How many pounds did you lose altogether on the skinny girl diet? sorry if you've already answered this.
I didn’t have a scale for most of it so I’m guessing about 20? It went up and down. It really depends on what your diet is like. You could be eating 600 calories a day on pizza or 600 calories a day on veggies, nuts, and organic food. So if you do do the sgd, make sure to do it the healthy way love :) DM me if you wanna know specifics on how your days should play out

Diet recipe
Onion soup has only about 50 calories per serving For two servings -Ster two cut up onions in a pot with some oil or butter for about 30min -ad some vegetable fond and water. Season the soup and wait aboit another 30min It should be sone then. If it tastes bad then even better because you won't want to eat it.

Tomorrow I'm starting a new habit to start my metabolism. Each morning -50 X-jumps -50 sit ups -25 leg lifts on both sides (ballet movements) Any other quick exercise ideas?

Yep :) I exercise everyday at the gym and I’ve been losing a lot of weight. Exercise is super good for you and can boost you metabolism up to 9%. You actually burn major calories while your working out and all day long after :) so do exercise everyday it can’t do anything but help :)
