ability to express our views in front of people are words that personifies one’s personality and polishes his confidence to face the harsh realities of life. Someone may be extra attractive, gorgeous or handsome but if she/he doesn’t hold a golden heart and excel character, everything seems meaningless. First Meet with love of my life

The day had something special in it may be nature had its own way of introducing the change in your life. The usual things seemed to be alluring and exciting. I was supposed to meet a totally unknown person all alone at a famous restaurant. Whole day went with the mixed feel of excitement and nervousness. Mind was busy boggling in queries of how to start conversation, what to start with, what all I need to ask and so on. The culture of arranged marriage had its own path to find a suitable match for oneself. But the trick occurs when one had to meet a unknown for the first time and had to decide whether the person is suitable for you or not. The same happened with me when I was supposed to take utmost important decision of my life in one meet only. Initially, I resisted and hesitated to meet the guy and take the counter decision of my life. But after initial hesitation I agreed and a day was decided for the meeting. And there starts the actual war inside me.......what to wear, how to take entry, how and what to speak....etc etc....! Finally I got dressed up traditionally in simple and sober style and left home to meet the guy chosen by my parents. I gathered all my confidence and guts for the meeting. Generally, meeting a person normally is not a big task but when it becomes matter of life, task becomes little scary and you become nervous automatically. Still, I entered the place where the guy was already waiting with almost the same expressions and feelings as of mine. With initial hi’s and hello’s we started to talk. What the feeling it was! OMG! Unknown person, new place and that to you are supposed to take the utmost important decision of your life “LIFE PARTNER”. The conversation began about our hobbies, likes-dislikes, future plans about our careers etc..... In between those simple talks I gathered some time to have a quick glance at him. Sober attire and calmness on face attracted me. He made me comfortable in his company and I was free to ask any question that floated in my mind about him. He answered with all his honesty and was trans-clear about his habbits, lifestyle and choices. That was his USP because he was natural and was not imitating not even for a second about himself. After few minutes of conversation I was clear that YES he’s the one meant for me. But our meeting went long and long and we were enjoying each other’s company so much. The moment intruded when calls from our homes started coming. None of us wanted to wind up the meet but we were supposed to. With good bye that meet ended and I was left with only one thought in my mind “him”.
