The girl on the left was miserable, shy, scared, sad, and more. She felt like she would never be beautiful to anyone or guy. Guys kept telling her she was fat if she lost weight she’d be pretty or some would say she was pretty for a big girl. People would mock and laugh at her. One day she got tired of being unhealthy, she got tired of being sad, lonely and depressed, she got tired of not being able to fit in any of the cute clothes at the store. So after watching a tv show and seeing her self like them in the near future if she didn’t stop her unhealthy lifestyle.She felt determined to lose weight. How was this time any different from the other diets she tried ? Because this time she had let every anxiety go, she had let every bad thought vanish and most of all she had believed in herself. After a completely doing a 360 change in lifestyle and eating habits. The girl on the right emerged after 10 hard months. There was no diet pills, no weight loss surgery. The was no easy way of doing it at first but there was giving up the bad things, there was hard work and determination, there was self control and there was happiness. All the things that seemed hard at first became easy, the food change became easy the food cravings ceased, mostly everything became to feel normal. The exercise became an everyday routine..If your feeling like you can never lose weight or your not that strong to do something major, well I’m here to tell you that YOU can do it ! Believe in yourself and never give up, You’re beautiful. I didn’t do this for anyone but MYSELF I prayed and thanked God everyday for giving me the strength and the belief in myself to accomplish this weight loss journey.
