As soon as her smile was present, 2D found relief in knowing that the little jumpscare back then wasn´t horrifyingly scary to possibly get her mad at him, and once her arms found their way around him, his characteristic toothless grin appeared instantly like a flashing light;

"I was fhinkin´ of goin´ as a vampire zombie dis year, but perhaps it´s too ambitious. Was also fhinking of givin´ candy away but then it may look kinda weird so i´m leavin´ the job to the others. Do u have any plans fo´ dis year Aria ??"

“AAAAH…!!?”

                    Upon being YELLED at, 2D couldn´t really control his actions and JUMPED up in surprise, this resulting into the two glasses of orange juice to FLY in the air in response as his blue locks of hair suddenly spiked up as if he shared the genetics of a cat.

Turning around slowly and with teeth shivering, the singer suddenly realized his 2 glasses of orange juice were suddenly…gone. Kneeling in front of the shattered pieces of the glass, he tried to pick them up ( just in case someone happened to walk by and cut themselves ), but to his back luck, the rather eager contact with the glass only made a cut on his finger—– and a few other smaller ones on the rest of the fingers that tried to hold down the pieces.

Blowing sofly his finger ( the cut felt as if he burned his finger, so his reaction upon this was to blow air on it. ) 2D returned his attention to the question the grey face mentionned earlier. Him ? liking her ? He never had thought about it that way before, he just did so without questioning much his actions. On the other hand, he wasn´t exactly sure of what kind of liking the other was reffering to, according to what he heard from others, there were different kinds of “liking” and they were pretty different from each other. Either was the form of liking, 2D just blurted out what his mind told him in that moment, just as always;

“Ouch ! —-Huh… O´ course i like ´er, like yeah, i´m sure if you met ´er you would also like h—- ouch !

HE TAKES THAT AS A CHALLENGE. Eyes narrowed, face skewing & scrunching in disdain for the other man. Nobody, though Murdoc could get close, could pull off style as atrocious as that! Not that he wanted to, didn’t need to, either. His style was inherently better than 2d’s, a tribute to those before him – Ozzy Osbourne, Keith Richards, Joe Stummer ( great concepts turned into something better, he could assure, although the the reality was that he had worn the same clothing for a week now. )

Spindly, green fingers meet the belt loops on his pants. He pauses for a moment, at that exact position, to reach down a little lower in order to scratch himself. A necessary action, meant for quick relief before engaging in the act he felt committed. He realized the strain that’d be put on his genitals, pants going higher than they were ever meant to. – He’d be singing falsetto for the next week, a calculated risk, but this was a point to prove. Murdoc Niccals was no fungi. No, he was a fun guy.

Once, twice, thrice for good measure – he tugs his pants up higher. All the while, eyes still narrowed burning into the blood-filled eyes of his vocalist. They’re inherently lower cut than 2D’s, not meant to reach such heights on the body, and a result of this tragic fact comes in the form of a crude moose-knuckle adorning the front of his pants. He felt no embarrassment, but he definitely did feel pain – the subjection to self torture embarrassment enough. ( Not opposed to self torture, his dominatrix was a different story. ) In hindsight, maybe there was a better way to go about this plan. Simple enough, instead of pulling his own pants up, it would’ve been a hell of a lot easier to tug 2d’s down. A master plan for another day – a lesson to teach for no other reason than his own vindication. 

Curses are mumbled under his breath, along with a variety of different ways to damn both fungi & 2d alike. 

“ Jealous my arse! ” Starting out just over his breath, his retort slowly escalating up a few decibels until he eventually found himself yelling. Nothing to be jealous of, not the high pants, not anything – no, the story of envy one Murdoc would procrastinate on for another day. Week. In fact, it was a story not one he wanted to indulge in. “ I don’t see what’s so stylish about them. THIS is what you look like! ” Hands are thrown up, exaggerating his point a little more with dramatics. An arm reaches out, back hand primed to impact – but he lets it slide. Just this once. ‘ Stylish ’ said with a level of disgust, now using the crude example he considers a semi-failure into a scathing jest. He looks down for a moment to admire his own handiwork, what damage was done, before taking another minute to admire himself. A simple distraction, but it didn’t detract from his point: “ An idiot, in those high pants. ” Futile, he realizes, once an idiot was always an idiot.

                    A toothless grin appeared on his face as soon as he heard her mentioning how well he rocked his jeans. Finally someone with good taste !! Even after all the hate he received for his "mom jeans" ( he didn´t steal them from his mother ? he didn´t really understand the meaning of the name either way ) it was nice to know that there were people who still appreciated some classic looks !
