Irondad!
Guys, guys, guys, this is SO good!
Like the feels, the cuteness, the family trope and yet it is so badass!
✓ Bamf Peter Parker (as a SHIELD agent)
✓ Tony Stark is a good mentor
✓ Avengers are good self hired aunts and uncles
✓ Morgan Stark is a koala
✓ Nick Fury is a low key gramps (who is negligent but he tries).
Oh, but also warn the tags - murder, kidnapping, morally grey area, which I actually really enjoyed in this one. I mean familiar tropes but does not give the cliche feeling. Just read it and enjoy it haha :D
I just like sharing good finds. And the surprise tag and my favorite - the perceived dead tag. I just really like the execution and narration in this one. Like I binged it and fast forwarded just because lol.
are you ready yet?

Bruce jumped in a fountain during a gala cause he wasn’t in a headline for a few weeks, and some random journalist questioned whether he could be a good parental figure or not. Dick didn’t like that very much…

“Oh my god,” Peter said, staring slack-jawed at the vehicle.
“Yeah, kid? Like what you see?” Tony grinned.
Peter stuttered, his eyes so wide they might pop out. “Yes—I—it’s just—this car is worth more than me.”
Tony frowned. He grabbed the kid by the shoulders and forced him to meet his eyes. “Nothing is worth more than you, kid.”
Peter’s cheeks blushed a deep cherry red. He stared at Tony, dumbfounded. “Th-thanks, Mr. Stark.”
Tony cleared his throat, averting his gaze and leaving Peter with an awkward pat on the shoulder. “Yes, well. Cars decrease in value. Children are an investment, or whatever.”
Peter’s lips twitched. Here was the mentor he knew and loved. “Sure, Mr. Stark.”

Capitalism makes adulting a dreadful and miserable thing. And society lives to make it so, widening the gap between people even more, forcing the discrimination to exist.
Guardians who pay for their children to be called students, paying for the children to be taught and trained to be future slaves of the higher economical class. They call us employees when we grow up, did you realize?
Ah.
The sadness of living.
