I hate this. Losing weight is all I think about, even when I'm trying to enjoy my hobbies. No matter what I'm doing, it's there, always in the back of my mind. Counting calories, tracking everything, not eating at all, eating too much. I want to stop but l also don't want too because I haven't reached my gw yet...
