A Cosmic Connection

Forlorn she appeared under the loveless moon,

the lone nights she spent were long-drawn.

For an aeon,

she waited for the cosmos to send her an ardent love.

Oh! just how long she yearned for it.

She yearned, and, implored the cosmos for a sincere love.

An earnest passion that will not dissolve in the existence of time and space, like a surreal, dusking comet fading away.

Lonely she stood but not incomplete,

she didn't pine for her entireness to be fulfilled by the ardent love,

rather, she desired to be accompanied by it for the remnant of her time,

as her time on earth was an odyssey she wanted to share.

To her, he struck as one made of stardust,

his fervent love took her to another universe.

Where dancing planets encircled them,

as they romanced on the nebula, 

and his hands traced her celestial silhouette.

A deep-felt passion reverberated through their souls.

They were born and made for each other,

and with every fragment of her, 

she believed, what they had was deeper than a superficial affection,

It was a cosmic connection.

Like everything out there in this world a single color also has a lot of meaning behind it. Like Yellow, it represents sunshine and brightness and happiness and a lot of other things i believe...

As I walked through a rugged path with a lazy walk, I looked up to wipe a bead of sweat flowing down my face, only to see a view so beautiful, my words couldn't comprehend. I took a deep breath in to feel the breeze flowing freely around me, making everything feel so new and fresh while the sun played hide and seek with the mountains and clouds; and I wondered how many times did I pass this by in the chaos of my thoughts without looking just up and over my head.
