woke up at 6am! took a shower, did my hair and skin routine, then wrote/journal all before 11am. i am proud of myself for doing better for myself. instead of letting my emotions consume me and letting my thoughts run rampant i got them out now and felt them NOW. i knew that one day i would get here but journaling in the morning has never come easy for me. i am proud of myself for being more than i’ve been in the past. i am proud of myself for taking steps for future me. i am proud of myself for loving myself even when i was in my lows. i am proud of myself for accepting that sometimes it is necessary to reinvent yourself! i am proud of myself for being able to let things go that would held past me in a chokehold for years. i am proud of myself for taking on new challenges this year and beating all of them. i am proud of the woman i’ve become and i’m excited to see the woman i’ll be in the future!
