Flexing with a Baby Bump | In a bustling college gym, an unexpected scene unfolds as a 19-year-old pregnant man steps onto his yoga mat, ready to defy norms. His belly, a proud symbol of life, contrasts with the rigorous environment around him. In this vibrant space, where weights clash and energy buzzes, he finds tranquility in a stretching pose, embracing his ever-changing body. Surrounded by gym equipment, he showcases that fitness comes in all shapes and sizes. With each stretch, he challenges stereotypes and encourages self-acceptance. This moment highlights not just physical ability but also inner strength, proving that confidence is key, regardless of the situation. As he flows through poses, this journey transcends the ordinary, blending athleticism with the beauty of impending fatherhood. More images are also available at https://mpregstuff.com.

YOUR EXCUSE: “I’m Feeling Anxious”
Tumblr media
Solution: Start Smaller.
Listen, we GET IT. This is a really hard barrier to overcome and something that affects millions of people. The irony is that mental health struggles can make it harder to get going and exercise, but the lack of exercise makes the mental health state worse. It’s a vicious cycle (sometimes called the exercise-stress paradox), and it can be hard to break.
There is an overwhelming amount of research that links increased movement to improved mental health. Remember this on those tough days! It can be hard to get started, but try lowering your barrier to entry. Start small. Choose the mellowest form of movement, like a walk, a five-minute workout, or a combo of a low-key, short-duration workout. Whatever feels best for your mind and your body.

I know that was a shitpost for the latest Danny Phantom fandom meme, but I'm genuinely impressed and how authentic it sounds. How much of Dash's monologue is real advice, and how do you know all of that? Do you work out?
Yes I'm so sorry to inform my good people of Tumblr that I've secretly been a part of the gym fandom for all this time. I've only recently come out as a gymbro in this phandom via my creation of the current dp gym bro au meme that I've forced upon everyone in this good holy christian space. I mix whey protein into my overnight oats, I track my macros, and I have a closet full of Gym Girlie Outfits™️.
And just know it's a badge of honor that I carry to be able to say I've converted multiple members of the Danny Phantom phandom into regular gym goers as well 💪

I like doing quick at home workouts especially on days where I have to stay on the computer for most of the day.
These are some of the YouTube channels I’ll follow routines from.

the thing abt mental illness that sucks is. the stuff that people tell you makes it better doesn't actually always make it better in the moment. and it's hard when ur low energy but i think a lot of people get this idea of "it doesn't help so i'm not going to do it" but sometimes you gotta reframe it and see it as like. okay this doesn't make it better but it's also not going to make it worse. like washing your face might not make you feel better but it also won't make it worse. gentle exercise won't necessarily make you feel but it won't make you feel worse. going outside isn't going to fix anything but it also won't make it worse. trying to see them as neutral things rather than a magic cure. and the thing is over time when these things build up and it becomes routine, it DOES make it better. but it takes time and consistency. in the meantime though it won't make it worse.

today i restarted an old gym membership and went to it for the first time in over five years! it was very fun, i dont know if i pushed a little too much or not. i will find out the consequences of that later 👍 the old man who has been constantly working on there at any hour of any day i come in is still there. he will always be there. he is the one constant on this dog gone earth.

If you can't win the battle in your mind...
You can't win.
The most powerful enemy you will ever face lives inside you.
It knows exactly what to say to you to get you to justify actions that are less than your standard.
It knows what to say to you to get you to settle.
It knows what to say to you to get you to quit when things get hard.
It knows what to say to you that will cost you all of your hopes, dreams, and everything you've ever wanted in your life.
If you can't win that battle...
You can't win any of them.
Stay focused on what you really want and never let the enemy within talk you out of it.
Conquer your mind.
Conquer your life.

what’s your favourite gym workout?
and are you a legs exercise enjoyer or do you hate legs?
This is a curious question format Anon. If my favourite exercise was a leg exercise question 2 would be redundant. It would also be a strange declaration to 'hate legs'. Anyway ...
I don't have a favourite exercise in the gym. It's important to focus on all aspects of fitness and all parts of the body, else it is likely the weakest point will fail. I like a varied gym workout, and exercise that is not in the gym too.
I can't deny some weighted press ups are fun . Especially with a @squidsinashirt size weight 😁💚💛
