What I see if I focus on creating visual colours during a quite strong anxiety attack:

Why is it like this you ask?

I love the colour green but it tends to just be my colour for being unsettled. Yellow used to be a very strange colour for me but recently it has become a colour of love, as it's my partner's favourite colour, so I see/think of yellow for them. Blue is very peaceful. Water and all that jazz. For me, blue signifies warmth and safety. Particularly darker blues. All of the colours are muted as they are on a black background. They appeared most prominent in these areas, although not necessarily all at the same time, unlike the images in my notes.

I had a song playing at the time - mind flowers by ultimate spinach - which mentions the word pretty a lot. Pink is the pretty. Red is a colour I don't enjoy, of relate to a whole lot, but at this point I was getting frustrated with not having access to my own body, which is possibly where that came from.

Orange is a colour I forget exists and so doesn't show up very often in my life. I usually associate it with a friend who has an orange coat.

Not sure why purple isn't seen, probably because the gaps were filled in with black, preventing any darker purple from being used.

Did any of this make sense? Probably not.

But goodbye anyway.
