I don’t care if lesbian women don’t want to date bisexual women. What’s really annoying is when bisexual women act like the only way for them to be gay is by being with a lesbian. Why can’t bisexuals just date each other? If bisexuals can’t date another bisexual, then why should they expect a lesbian to do it?

I finally finished watching Fellow Travelers for the first time.

**slight spoiler warning ahead for those who haven't seen it yet**

I gotta say, the "you are innocent" scene between Marcus and Jerome hit me like a truck filled with bricks. I did not know that I needed to hear that. But I did. I didn't think I struggled with that, and I was sure that I didn't feel bad about my sexuality. But hearing those words said to another lgbtq+ person, it felt as if he was saying them to me as well, and at that point, I couldn't hold back my tears. There are so many lgbtq+ people who are made to feel guilty for simply being, and it truly breaks my heart the fact that anyone could blame somebody for loving another person or other people.

I don't know if this scene hit this hard for anyone else, but I wanted to share that.

And just a reminder that you are LOVED and you are WONDERFUL, and you are capable of GREAT THINGS. And of course....

You. Are. Innocent.
