You discern like a food. A food for soul, probably which my soul was craving to have since eternity. Feels like it was unknown to me, till I got you ,whole. Besides you are pathetic, irritating and impossible you are very enchanting and that literally stirs me, it does. Your existence gives warmth of a home. Just a touch of you sends thunderbolts down my spine. When you reach out for my hand in middle of a conversation and kiss gently , I miss a beat or two. And what’s I am vacating? Oh your eyes! Almond shaped pretty brown eyes. Well to me your sight feels like a heaven
And your eyes are of no less reference to leonardo da Vinci’s painting of Mona Lisa. Okay! I know puffed it up, not literally though. Serene yet fierce. Subtle yet talkative. I can literally imprint your sketch on a paper, man.

I have started from scratch. I am learning.I am learning everything. I am learning that nothing is absolutely fine, that no relation is as smooth as moon walk. I am also learning that you cannot make it smoother, either. There will be conflicts, always. But this difference is beauty, sometimes. Else what’s fun in having difference of indifference, sometimes

Dear self
It feels forever since we lost touch. I feel a constant dispute between my body and my soul, between my heart and mind. Winner winner chicken dinner for nobody, but it is me who always loses. I suck at almost everything. Therefore I have this tendency to leave people behind and start over. I know I am a destruction and I will cost nothing but destruction. I fear being alone, though I am all alone. At least, my brain makes me feel that way. So before anybody show up Saying screw you I abandon people. This is not just a merry reason I know my reactions are loud and that hurts people , therefore, abandoning here is ideal.

Sanya reviews ‘Zero’
The movie conspires you to ask hyped bauua that even tees mar khan applead some sense when watched in theatres why can’t you. The movie did not appeal to any earthly, humanly emotions, not knowing of Mars. The editing department was sent to some exotic vacation as movie appears pathetically long. The story line’s same of any regular Bollywood movie you may even wonder you are watching bachna ae haseeno with a dwarf twist. Ugh. The movie sucks in full capacity of giving you migraine.

I wonder
I wonder
Would I find my name scribbled in your stack of papers as you would in mine.
If yes
How would have you defined me there... your home? Your guiding light? Your sunshine? The most beautiful creation? Uhmm just mine I would suggest.

It’s okay!
I don’t feel like I am here anymore. A soul with a corpse yes that’s how would I define myself. But it’s okay I will bounce back I know. Discovering me to a place where I am was my most frightening dream ;to feel helpless , to feel dead. I am sick of controlling my heightened and over bored emotions and falling more brutally each day. Earlier it was a void now it has transformed in a pit hole the most dreariest , scariest pit hole who’s ground I am unable to find . A pit hole of my overboard emotions , angry reactions, constant feeling of remorse, amnesia , hypothyroidism or delayed reflexes and an inevitable sadness and everything horrific and bad. For a person like me it is not less than a thunderbolt to get down on the knees and ask for help let it be the psychiatrist , but the worse awaited. I am giving up , my strengths I can’t feel them anymore , actually I cannot feel anything ; myself , my dreams , my desire , my love for you and your love for me. I am running from my self . There is a black hole inside me fully prepped to engulf me. I run from it daily . I can sit in a room for n numbers of hours , I feel like an empty vessel who has got nothing to offer and who is constantly fighting with herself who has given up for improvement. I have never tried sucide but yes I have physically tortured and abused myself. You know sometimes I laugh my guts out that how good i am at faking or people are so child like to understand my mental health . Mental health accounts for your over all well being , your intrapersonal relation, your relation with friends and family do I have anyone in my favour. Wow! Naive people.
It has been a freaking a long time . Four years. I know living is not the weak and I am not weak I know I will recover , I know I will be sound and everything goood but for now I am not and I need to accept this for my speedy recovery and to you too.
A letter by a strong women who knows she is badly bitten by the monster called depression and being ate up by him regularly but still carries the desire to rise and shine again.
-// the letter I will never post

Fighting for what?
While surfing the net, my senses got hooked on a question…. What is the first thing that comes to your mind when you hear, India? To my dislike the majority of the percentage stated ‘the caste system’ followed by hunger, Delhi, bling, festivals and Modi, of course.
‘The caste system’- who originated the term? Hinduism? Who traded on this terminology? The Britishers? Who makes it a propaganda? The politicians?
Who follows it uncritically? We the Indians! Who is to be believed while considering the caste system? The scriptures, the Indian history or the politicians? I suspect the three.
Think ,we ,the Indians supports and applaud, the Indian scholar Shashi Tharoor when he challenges the british syllabus which states that they have uplifted the Indian status during colonisation. Even when the Indian air still breezes with rebel of Bhagat Singh, Mangal pandey and subhash Chandra Bose.
When the history of past 70 years is debased what made us to stretch this old caste system for so long? The most obvious answer to this is , it is being written in the scriptures.
But, I ask.
How could you believe that everything that is Being written is true. I mean, come on just glance the Indian map of Jammu &Kashmir.
Who wrote Ramayana? Ram? Tulsi das. How could be the writer of bhagwat so sure that what he is writing is absolutely legit when he wasn’t even there when Krishna Enlightened Arjuna.
Since the very beginning, the original transmission of the Indian culture was done orally. It was then few people accounted it for the preservation of the culture who claims to have gotten the enlightenment.
Not to forget India was invaded many of the times by many of the invaders from chengiz Khan to the Britishers. Each one of them got the access to the Indian literature and Modified it according to there own establishments. The Indian history got rewritten when Britishers decided to rewrite it. Even now there version of India is prominently accepted by the many countries of the world and by India also. When Britishers got the access of the Indian scriptures they converted it from Sanskrit to English. It was then Indian culture was so much talked about . The Indian scriptures was translated to many languages, arising the possibility of glitch. We learned our own culture from the Britishers In there native language. What could be more demeaning.
Also,It was under there colonisation when the term caste system was first originated and India was regarded as a country with caste discriminations. Not to forget these british also comes from the class of rigid class discrimination act of royal family 1772 that makes it really skeptical to believe there take on India.
Dr. BR Ambedkar drafted the constitution of India and to elate the status of the backward classes he drafted this reservation system for the ten years to be specific. Ruling party of then, INC( the Indian National Congress) stretched for there own political propaganda. Samjawadi party was developed on this class disparity. The lastest presidential election was fought on the Dalit trump card.
Wait. Think and then action. The constitution of India empowers each citizen of this nation with equality I.e. everybody is equal in the eyes of law. It’s high time now that we should feel the same. This caste system might have been there since forever, as at least we are told but it doesn’t have any place in the contemporary India. What we need is humanity, respect and equality.
So when next time, the fury of Dharmapuri arises, be skeptical about what to do.

Breathing to live or to die
The ecological distress has challenged the functionings of the environment. The process of breathing was made to circulate the oxygen in the body, thereby eliminating carbon dioxide which allowed the blood to reach the capillaries surroundings alveoli. But, what reaching now are the hazardous gases infused with life casting agents.
But is it really oxygen we are breathing in? Are we even breathing in 50% concentration of the oxygen?
Though it is hard to find the exact percentages because of the unrevised technology in the country. The CPBCI has a disclaimer offering to make. According to the central pollution board control of India(CPBCI) the capital air doesn’t just has very high particulate matter level, but also contains hazardous air pollutants including mercury and formaldehyde. The board is also monitoring gases like sulphur dioxide (SO2), ozone (O3), nitric oxide (NO), nitrogen dioxide (NO2), formaldehyde (FOR), benzene (BEN), toluene (TOL), p-Xylene(pXy) and mercury (Hg), most of which are categorised as air toxics in the US and in Europe.
What made situation so worse?
Vehicular emissions
Vehicular emissions tops the chart for Delhi air pollution. Delhi streets experience the movement of about a crore vehicle regularly. The emissions of which are the Gases which leads to deaths and various life claiming diseases. The congestion or the high traffic rates contributes brutally.
Government regulation
Earlier the Delhi government came up with the odd even regulation which insisted the use of an odd number plate car on the odd days and even on the even days. This regulation does not posses the capability of controlling the pollution level for a long run.
The centre has also banned the use of diesel vehicles which have been on the streets for more than 10 years. The count for the petrol is 15 years.
Though it is a delayed regulation but impacts significantly.
Crop burning
The farmers of the states joining the capital border i.e. Punjab, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh possess the trait of burning the rice stubbles which in turn contribute immensely to the booming pollution. They burn about 35 million tonnes of crop. The wind then spreads the polluting agents to the neighbouring states.
Government regulation
Haryana government launched a massive campaign to aware the farmers about the ills effects of burning the crop. In response to which the farmers presents there bid as a failing effort by the Government as they were unable to conquer the aspect of decomposing paddy straw in a short interval of rabi and kharif crops.
Over population
The 2018 recent survey of the times of India had regarded Delhi as the migrant capital of the country with a share increase of 33% in the year 2016. Stressing over the point that about half of the population of the capital resides in unauthorised colonies and slums . This includes bad drainage system, open defection, unclean surroundings, etc . Thus, contributing to the escalating pollution level.
The pollution increase has also coined a term called pollution migrants. These are the people who has migrated from Delhi because of the unforgivable pollution Level.
Government regulation
Constitution of India empowers wilfully living and earning in every part of the country to its citizen ,j&k being an exception. So there is hardly any take of the government in regulating the mass mobilisation. The combination of structured and rigid spendings and overpopulation is contributing against the availability of the required resources.
Industrial residue
The rising economies of scale has been an enduring factor for the country. Courtesy to the industrial players. But this national pride switches to national threat when these industries contributes to the rising pollution level. This is done primarily with the emission of toxics in the environment
.
Government regulation
Protection of the environment and sustainable use of resources is Pitched high in the Indian constitution. The constitution advises citizens to protect and nurture the natural environment including forest, wildlife etc. Many legal charges are also been marked in case of serious violation.
Impact
The transformation of the capital in a gas chamber is bearing some hefty prices from the dwellers.
To your amaze, the excruciating Delhi pollution is in its full knack to shorten our life spam by huge ten years.
Whereas if the country meets the WHO standards the average life expectancy could rise about 4.3 years; from 69 to 73 years.
The toll for breathing in the capital is cardiovascular and respiratory illness. The pollutants in the air obstacles the heart functioning. Thereby putting pressure and making it weak, respiratory cells can also be damaged by the same.
The life stacking air impurities Fastens the ageing of lungs.
The pollution in its full fury sadistically impacts the people with asthma, bronchitis, emphysema and cancer. Others, can also develop these diseases with constant exposure to the pollution.
It affects the health of a pregnant women and leads to cognitive disorders for the babies.
Precautions!
Avoid morning walks as no point in absorbing toxic air.
Drink plenty of water to flush out the toxics from the body.
Try to use N95/99 masks whenever you step out.
Usage of air purifier is ideal.
The ranging fury of the pollution has put the country and its citizens into some serious allegations on the world platform. Everybody has contributed equally to pollution to flourish from littering garbage to polluting rivers. Therefore In return everybody should contribute in normalising the air pollution scam.
And, also, In lieu of the prevailing circumstances The government has to back its Strategies for ranging pollution level which is casting the life of its citizen. What could be more shameful for a country for 9 out of ten Indian states are in the list of worlds most polluted cities .
The current situation made me wonder – how about adding ‘the clean air’ quotient in psychological need of the maslow need hierarchy theory? He would have if he was alive , I guess.

Hate to admit as my female chauvinism doesn’t allow me to, but at you mr. M. my words just scupper and all I am left with a euphoric numbness with a filter on which prettifies the whole enchilada around, giving that same old thing a new angle. Well! To say I love you, my friend ,would be an understatement but then again there is no word to supplement the same . So take it that way.
