For this year's Asexual Awareness Week, my dear friend @gardeninthevoid asked that I draw his OC. But since I also have an ace OC, I thought "Hey, why not draw them together?" And that's how this came to be!

A little about the girls in the drawing: On the left is Pandora, @gardeninthevoid's baby, a rock musician werewolf. She's hot-headed, rebellious, and tries to seem badass and intimidating (and usually succeeds), but in reality, she's quite a bit of a disaster. Besides music, her main hobby is getting into fights with random strangers. She's a gray asexual, bisexual trans woman, and her feelings about sex change a lot, but she's very into her girlfriend. Said girlfriend is the leader of their pack, but what she doesn't know is that Pandora will usurp her one day. She was initially created as a sim soon after TS4 Werewolves came out. On the right is Serena, my baby, an extremely extroverted half-mermaid who refuses to put on dresses and skirts. She's insanely charismatic and friendly and constantly forgets that personal space is a thing. She studies fashion design and plans to help her father be seen as the great tailor that he is. She's asexual, biromantic, and doesn't really have an opinion on sex. She forgets that it's a thing as often as the fact that not everyone likes surprise hugs. She never really thinks about it, but wouldn't mind pleasing someone she loves deeply. I made her years ago, and she has gone through so many revisions and changes, and her current form has to be my favorite. She's been with me for so many years, and she will stay for many more.

Princess Mi Amora Cadenza, aka. Cadance + Shining Armor = Princex Eros, the ultimate lover. Even though their appearance is quite feminine, they hold the combined power of a well-trained royal guard and a powerful princess. They're seen as an icon and the patron of unconventional love and those who feel like they don't fit into the "normal" view of other ponies when it comes to many things.

It's been so long since I made one of those, I almost forgot how much fun it is. And yeah, I know, this feels a lot more Cadance-y, but this is what me and my friend wanted in this design, so might as well.

I've been thinking about this far too much lately and I just need to let my thoughts pour out.

I have two theories for a more scientific explanation:

Mews reproduce like mushrooms

Mews reproduce like New Mexico whiptails, aka. Lesbian Lizards.

Mushrooms have dozens of genders, and it's possible that every single Mew is their own, original gender, and all are only capable of reproducing with the one gender that The Flower represents. It's just too hard for us to categorize them all, so we don't even put labels on them.

It's possible that The Flower stimulates an ovulation-like process in a Mew who is physically and mentally ready for a child, like with the Lizards. They don't completely clone themselves from extra chromosomes, which allows them to chop up and swap parts for the sake of the child being their own being, instead of a mini version of the mom.

Then again, this is just the rambling of someone who fixated on the thoughts of this process for a few minutes, thinking of a respectful but scientific explanation for a divine cat-like psychic being from another world.

But now that I got this out of my head and on paper, I can finally rest...

I really hope this is the last time I have to explain it XD I tried to explain it as best I could

I FREAKING LOVE THE EYES IN THIS MOVIE!

THEY'RE SO BRIGHT AND VIBRANT AND THE THING THAT DRAWS YOUR EYES FIRST, GAAAAAAAAAAAH, THIS, THIIIIS IS WHAT I WANT EYES IN ANIMATION TO LOOK LIKE MORE OFTEN!!!!!!!

One thing I need to gush about before going to sleep. THE EYES!!!

The way they animated the eyes!!! There are more scenes but these are the ones I could find. They're so shiny, and glittery, and the reflections! I feel like there's symbolism about how the eye's are the window to your soul. But I can't put it in words. I just love how many times we get to see their eyes and the details of them.

Surprise, surprise, I have interests outside of MLP! Just today I finished some fan art for one of my favorite characters from Arcane!

Honestly, saying he's one of my favorites says a lot. I just love morally gray characters with lots of trauma, intelligence, charisma, and with a great understanding of what makes people tick. Also, I love asymmetrical faces with one fucked up eye.

Only made sense for us to make her CM the symbol that the CMC use.

Also, I’m glad people are finding her cute, even though all those scary and odd features. Means I’ve done a good job drawing her.

Sweetie Belle + Scootaloo + Apple Bloom = Adventure, a young, easily excitable fusion who is just happy to be alive. She does anything she can with lots of excitement and vigor, often ending up tripping over one of her many hooves on accident before getting back up with a giggle. She still has a need to help those around her, especially those who struggle with finding or understanding their cutie marks.

The first time I and my friend sat down on voice chat to draw a fusion, and it was so much fun. It went by so quickly and ended up with amazing results. She's so freaky and absolutely adorable at the same time!
