Ignoring the shadow is like ignoring a splinter in your finger. Sooner or later, it will make itself known through inflammation and pain. According to Jung, the suppressed aspects of our personality don’t disappear, they accumulate energy, breaking out in uncontrolled flashes of anger, depression, neuroses, or projecting onto others – we start seeing in others what we don’t accept in ourselves.

We enjoy every step, every new skill, every moment of creativity. 🔹 Overcoming procrastination. Waiting for the perfect moment is often just an excuse for procrastination. By starting to do something, even in small steps, we overcome this inertia and begin to move forward. 🔹 Meaning in the process. Often the process itself is much more important than the result. It is in the process that we gain experience, learn, develop, meet new people, and simply enjoy life.

The perfect moment may never arrive! Life is unpredictable, and it’s better to start now than to wait for missed opportunities.

So feel free to try new things, don’t be afraid to make mistakes, enjoy the process, and just allow yourself to be! Something new might become your favorite activity. And even if not, you certainly won’t waste time, you’ll gain valuable experience and new impressions.
