After a long morning of painting I thought I would read one of my favorites.

I am a proud ravenclaw and honestly I think that a lot of people look over us. Hufflepuffs are getting a lot of hype right now and I need some love for the Ravenclaws!

Day 10: 

Books I Recommend: 

The Female of the Species by Mindy McGinnis. This book was amazing and I gave it 4.5/5 stars on GoodReads. I think McGinnis did a great job of talking about death and the way that Alex deals with it. It also reminds me a lot of You, because it almost has you rooting for a “bad guy”.

The Rest of Us Just Live Here by Patrick Ness. I liked this book a lot and I gave it 4/5 stars on GoodReads. I think it gave a really good show of anxiety. It made me really recognize a lot of things about my own anxiety and it was really nice. 

Uglies series by Scott Westerfeld. OK BUT DID WE THINK WE WERE GETTING OUT OF THIS WITHOUT BRINGING UP MY FAVORITE SERIES! I loved these books so much and I have read them so many times. I am so in love with Tally and Shay and their stories. I love how Westerfeld talked about the skewed ideas of beauty in this dystopian society that I even see today. Ok, but read them.

The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. These books are so nostalgic for me because I read them in middle school when the movies were coming out. I remember going to the small-town movie theater on opening night and seeing the movie with all my friends.
