I made myself a goal last year that was unrealistic. Though I was proud that I came out with two works this past year, it was one shy of what I set out to do. It has taught me that I am not a machine, I have a life to balance, and writing, though hard to fit in, is still very much a part of who I am. I enjoy seeing the characters I've made from nothing evolve, create connections, help them strive through difficulties... even wrap it in a bow if I so choose or end it with a somewhat more realistic outcome.... I'm no longer going to set goals for my writing, I'm going to let it ebb and flow, stall but never cease no matter the gaps in between, because I can't give it up... but can't make promises to my readers that are unrealistic to my habits and lifestyle. So...I will give updates from time to time... celebrate with you when I release a new story, but what's lovely about being indie is that I make my own rules and there is never a deadline to meet. To my loyal readers. This was a very cute story. I really enjoyed the story, and the characters. I really loved it didn't have a cliff hanger ending. Lol. Yep I went there. I spent my vacation sick while taking care of a sick almost three year old. Suddenly I was the kids favorite parent...demanding absolutely everything from me.. even trying to regulate my pee breaks...Man it was rough. #momlife It started the day after Christmas... for that at least I am grateful. My husband wasn't a help either...insisting at a far distance that one of us should stay healthy... he may have been right, but could have at least got off the couch and maintained a somewhat clean home while I was out of commission. Psst I'm back. I had to recover from the worst vacation I've ever had. It sounds worse when I say it aloud LOL however it still feels like the truth. But enough about me. I gave punished four stars. A self-made billionaire gets his urge to dominate again and finds his match of a lifetime. I gave Punished 4 stars. It's about a self-made, bdsm, dominate billionaire...I'm starting to think Im drawn to a type. 🤔 And a girl with no experience, but has a hunger that he seems to only be able to tame... now if only she could decide to let him do his thing outside of the bedroom as well as in. There were a few loose ends, randomness, however I did enjoy the character connection.
