I’m sorry…

I am not sure if it is just another mood swing or something simply went wrong, yet all I have now is the realisation

I thought I was doing alright and slowly recovering from a loss, yet the weight of everything that happened came crashing back to me and it feels so heavy I can’t think straight…

My recovery was going good until this point, I mean the first days were the hardest but after that I was slowly getting better, yet now…everything is spinning…

I’ve never went through this situation in my life before, and I’ve been told very clearly it WILL be hard and also for a very long time….the…the sudden feeling of loneliness, the feeling that I lost a person that I loved so much is no longer in my life, the love and support and care that I lost….it’s too much….

I’m trying to cope with it as much as I can tho it feels so heavy and…I’m not even sure what I want at this point…

I don’t know who to turn to, don’t know if I’ll ever even have someone in my life as I did before because after everything that happened…I became scared of every feeling and it seems it’s getting harder and harder to get through it alone…

I’m sorry if this came out of nowhere….it did for me too…I can’t….
