So yesterday I asked you, “If you could change one thing about yourself (internally), what would it be?” Although acknowledging your need for change is the first step, it’s not enough to see results. You have to have a plan in place to see that change occur. One easy step leads to another step which leads to another. Before you know it, you have reached your goal.

But what if we changed our focus from the outward and look within?After all, this body will pass away and all the time spent on perfecting our body will be of no use.
