I wrote a short little New Year’s Eve fic with an open ending but teased a part 2. Then I went MIA for 2 months, so this is significantly later than I thought it would be. But anyway, here’s part 2 even though it’s well after New Years…

part 2 snippet: He and Sirius have been through much harder things in the span of their friendship and they’ve always come out stronger on the other side. There’s no reason this should be any different. And while he’s only known Reg for about a day, and has nothing to base this on, he feels the same way about their connection and his rapidly growing feelings. The feelings are new, but they’re intense and real and he can just feel it in his bones that they’ll come out of this stronger. Or maybe he’s just a delusional optimist and both relationships are about to implode, but he really doesn’t think so.

I saw one random meme and now I can’t stop brainrotting a Coyote Ugly jegulus. It’s so good, my brain hurts.

the biggest reason i like jegulus is absolutely because i love the characters and their dynamic and just everything about them - they’re undeniably my favourite ship, they eat every single trope, and sirius finding out is always funny.

but there’s some small regulus kinnie part of me that likes it because it makes me feel like no matter what, i can be loved.
