Through the Shadows: Art as a Light in the Dark
Creativity ain’t just a hobby—it’s a lifeline. When life backs you into a corner, when the weight of expectations and struggle makes it hard to breathe, art becomes more than expression. It’s survival. For young Black men, constantly told to be strong but rarely given space to be vulnerable, the act of creating is rebellion. It’s permission to feel. This is a journey through the darkness, an…

manifestation can be however you like
you don't need to affirm, persist, visualize, live in the end, robotically affirm, or write down affirmations in a journal to confirm your desire is already yours. neither do you need to detach, let go, or enter the sabbath state.
you can do whatever you want to manifest your desires, and the same goes for shifting. you don't need a method or any special technique. if you're doing something that feels right, that feels enough, then stick to it. you don't need to step out of your comfort zone or put in effort to get what you want. manifestation is effortless and supposed to be fun. don't force yourself to do something you aren't enjoying.
i just manifested a vape out of the blue, even though the environment in my 3d was such that i would most likely not get one. i didn't detach, i didn't do anything extra. in fact, i was obsessed with my desire (nic cravings are NOT fun guys..). i was doubting, i was wavering. i was starting to think i wouldn't get it at all. still, i manifested to the best of my ability. listened to subliminals, acted like i already had it (just a few times) and felt the joy and relief of a nic buzz before actually having one. that's literally all i did. i was so obsessed and couldn't "detach" or "let go" like i normally do, and i still got it. this goes to show that there's no ideal mindset, no ideal state, no ideal technique for shifting and manifesting. you can literally do anything, or do nothing, and still get your desire. as long as you do what you like without taking the fun away from the process, i assure you that you'll get your desire. there's no one way to manifest or shift. i literally just shifted to this parallel cr where i have my desire in under an hour. i decided, and so i received. if i can do it, so can you my friend ;)

Your moon sign and the best manifestation techniques for you
In astrology, your Moon sign represents your inner self: your emotions, intuition, and natural instincts. Unlike your Sun sign, which shows how you present yourself to the world, your Moon sign is all about how you feel and connect to your deeper desires.
Because manifestation is about aligning your thoughts, emotions, and actions to bring your dreams into reality, understanding your Moon sign can help you pick a manifestation method that works best for you.
This can also apply to what house your moon is in.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
1. Aries Moon
Action-Based Manifestation
If your Moon is in Aries, you’re driven by passion, enthusiasm, and a need for action. Aries Moons often feel things intensely and have a “go-getter” attitude.
Best Method: Physical Action Manifestation
- Set a clear, strong intention for what you want, and then take immediate action toward it.
- Make a vision board or list, but focus more on doing things that bring you closer to your goals.
- Try “energy-boosting rituals,” like lighting a red candle or working out while thinking about your goals.
*.✧ 🦢
2. Taurus Moon
Visualization and Sensory Manifestation
Taurus Moons value stability, comfort, and pleasure. You connect best through physical senses, so you need to feel your manifestation in a tangible way.
Best Method : Sensory Visualization
- Sit in a comfortable space and imagine your dream life with all five senses. Picture the colors, sounds, scents, textures, and even tastes of your goal.
- Use physical objects, like stones, candles, or money, as manifestation symbols.
- Write affirmations about your desires in a journal, and keep them somewhere you see every day.
*.✧ 🦢
3. Gemini Moon
Verbal and Written Manifestation
With a Gemini Moon, you’re naturally communicative, curious, and mentally active. You connect easily with words, making verbal or written manifestation very effective.
Best Method : Journaling and Scripting
- Write about your dreams as if they’re already happening. Describe them in detail, as if telling a story.
- Practice “affirmation speaking,” where you say what you want out loud as if it’s already true.
- Keep a manifestation journal and revisit it daily to keep your thoughts and energy aligned.
*.✧ 🦢
4. Cancer Moon
Emotional and Intuitive Manifestation
Cancer Moons are deeply sensitive and intuitive, meaning you manifest best when you connect to your feelings. You need to feel your desire deeply to believe in it.
Best Method: Emotion-Focused Visualization
- Picture yourself experiencing your goal and focus on how it makes you feel.
- Use moon rituals or water-based activities, like writing your goal on paper and setting it under moonlight.
- Connect with your heart, imagining the joy, peace, and comfort you’ll feel once your dream is real.
*.✧ 🦢
Tumblr media Tumblr media
5. Leo Moon
Creative Visualization and Affirmations
If you have a Leo Moon, you’re naturally expressive, confident, and full of warmth. Leo Moons thrive when they bring creativity into manifestation.
Best Method : Creative Visualization with Affirmations
- Use mirror affirmations: say your desires out loud while looking at yourself in the mirror to boost self-confidence.
- Create a vision board with bright, inspiring images and colors that match your goals.
- Visualize yourself shining and receiving praise for achieving your goals, like watching yourself on a stage.
*.✧ 🦢
6. Virgo Moon
Practical Planning and Daily Affirmations
Virgo Moons are detail-oriented, analytical, and practical. You feel best when things are organized and clear, so a structured approach works wonders for you.
Best Method: Goal Setting with Step-by-Step Plans
- Write a detailed plan for each goal, breaking it down into small, achievable steps.
- Use daily affirmations that keep you focused on steady progress.
- Dedicate a “manifestation notebook” where you track your progress and reflect on what’s working.
*.✧ 🦢
7. Libra Moon
Balance, Visualization, and Partnership
Libra Moons value harmony, balance, and connection with others. You manifest best in environments where you feel calm, and often benefit from working with someone else.
Best Method : harmonised Visualization and Partnership Manifestation
- Visualize your goal in a peaceful setting. Think of a serene scene that represents your dream life.
- Use positive affirmations for balance and harmony, like “I attract peaceful, joyful experiences.”
- Consider finding a “manifestation buddy” to set goals together and support each other.
*.✧ 🦢
Tumblr media Tumblr media
8. Scorpio Moon
Deep, Intuitive, and Transformation Rituals
Scorpio Moons feel emotions intensely and are highly intuitive. You connect deeply with transformative and spiritual practices, so you manifest best through focused, powerful rituals.
Best Method : Intense Visualization and Transformation Rituals
- Use candle rituals, incense, or crystals to amplify your manifestation energy.
- Practice “shadow work” — explore hidden desires and be honest about what you truly want.
- Use visualization, imagining yourself completely transformed and in your ideal reality.
*.✧ 🦢
9. Sagittarius Moon
Adventure and Abundance Manifestation
Sagittarius Moons are optimistic, freedom-loving, and drawn to adventure. You need a manifestation method that feels fun, big, and open-minded.
Best Method : Future Vision and Gratitude Practices
- Imagine your goal as an adventure waiting to unfold, feeling the excitement it brings.
- Use gratitude journaling: write down everything you’re grateful for daily, especially things that relate to your dream life.
- Dream big — don’t be afraid to visualize goals that may seem “out of reach” and trust the process.
*.✧ 🦢
10. Capricorn Moon
Goal Setting with a Focused Plan
Capricorn Moons are practical, determined, and ambitious. You manifest best with structured goals and long-term focus, often preferring realistic methods over “magical” approaches.
Best Method : Structured Goal Setting and Visualization
- Set a clear, realistic goal and create a plan of action with deadlines.
- Visualize yourself achieving each milestone and feel the sense of accomplishment.
- Create a “success board” where you note each step you complete, keeping you motivated and focused.
*.✧ 🦢
11. Aquarius Moon
Unique Visualization and Group Manifestation
Aquarius Moons are original thinkers, independent, and open-minded. You thrive with unique, forward-thinking methods, and may enjoy manifesting in a group setting.
Best Method : Creative Visualization and Group Manifesting
- Try out-of-the-box visualization techniques, like drawing or making abstract art that represents your goals.
- Write affirmations on sticky notes around your room, or visualize your dream while listening to uplifting music.
- Manifest with like-minded friends or groups, as shared energy aligns with Aquarius’ love for community.
*.✧ 🦢
12. Pisces Moon
Spiritual and Dream-Based Manifestation
Pisces Moons are dreamy, intuitive, and deeply spiritual. You connect best with manifestation methods that feel magical, gentle, and imaginative.
Best Method : Dream Journaling and Meditation
- Before sleeping, visualize your dreams as if they’re happening right now, letting your imagination flow.
- Keep a dream journal by your bed and write down any insights you get upon waking.
- Use guided meditations or spend time by water (like a lake or river) while focusing on your dreams to enhance your natural intuition
*.✧ 🦢
Manifestation is most powerful when it feels like an authentic extension of you.
*.✧ 🦢

⋆.˚ ᡣ𐭩 .𖥔˚ EVERY METHOD WORKS BECAUSE YOU DECIDE IT DOES!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎You ever just sit there spiraling like, "Which method works best? Which one is the secret formula? Which one is actually gonna flip my life upside down the fastest?" Be serious. The method? Girl, irrelevant. It’s YOU. It’s always been you.
‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎Law of Assumption? Works. Law of Attraction? Works. The Void, pure consciousness, I AM state? Yeah, that too. Reality shifting? Absolutely. Subliminals? Of course. Journaling, affirming, visualizing, scripting, even just aggressively daydreaming and living in the end while staring out the window like a misunderstood main character? It all works because YOU DECIDE IT DOES!
‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎Every method you ever doubted, every technique you put on a pedestal like it was some mystical sacred artifact, works because you decide it does. You are not chasing some magical ritual. YOU are the magic. YOU are the beginning, the middle, and the end of everything you experience. Honestly though? The methods are cute. Imagine as if they’re accessories to your power. You could literally sit in a bathtub eating cereal and manifest your dream life if you wanted to LMAO. You could blink twice and decide you shifted into a whole new timeline. You could do absolutely nothing but breathe and it would still happen, because it was never about the method—it was about you the whole time.
‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎You are the writer, director, lead actor, and executive producer of your reality. The methods are props on YOUR set. They’re helpful if you want them to be, but you could burn the whole script and improvise and the universe (or your subconscious...) would still follow your lead. YOU set the rules. YOU are the engine behind every manifestation, every shift, every quantum leap. It's not about "finding the best way." It's about realizing that you already are the way.
‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎When you finally stop giving your power away to techniques and start owning it, everything clicks. Everything flows. Life stops being this endless game of "Am I doing it right?" and becomes this effortless 'Of course it’s happening. It’s already mine.'
‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎It’s never been about the "how." It's always been about the "who." And the "who" has been you, every second, every breath, every blink. YOU are the constant. YOU are the key. YOU are the entire blueprint!

Write about your spiritual worldview—your thoughts on magic, the divine, karma, or the universe.
2. Rituals & Spells
Include any spells or rituals you’ve performed (or plan to). Add ingredients, tools, steps, and your results.

Keep a record of magical associations (e.g., green = prosperity, rosemary = protection). Include colors, herbs, crystals, and elements.
4. Meditation & Visualization
Write down guided meditations or visualization exercises that help you connect with your inner self or higher energies.
5. Dreams & Divination
Record your dreams, tarot spreads, rune casts, or other forms of divination. Note interpretations and any messages received.

7. Gratitude & Affirmations
Include gratitude lists and affirmations to support a positive mindset and keep your intentions focused.
8. Deities & Spirits
If you work with deities, spirits, or guides, document their names, myths, correspondences, and offerings you use.
9. Herbalism & Aromatherapy
Track herbs, essential oils, their magical and healing uses, and recipes for tinctures, oils, or spell blends.
10. Energy Work
Include information on chakras, energy centers, Reiki techniques, or any form of energy healing you practice.
11. Ethics & Values
Write about your spiritual ethics—your views on harm, consent, responsibility, and what guides your magical actions.
12. Astrology & Numerology
Explore zodiac signs, planetary influences, and numerological meanings you find meaningful.
13. Moon Phases & Sabbats
Note each moon phase, the Sabbats you celebrate, and the rituals or themes that guide those times.

2025 : #14 take care of your energy
Tumblr media Tumblr media
✒️..Energy is at the core of everything we do. It shapes how we feel, how we act, and even what we attract into our lives. If you’ve been feeling drained, stuck, or disconnected from yourself, it may be time to take a closer look at your energy care routine. Ask urself: do you have practices in place to reset and refresh your energy?
So how energy plays a key role in manifesting your dream life and how you can harness it to transform your day-to-day experience. !
Step 1: Energy Awareness
The first step in working with your energy is being aware of it. To effectively care for your energy, you need to know what you're working with. Awareness helps you identify areas that need healing or shifts, so you can address them before they become bigger issues.
How to Become Aware of Your Energy ?
Meditation: Try a body scan meditation to connect with how your body is feeling. Close your eyes, relax, and mentally check in with each part of your body—your head, chest, shoulders, legs. Notice any tension, discomfort, or emotional weight. Pay attention to what your body is trying to communicate, even if it’s a subtle feeling or thought.
Journaling: Take time to write down what’s on your mind. Brain dumping your worries, emotions, or stresses helps you understand your emotional state and energy. Are you holding onto negative thoughts? Is there an unresolved emotion lingering in your mind? Journaling allows you to externalize your feelings, giving you clarity and insight.
By practicing these techniques you’ll become more attuned to ur energy and better equipped to take care of it.
Step 2: Energy Cleansing
Once you’re aware of your energy, it's time to cleanse and reset it. Energy cleansing allows you to release built-up tension, negative emotions, and stagnant energy that may be weighing you down.
Methods for Energy Cleansing:
Breathing Techniques: Use your breath to reset your energy. Breathing exercises like the 4-7-8 technique (inhale for 4 counts, hold for 7 counts, exhale for 8 counts) can help calm your nervous system. Another method is box breathing, where u inhale for 4 counts, hold for 4 counts, exhale for 4 counts, and hold for 4 counts again. These slow, intentional breaths help clear out negative energy and bring balance !
Showering: A simple but effective way to cleanse your energy is by taking a shower. As the water washes away the dirt from your body, envision it also cleansing your mind and soul.
Walking in Nature: Stepping outside for a walk can instantly reset ur energy AND YOUR MOOD TOO .Nature has a natural ability to purify and refresh. Whether it’s a stroll in the park or a hike through the woods, walking outside shifts your environment and revitalizes your energy.
Decluttering Your Space: Your environment has a powerful impact on your energy. A cluttered space can make you feel overwhelmed, while a clean, organized environment promotes clarity and calmness. Make it a habit to periodically declutter and freshen up your space.
Step 3: Energy Redesign
Once you’ve cleansed your energy, it’s time to redesign it. This step allows u to actively shape how you want to feel and how you want your energy to flow. u can design your energy to match the kind of person you want to be and the life you want to lead.
How to Redesign Your Energy ?
Set ur Intentions: Start by asking yourself how you want your energy to be. How do you want to feel in the mornings, during the day, and at night? How do you want to show up for others? Visualize yourself embodying that energy, whether it’s confidence, calm, joy, or empowerment. Setting an intention gives u a clear direction for how to direct your energy throughout the day.
Use Visualization: After setting your intention, visualize yourself living it out. Imagine yourself walking through your day with the energy you want to embody. How does it feel? What does it look like? Visualizing this regularly allows you to rehearse this energy, making it easier to show up that way in real life.
Harness the Power of Sound: Sound can be an incredibly powerful tool in redesigning your energy. Whether it’s listening to motivating music, audio affirmations, or sound healing frequencies, sound helps shift the vibration of your energy. Curate playlists that align with the feelings you want to cultivate, and use them to enhance ur mood and energy.
Affirmations and Positive Self-Talk: Incorporate affirmations into your daily routine. Positive affirmations help reprogram your mind and align your energy with the goals you want to achieve. Speak to yourself kindly and empower your energy with affirming words.
By taking control of your energy, you take control of your life. With awareness, cleansing, and redesigning, you can manifest the life you desire and create a more vibrant, purposeful existence.

ʜᴏᴡ ᴛᴏ ꜱᴛᴜᴅʏ ʟɪᴋᴇ ʙʟᴀɪʀ ᴡᴀʟᴅᴏʀꜰ
Tumblr media
 1. Curate a Luxurious Study Environment
Choose a study space that feels sophisticated and clean. Think: a home library, a perfectly organized desk, or a favorite spot at a chic café.
Add luxury touches like scented candles, fresh flowers, and soft, ambient lighting. Blair would never settle for clutter!
 2. Dress Like a Queen Bee
Elevate your look: Blair never slouches in sweats. Choose something stylish yet comfortable, like a cashmere sweater, tailored loungewear, or a polished blouse.
Accessorize with a headband, stud earrings, or a delicate necklace for an effortless, put-together vibe.
 3. Create a Glamorous Study Kit
Invest in elegant stationery: monogrammed notebooks, gold or pastel pens, and highlighters that match your aesthetic.
Use a structured planner or journal to organize your day (bonus points for color-coded to-do lists).
 4. Organize Tasks with Precision
Start by writing out a prioritized to-do list. Divide tasks into categories: "Must Do Today," "Can Wait," and "Bonus Goals."
Break larger projects into manageable sections with clear deadlines for each step.
 5. Schedule Study Blocks
Use a time management method like the Pomodoro Technique (25 minutes of focused work, 5-minute breaks).
During study blocks, turn off distractions (silence your phone, close unnecessary tabs) and commit to full focus.
 6. Use Blair-Worthy Study Techniques
Flashcards: Memorize concepts efficiently and quiz yourself.
Active Note-Taking: Rewrite your notes in a neat, organized manner, summarizing key points.
Study Groups: Engage in intellectual debates or discussions to solidify your understanding. If solo, practice explaining topics out loud.
 7. Stay Energized with Elegant Snacks
Blair wouldn’t snack on junk food. Choose something light and upscale:
Green tea, sparkling water, or artisanal coffee.
A small bowl of mixed nuts, fresh fruit, or dark chocolate.
 8. Refresh with Chic Breaks
Use breaks to pamper yourself or recharge:
Apply a hydrating face mask or spritz facial mist.
Do a quick yoga stretch or go for a short walk.
Play soft classical music or a calming playlist to reset.
 9. Set Ambitious Yet Realistic Goals
Keep your eyes on the prize. Blair's motivator was visualizing success. Remember why you're working hard, whether it’s a test or a career goal.
Reward milestones: Treat yourself after completing major tasks, like indulging in an episode of your favorite show or a mini shopping spree.
 10. End with Reflection and Gratitude
Review your accomplishments for the day. Check off completed tasks and organize any unfinished ones for tomorrow.
Tidy your study space to maintain a sense of order.
Wrap up with positive affirmations: "I am capable," or Blair's energy: "I’m the best, and I know it."

Why you can’t manage to assume, and how to truly get there.
Tumblr media
If you’re scrolling here, you might be exhausted:
You’ve tried "pretend", "persist", "ignore the 3D".
You may think you’re just "bad" at assuming.
But your problem isn’t your motivation . Your problem is structural.
Today, we’re going to fix that.

First the definition of assume and assumption
1)The big mistake they sold you:
Assuming isn’t just:
❌ Repeating without thinking.
❌ Pretending to believe it consciously.
Assumption is an inner emotional truth, not just a mental speech.
2)Why it’s difficult to assume for some people:
Your unconscious isn’t a blank slate:
- It has deep-rooted beliefs.
- Underlying fears.
- Sometimes even subtle traumas .
- A biological resistance to change (neurological safety mechanism).
=> Sometimes the critical factor can block a bit too.
Tumblr media
3)Why do some succeed faster?
Because depending on your neurocognitive profile:
- Some have high cognitive flexibility.
- Dissociation more accessible.
- Less internal criticism.
- Or simply more flexible pre-existing beliefs.
Tumblr media
4)Creating an assumption is an internal process, not a performance.
Assume = Feel → Inhabit internally → Emotionally stabilize.
5)First step: TAME your mind.
1. Observe your internal dialogue.
2. Spot your unconscious “yes but” statements.
3. Don’t fight these doubts, write them down.
4. Don’t seek perfect belief. Just seek an emotional openness.
Tumblr media
You can write all this down in a notebook or on a piece of paper.
6)Understand the emotional logic of assumptions.
An assumption isn’t necessarily rationally logical.
But your unconscious often needs more emotional coherence.
The key -> Find a narrative that "makes sense emotionally", even if it’s subjective.
Example:
“I shift easily because my brain is wired to explore these worlds” -> emotionally credible, you can adapt it based on what feels most credible to you.
7)Entering altered states of consciousness to integrate.
Why does it help?
- The critical mind lowers.
- The nervous system opens to novelty.
- Beliefs imprint more deeply.
✅Slow breathing
✅ Mild fatigue (WBTB, hypnagogia) (bleu)
✅ Meditation
✅ Light self-hypnosis
All these states are favorable to deeply anchor beliefs.
youtube
This is my favorite meditation to enter an altered state of consciousness
8)Effective affirmations
Stop repeating like a robot (unless that works best for you).
-> Speak affirmations that resonate:
- With your story
- With your current emotion
- With mental images that speak to you
- Emotional affirmation = emotional belief
9)How to stop the frustration spiral
If you are frustrated, it’s NORMAL.
But this frustration may delay the integration of the assumption.
Techniques:
- Take a 3-day breaks.
- Simply return to your pleasure of imagining with no goal.
- Reconnect with your initial "why" .
- Do light ECM (altered states) again with no pressure for results.
- Celebrate small progress and reward yourself.
youtube
This subliminal is really good to ease frustration
10)Adjust according to your profile
1️⃣ If you are very mental:
-> Concrete visualization + gentle inner dialogue + deep relaxation.
2️⃣ If you are very emotional:
-> Create emotional attachment to your practice (journaling, music, scenes).
3️⃣ If you are dissociative:
-> Use gentle dissociation bridges (hypnagogic floating, strong imagination).
Adjust according to your profile: COMPLEMENTARY PROFILES more detailed
1️⃣ The controlling perfectionist
-> Your need to do well may create tension.
Solutions:
- Work on emotional neutrality before each session (deep relaxation).
- Remember that shifting is not a "performance test".
- Do short and frequent sessions without aiming for "immediate success".
2️⃣ The hypervigilant anxious
-> Your fear of "failing" puts you into hypervigilance.
Solutions:
- Breathing sessions to lower the sympathetic nervous system.
- Expressive writing to release fears before practice.
- Inner validation: "Even if I’m afraid, I can explore."
3️⃣ The sensory hypersensitive
-> You feel sensations and emotions very strongly .
Solutions:
- Use gentle sensory stimulations before attempts (scents, ASMR sounds, textures).
- Positive anchoring : asociate your bed or chair with progressive relaxation.
- Multisensory visualization to facilitate DR immersion.
4️⃣ The skeptical cerebral
-> You over-analyze and block belief .
Solutions:
- Allow yourself "pilot experiences" without belief commitment.
- Focus on immediate sensory experience rather than logical debate.
- Read or listen to inspiring testimonies to create emotional curiosity instead of doubt .
5️⃣ The "cognitive fatigue" / burnout profile
-> You are too mentally exhausted to push yourself.
Solutions:
- Return to ultra-light practices (max 5 min).
- Use passive ECM (altered states) m: soft music, natural hypnagogia, contemplation.
- Accept to just "float" with no specific goal for several days.
Summary: Do not aim for perfect belief.
Seek emotional comfort with your assumption.
Work with your nervous system.
Personalize your methods.
You are co-creating with your mind and your universe networks.
It’s normal to have doubts.

The Advantage Of Dream Work
Tumblr media
Dream work, offers a unique opportunity for magical exploration and personal growth. After all, we do spend up to 25% of our lives dreaming. This alternate reality is a haven for shadow work and magickal practice. By combining ancient techniques and modern understanding of consciousness, you can unlock the potential of your dreamscape.
Understanding the Dream Realm
In witchcraft, dreams are seen as a bridge between the waking and spiritual worlds. They offer glimpses into the subconscious mind, where powerful energies reside.
There are a couple things you can do daily to increase your dream lucidity. Write down your dreams upon waking, no matter how fragmented. Keeping a dream journal enhances dream recall and help you identify recurring symbols and themes. Reality checks are also a practice you should adopt. Pinch your skin, try to read text, check the time, or look at your hands. This trains your mind to question reality, making it easier to recognize dream states.
Techniques for Lucid Dreaming
• Mnemonic Induction of Lucid Dreams (MILD): Before sleep, visualize yourself performing a reality check in a dream. Repeat this intention until you fall asleep.
• Wake Back to Bed (WBTB): Wake up after a few hours of sleep, stay awake for 20-30 minutes, then return to bed. This increases the likelihood of entering a lucid dream state.
• Dream Incubation: Set an intention before sleep, focusing on what you wish to experience or learn in your dream. This can be as simple as "I will have a lucid dream tonight" or a more specific goal.
Prophetic Dreaming
Prophetic dreaming is a potent tool for divination and foresight. These dreams, often vivid and symbolic, offer glimpses into future events or hidden truths. By interpreting the dream's imagery and symbolism, you can gain valuable insights and prepare for what lies ahead. These dreams can range from personal revelations to broader societal trends. To enhance prophetic dreaming, practitioners often employ various techniques, such as dream journaling, meditation, and the use of specific herbs and crystals. By attuning to the subtle energies of the dream realm, witches can unlock the secrets of the future and navigate life with greater wisdom and purpose.
Tumblr media
Dream-Walking
Dream-walking is another form of dream work where the dreamer, in a state of lucidity, travels outside their own dreamscape. These journeys can lead them to astral projection, dream-hopping (visiting the dreams of others), travel to the spiritual realms, or even the land of the dead. Dream-walking carries many risks and proper precautions should be taken before even attempting it.
While dream-walking can be learned, it often comes naturally to those who practice it. Techniques are different for each person but it is something akin to hedge-riding, except the other world is accessed in a sleep state. While dangerous, it is an easier (for some) way to access other realms and even the minds of others.
Magical Enhancements
• Herbs: Blue lotus, mugwort, lavender, valerian, dream herb, passion flower, anise, rosemary, devil's claw, lemon balm, wormwood, chamomile, catnip, yarrow, skullcap, damiana, sage, angelica, calamus, tulsi, bay, ashwagandha, jasmine, mullien, cat's claw, jasmine, eye bright, calendula
• Crystals: Labradorite, moonstone, moldavite, amethyst, apatite, hematite, herkimer diamond, lapis lazuli, smokey/black quartz, covellite, charoite, scolecite, epidote, blue goldstone, celestite, fluorite, rainbow obsidian, blue tiger's eye, danburite, iolite, azurite, sodalite, blue kyanite, blue calcite, selenite
• Dream magick: Dream pillows, spell bags/jars, enchanted jewelry, sigils, bath rituals, lunar work, candle spells, incantations, teas
Tumblr media
Exploring the Dreamscape
Once you've achieved lucidity, the possibilities are endless. Shadow work, spellcasting, healing, manifestation, spirit communication, baneful magick, necromancy, astral projection, astral creation, and hedge-riding are all easier to do here. Through practice you can learn to access your own astral realm as well as your astral and spiritual bodies. This can give you amazing control and insight in your waking life.
Safety and Ethics
Grounding is essential. Before falling asleep and after waking from a lucid dream or dream journey, ground yourself by connecting with your physical body and surroundings. Consider the whole impact before violating someone's mind or dreamscape/subconscious. Your dreams affect your daily experiences more than most know. Approach dream work with a sense of curiosity and reverence. Remember, lucid dreaming is a skill that takes practice. Be patient with yourself and enjoy the journey of exploring your subconscious mind and beyond.
Common Dream Symbols
Remember, dream interpretation is highly personal. These are general interpretations and may vary based on individual experiences and cultural context. It's often helpful to consider the specific emotions and sensations associated with the dream.

when i was in high school i took an elective run by our very lithuanian english teacher called "self-knowledge" and what i can recall of its curriculum included: writing 2 pages in a journal entry every day that the teacher would check for proof of existence but not read (and he even told us outright we could just write the word "penis" over and over and he would not know), watching the films "Baraka" and "The Gods Must Be Crazy" and essaying about how they "made us feel", reading the book "Man's Search For Meaning" with zero followup material, and meditation/visualization techniques. i have yet to meet another public school attendee who had a class like this. sometimes i wonder if it was real.
