I was thinking about Darlin (like I always do) and I was wondering about characters who really âloveâ the monstrous or beastly sides of themselves after being turned. This isnât about any of the redacted verse characters per se, but a character really loving themselves and being so happy to be something not human sounds crazy and amazing. Even if itâs almost in a toxic way, like the way they became it wasnât good/not their choice, but they hate and love it so much đđ

So About Snow Falling in Love...
Sawyer's got great... personality. No joke though, this story had an interesting concept, but felt too quick. Elise and Sawyer are super cute. Elise deserves WAAYYYYY BETTER. Like the fact that you have to pay stars to actually out with her is stupid. It should've have been a story where you choose the route because it's super unfair. You only get stuff with her near the end.

Viktor x gn!Reader: Near-Death Experience

*Spoliers for Viktor's later story*
You knew that something like this would happen. After each augmentation he made, the Viktor you knew was slowly fading away. But even after every new robotic part, you learned to love him the same way. Viktor knew this and knew that he couldnât do the same. Even now, as held your body up, Hexclaw pointed right in front of your face, itâs deafening heat threatening to take you out in a single blow. With every flex in his body the beam glowed, but never fired. This resistance in himself kept fighting and pushing while no result came out.
You were the last thread. The last thing keeping him from his âGlorious Evolutionâ. The only thing that made him flawed, that made him human. He knew you were in love with every single flaw of himself. From the shimmer, to Skyâs death, you stuck by him and cared for him. You would never be able to understand how grateful he was. After his exile, you followed him to Zaun. You were the craziest person heâs ever met, and he loved you so much for it. Thatâs why you're in this position now.
His rough shaking and intransigent look made you scared though few tears fell. Your breathing was rapid and uneven. Thankfully he held you up by your clothes and not your throat. He wanted to hear your scattered breath, your faint pants knowing that you were scared of him. Sadly, as the Hexclaw began to glow once more, his view was changing. No more were you shaking with tears in your eyes, you were calm, your chest with a steady rise and fall. Your eyes were peacefully closed. Accepting your fate. If anyone could kill you, you were fine if it was Viktor. But it never came.
The glow beneath your eyelids glowed bright and dimmed. It repeated the action again and again until you opened your eyes. The Hexclaw kept spasming and glowing only to never shoot upon you. Viktor could only stand there watching you as he carefully set you down. Watching you close your eyes, ready to face death. Who gave him the right to kill you, he wasnât even worthy enough to do that. Collapsing to his knees he just sat there. Thereâs nothing that would ever push him to kill you.
You walked up to Viktor, kneeling down to his level, you rest your hand on his cheek. And for the first time in forever, he cries. Youâve only ever seen him cry once or twice, but the metal man he was now, was crying. He didnât even think he could still cry as hands came up to feel the tears as well. From patting the tears on his cheek his hand moves up to yours. He weakly holds it. You take it off his cheek and intertwine his fingers with yours. There, you both sat, holding each other. Youâve come too far to leave each other now.

To Harm and Heal (Arcane Viktor x gn!Reader) Part III:
Warnings: mentions of death, injury, slow burn, strangers to lovers

To Harm and Heal - Part III:
Despite all the pain and stress of last night, this morning was so incredibly relaxing. The soft smell of food, light shining through the window, and the relief of a brand new day was beautiful. Wary of your body, you carefully got up and walked to the kitchen leaning on every wall. Standing by the table setting down plates of food was Viktor.
âI hope you slept well.â He took a seat, you sitting down across from him.
âReally well actually. I hope the couch wasnât too bad for you.â
âIâve fallen asleep in worse positions.â The both of you shared this serene morning eating a delicious breakfast in the morning light. And what a beautiful light it was. You were so used to seeing the dark sky with only the light of the moonlight being reflected. Youâre sure that Viktor shared the same thought too as he looked to the shine from the window.
âI thought you would have already left to go work in the lab.â
âI considered it, but I wanted to make sure you were okay and had something to eat.â You smiled nodding.
âHypocritical, but I appreciate it.â He chuckled, you were right about that.
Finishing the meal you help put away the dishes and gather your belongings. Going to the hospital would definitely alert your mother, going to the doctors at school would absolutely alert Jayce. Maybe there was another way to fix all your wounds before going back to the academy. As you stared into space, contemplatively, Viktor pulled up beside you.
â(y/n), you okay?â Shocking you back to reality you replied,
âYea-yeah. Just thinking. I might go home first. My clothes are wrecked and Iâm still wearing your clothes.â Even if you were lying a bit, what you told him was true. Giving an understanding nod he offered to walk you to the nearby trolley helping you walk a bit. Thanking him you promised to make it up to him. You are so thankful he was actually there. You didnât want to deal with everything yourself.
Instead of the front door, you attempted to climb up to the balcony of your room. Compared to the Undercity it was a much easier climb. Switching out of Viktorâs clothes, you wore the academy uniform. You couldnât risk getting caught by your mother or Jayce so there was only one last thing you could try. You never put them on yourself. Just once with the help of your father, but it wasnât difficult to figure out. The hard part was going to be how to get them. After your fatherâs passing, your mother kept them away in a safe in their bedroom. Thank goodness you had practice sneaking around alleys and hallways, getting into your motherâs room was easy.
Where the safe was, was of no clue to you. Searching through drawers, closets, and pressing against walls. You found your motherâs jewelry box next to the vanity. It was a pleasing purple wood with your family crest plated onto the top of it. The simple lock unclicked and you saw normal earrings, necklaces, and bracelets in perfect arrangement. Feeling the side of the box, you caught the fabric tag that allowed you to pull up the first layer of the bow. Underneath you saw the two simple golden bands. Itâs been so long since you got a good look at them. The runes on the inside have not faded and the odd buckle with no speck of dust. You couldnât put them on now, if you used them your mother would absolutely know. They were too big to shove into your pockets so you put them on. They fit perfectly. No way your biceps were the same size as your fatherâs. The sound of footsteps started coming near, so you went out and back to your room. You grabbed a jacket to wear to hide the bands. If anyone so much recognized it youâd be in huge trouble. Hopping back out of your balcony you took the trolley and ran into the academy.
The wound on your face was cleaned up really well and a simple explanation of a fall could pass. You couldnât use the usual lab with Jayce and Viktor definitely working there at this time, instead you searched for an empty lab to use. Thankfully there was one you could use. Laying out papers and journals you had, you tried to remember the times your father used these. Looking at your journal you read the list of what you knew:
Magical artifact
Can harm and heal
Powered by oneâs self, whether itâs soul or life force, questionable
Can save people from the brink of death, but cannot revive
From ancestors and home community
There was no way you would have this item if you were from PIltover. Your most prominent memory is of running to Piltover, an escape to your new life. Your amazing step-mother fell in love with you father and became so close that you called her your mother. You and your father shared the same features, but you were clearly not related to your mother. Having a new kid was more than great. You became an older sibling to your younger brother, Noah. He was elated to have another young person in their fairly large home. It also made your role easier. By blood Noah would take over the family business, which allowed you to do whatever you wanted.
The day you last saw these bands was the day your father passed away. Your father was extremely kind, though your mother thought against your fathers actions she couldnât deny he was doing good. On a risky trip to the Undercity, you went with him. You were old enough to defend yourself and skilled enough to follow him. The deal you saw quickly turned sour as he was pushed against the wall. You probably shouldnât have intervened, but you got in between the man and your father. The fight that broke out was loud and painful, more painful than youâd like to remember. You only regained consciousness when your father was lying next to you barely breathing. Though he was in this state, he was comforting you. Between the sobs you heard his shushing until only your own cries were heard. You had no idea where the other men had gone, but it didnât matter as you ran to find anyone. A few enforcers were searching around as you got their attention. They helped take your father back to Piltover and took you back to your house.
The runes on the inside were more familiar now after studying with Jayce. What they meant, you werenât sure, but you knew how it worked. Taking your jacket off to place on the desk, you stood in the middle of the room trying to think of your wounds. Nothing happened. You tried to force energy into the bands, but you had no clue what that felt like or if it was remotely close at all. You wanted to heal your wounds and what could you think of in order to do that. Last night? Viktor? Sitting beside him while he talked and listened. That warm feeling of care and relaxation filled your body in remembrance. Closing your eyes, you could faintly see the glow emitting from your body. You could feel the slight pain of skin pulling together and reforming, but after a few seconds, you were completely healed. The physical relief was overtaken by an immense feeling of tiredness. Before you could collapse you were caught in the arms of someone else. Looking up you saw the man you were hanging out with only a moment ago.
âViktor?!â You stood straight up stumbling a bit. He caught your arm as you caught your balance. âHow long have you been there? Did you watch all of that?â
âSorry, I thought this lab was empty and went to check it out once I heard something.â He looked at the bands on your arms. âWhat are those?â You couldnât really lie about them now. He had already watched that whole display.
âAncient magical arm bands.â His face puzzled at your bluntness.
âDoes Jayce know about these?â He analyzed the band of the arm he still held.
âNo uh, he knows that Iâve seen the use of them, but not that I actually have them.â The confusion on his face is still pondering. âThis was how me and Jayce became such good friends. He told you the story about how magic saved his mother right? I had a similar experience with my father and these.â He lifted your arm in different positions to view the entire gold piece.
âI would be lying if I said this didnât intrigue me at all. I opened the door and saw you standing there, a white light glowed and then you almost fell.â You pulled slightly away and took off the bandages from your face, Viktor trying to stop you, but gasped as he saw your cheek. The side of your face was perfectly pristine. The abrasion didnât scar at all. There is no evidence of what happened that night.
âWait let me,â You raised the back of your shirt and turned your back to Viktor. âIs it better?â You couldnât see it, but you could feel his fingertips lightly graze over your back.
âItâs gone. All the bruising is completely gone.â He said, astonished. This wasnât anything technology based or Hextech, this was real raw magic. He was amazed. If this is the kind of stuff they could replicate with Hextech, maybe not all hope was lost. But, to your knowledge the healing powers all worked.
Fitting your shirt back down you took off the arm garters. Now you didn't need to go get checked out and risk the chance of anyone else finding out. You brought Viktor over to your papers and journal showing him what you knew. In this empty lab the two of you sat chatting for hours. For once it wasnât Viktor and Jayce working on problems while you raised small questions, but it was you doing most of the talking while Viktor asked you questions. It was amazing discussing this with Viktor instead of just Jayce. Maybe he could help you unlock the rest of this artifactâs power.

To Harm and Heal (Arcane Viktor x gn!Reader) Part II:
Warnings: mentions of death, injury, slow burn, strangers to lovers

Clearly you were unaware of the recent developments of the Undercity. Whatever shimmer has become extremely familiar to you. The usual area you stopped by was different. The empty factory was mixed with people you knew and didnât. Creeping up next to your supplier, you tapped his shoulder. Flinching, she pulled you into an empty room.
âWhat the hell are you doing here?â You looked at her confused. This was the usual day and time you come by. âDidnât you know these shimmer factories were being set up. If they see a Piltie like you, youâd never go back there.â Loud revving roared as you both peeked out the doorway. Pipes and furnaces blazed as large men directed people to start working. Putting a hand on her shoulder she said, âLook, I really appreciated the money youâve given us in exchange for parts, but⊠this is better for us. I donât know how long we can provide metal for you.â
âBut, is this safe? What about the kids?â
âThey can work too. Theyâll be okay, we won't let them hurt them.â A sharp yell stopped your conversation as you rushed through the door, the woman begrudgingly following. A small kid was pushed back against a rough wall. The strong man held a rifle at his chest yelling back threats.
âHEY! GET AWAY FROM HIM!â You grabbed the front of the gun pointing it close to your face but upwards enough to not aim at you.
âGet off, this ainât any of your business!â The lady came by trying to pull the gun down.
âSorry, they just donât want him to get hurt. Letâs just leave this alone and weâll get right back to work.â She grabbed your arm and the boyâs arm away. âYouâve gotta get out of here (y/n). Iâll take the boy as you get away.â You wish it could be that easy as a certain man walked into the factory. Without even seeing him you could feel the intense pressure fill up the room. Everyone turned and saw the man that struck terror into even the strongest hearts. His gaze was piercing as one orange eye surveyed the crowd. Taking this distraction as a chance you ducked into a room and slipped through the window. Sadly, pieces of shattered glass announced your escape causing a few men to start following you.
You knew the lanes well enough to dodge through alleyways and rooftops. Just when you thought you lost them a monstrous sound made you turn back. Though you had lost some of the men, the ones who did catch up were not the same as when they were first chasing you. In the dark of the night you saw the glowing eyes and horrid purple veins that spread throughout gray skin. You only heard about shimmer from strangers when you passed by the streets, but seeing its effects up close was more terrifying than you had realized. Shaking away the fear you jumped down into an open alley, but your descent hit more quickly and painfully than you wanted it to be. Barely opening your eyes, you saw the dusty grounds. The pressure on your body pressed the side of your face as well as your back. You heard the grunts above you and quickly reached back for whatever you could. Laying on your stomach was increasingly uncomfortable. Trying to hit him off was useless until you grab a tube attached to its shoulder. Ripping it off with the last bit of strength you had clearly sent pain into the creature as it tumbled back holding onto its open spot. Enduring the pain you lifted yourself off the ground and stumbled back over to Piltover.
One fall was already bad, more trips made everything worse and worse. A rock hitting your hand as you caught yourself from face planting. A successful fall hitting your arm in a way that made you hiss. Though the stinging throughout your body pursued, you had to get away. Your home was too far away, this is why the academy wouldâve been your first stop, but your current state couldnât provide a good explanation. Everything had been going so well you couldnât risk getting in trouble. There was only one other place you could go, you knew there was a chance he wouldnât be there, but where else could you go? Jayce would never let you go back to the Undercity if he found you like this. You bet he would try to keep you here as much as possible, never leaving his sight again.
Walking over to the small side house you knocked. You were thankful the three of you came here a few times to where you knew where his home was.
âViktor! Hey itâs me (y/n). I could really use some help right now.â You heard a light flick and the door opening wide, Viktor squinting from the new light. Looking up at you, his eyes widening, brows furrowing.
â(y/n) wh-what happened?â He held his hands out not sure if he should help you or even touch you.
âI just need to sit down first please.â You grabbed onto his shoulder as he led you into his house and to a seat next to a table. Sighing the pain throughout your body subsided. You closed your eyes, steadying your breath as you heard water being poured from a tap. The sound of a chair and a small box let relief set in you. Thank goodness he had a first aid kit.
âAre you severely hurt anywhere? Dizzy or seeing spots in your vision?â You shook your head opening your eyes back up seeing the full set of gauze, bandages, and antibiotic cleaners laid across the table.
âWho knew mister science man could also be a doctor.â
âIâve picked up a lot throughout my life.â He grabbed a small rag first wetting it with water and cleaning the abrasion on your cheek. âCould you explain to me what happened that caused this?â You could trust Viktor. If this was Jayce, you would probably lie to make it seem worse than it was. But, Viktor clearly knew it was bad by the silent response.
âShimmer,â You said, remembering the vibrant purple. âUsually I can deal with guys following me, but those things with shimmer. I donât know if I could do any real damage to them.â
âYou were in the Undercity?â He brought his hand down from patching up your other wounds to look at you.
âIâve been there tons of times. This time was different. My usual supplier stopped supplying metals and got replaced with a shimmer factory.â Viktor's eyes searched as he made the realization.
âYou got all those materials from the Undercity?â You couldnât tell if he was curious, confused, or mad.
âItâs not what you think! They would get scrap metal and pipes, and I would pay them or trade for them.â You watched as he physically relaxed. Relief that you werenât exploiting anyone, but also that you never came out of those deals injured. If you would have shown up injured because of their endeavors, he would have been so extremely guilty.
Patching up the last bit of identifiable cuts and scratches, you sat up to immediately slouching back down, sharp pain in your back shooting up your spine. Viktor sat back down concerned. The memory of being crushed by ten times your weight reminded you that your back was probably bruised. The adrenaline of escape denied the feeling of pain in that moment.
âI think my back got really messed up. Could you?â He nodded looking back towards his set of medical materials. You turned your back towards him lifting the back of your shirt up. Viktor turned back to examine your back and you heard him audibly gasp. It wasnât that bad was it? It really wasnât but it looked terrible. The wide array of coloured littered your back and you definitely had bleeding on the outside and inside of your body. Viktor reassured you it was okay and did the best he could cleaning you up. Every little hiss or flinch caused him to retract his hand making sure you were okay before continuing. What felt like forever finally ended. The silence was deafening as you two sat there, Viktor packing up his first aid kit. âThank you, really. Thank you so much. Please donât tell Jayce, or anyone about this.â He smiled nodding.
âI will if you get checked out by medical professionals. I donât know if you have anything bruised inside of you. Iâd like to know that my coworker was not continuously bleeding.â He chuckles. Putting the rest of the supplies away you get up from the chair heading over to the couch. âNo, there is no way youâre sleeping on a couch in your condition.â
âWhat? You think Iâm going to sleep in your bed at your house.â
âYes. Exactly that.â You really didnât want to burden him more than you already have tonight. Your clothes were covered in grime and other stains. âIf you donât Iâll tell Jayce.â You had no choice now, you were sleeping in that bed.
Heading into his room, you saw the pretty clean and empty room. Considering he spent most of his time at the lab, he wouldnât need many things here. Before sitting down on the bed you looked back to your dirty clothes. You really didnât want to get everything gross.
âDo you mind if I borrow some clothes? I donât want to get your place dirty.â He opened a few drawers and took out a shirt and shorts.
âHere you go.â
âThank you so much. Are you going to sleep on the couch?â
âWhere else would I sleep?â
âOh⊠I was thinking you could also sleep in your bed, Iâm fine with sharing.â You couldâve sworn Viktor turned a little pink or you were just delusion from your dangerous escapade. He cleared his throat.âItâs okay, I donât want to accidently hit you in my sleep.â You both laughed saying goodnight and returning to your sleeping areas. His bed was pretty soft and so were his clothes. They felt nice across your newly patched up injuries. Even though exhaustion wanted to steal yourself off to sleep, thoughts of the owner of this home seeped into your mind. Youâve known Viktor for a long while now, but how much did you two really know each other? Jayce has been a great friend for almost 2 years. Viktor has just been a co-worker helping with Jayce. The mystery around him definitely sparked some curiosity.

To Harm and Heal (Arcane Viktor x gn!Reader)
Warnings: mentions of death, injury, slow burn (and when I say slow burn, I mean slow burn.)

To Harm and Heal - Part I:
Running hurts without any shoes. The rocks and dirt you can feel getting into every nook and cranny of your foot is terrible. Itâs even worse when that one sharp pebble hits your foot, but you have to be quiet. Besides the physical pain of that night, the hurried steps of your father can never seem to leave your mind. From your short height you would glance first to the golden arm garters he wore, then to his face. Youâre sure that if he was still here he would be happy to see the person youâve grown up to be.
The familiar roofs of Piltover hold steady as you leap from building to building, heavy bag on your shoulders. The sun could rise any minute now and you couldnât risk being caught today, you had work to do. Jayce finally got approval to work on his Hextech project heâs been dreaming of for forever. With the help from his new partner, he cracked the code to controlling magic for non-magic borns. Though you have your own set of skills, the physics and math that man was doing was way out of your league. The least you could do was help him design a structurally sound machine that could hold the crystals. The last one he tried making collapsed in on itself.
Taking that last step onto the balcony of the academy, you snuck in passing multiple rooms before opening the door to the new Talis Lab. Upon entry you saw two men hunched over Jayceâs Hextech machine and mountains of books, papers, and journals. Jayce was pointing out the discrepancy between him and the other manâs equations. The slender dark haired man was familiar, but you didnât quite recognize who he was. The placement of the bag onto a nearby table turned the boys towards you.
âOh (y/n), you really got the parts. You are such a life saver!â Jayce walked over to you, taking out the metal pieces you had gotten. Turning away from Jayce you could observe the other man. He wore a similar uniform to Jayce and walked with a cane as he made his way over.
âAre you the merchant who keeps gathering these materials for Jayce and I?â The accent made you realize, this was the assistant to the dean of the academy.
âYes, and I assume youâre Jayceâs partner?â At the mention of his name Jayce perks up.
âRight! I havenât introduced you two to each other,â He grabs the arm of both of you. â(y/n), Viktor. Viktor, (y/n).â You both hold your arm out shaking hands in return.
âIâd like to help out more, but this is the best I can do.â
âJayce has told me about your previous efforts. You have helped us more than you think.â Seeing Jayce with a partner like this made you happy in how far heâs come. Seeing him work with Viktor reminded you of the late nights trying to understand any of the words coming out of his mouth. With the help of someone like Viktor, he was sure to go far in his projects. You wondered what would draw him to want to help Jayce.
Magic had you and Jayce fascinated for your whole lives. The day you first met, you bonded on experiencing life saving events with the help of magic. It had kept you alive while it saved his mother. The differences in magic you lived through allowed for differences in what you could provide. While Jayce had watched a series of runes and a mage with a staff, you watched your father use everything in order to protect your family. The golden arm bands he wore shone brightly, a blindness you could never forget. As much as Jayce pushed you to show him the arm garters, they were too precious for anyone else to see. That, and your mother would never let you take it out of its display case.
Watching the two of them work was amazing. Sliding from chalkboards to journals was chaotic, but marvelous. You had to remind yourself you were working on your own projects. If they were stuck on something youâd ask a question thinking if they explained it they would find the issue they were dealing with. This small trio forming was refreshing. Over the next few months you would continuously bring specific pieces of metal they needed while they discovered new uses for Hextech. Having people to talk to about what they were passionate about kept you all up for hours on end. The days started in the early darkness and ended late, the sky looking the same as the morning. Nightly trips to the Undercity continued well. Until a certain trip made you land in a certain someoneâs home.

Dialogue Prompts Based Off Of Songs:
âI burst into tears as I saw it beyond the clouds. I hope it shines until daybreak.â
âAs a child, I carried you. Cradling you as the valley wind blewâ
âWhen I strip your veil which you donât show even to him.â
âI tore up the picture of the future you gave me.â
âA midsummer night wind blows. Now, this is the end of the story.â
âSpewing blood, I ran away from this town of hatred.â
âStanding on the edge of hell alone. Laughing at my corrupted past. With my life already taken over, I vow to you.â
âEven though you understood, you didn't say a thing.â
âDrowning in a sea of blood âleave no one standing.ââ
âIâll embrace this love proudly. Forever.â
âI wish this body I can touch won't disappear. Hey God, is that okay?â
âThe one who was scared of separation was me.â
âGood times and bad times. Are all beloved, okay?â
âEven if these whispers make the rain feel wrong, it wonât be destroyed.â
âMeetings and partings are things that can be repeated in this world.â
âWhy do you think we were born in this world? Itâs probably to encounter someone whoâll share the same fate as you. And whoâll accept you even during your bad days.â
âSomeday, I want to know the truth.â
âTime will not stop for us and we canât turn back broken time.â
âWe wish for so many things and the evil in our hearts disappears to nothing.â
âThereâs no helping it if you cry.â
âWe needed time to pause our journeys, didn't we?â
âIf I donât say that we wonât have times when weâll fight, these conflicts in our hearts will only continue.â
âThe lifeless memories we had as children have slowly been healed.â
âThe pain, together with this foundation, is proof that Iâm alive.â
âThere are things that I want to protect, there are people that I want to protect.â

Okui Tsubasa: Realization

(Takes place sometime after S.Q.S Ep 2)
What the hell is wrong with him? Saying things that lead me to believe heâs going to die. What gives him the right? Doesnât he think about what others think? To leave the Rikka, Dai, and Tsubasa in the other world like that. You want to hear my singing that badly, then live. That stupid idiot⊠you canât disappear.
Not you in this world, or any other world. It's just unfair.
We told Shiki and Shu about everything. At least I could explain why I kept clinging and crying on Shiki for so long. Of course we didnât tell them everything, or I didnât say everything. Too many things happened. I don't even know whatâs important to mention and whatâs not. I canât stop thinking about the conversation that worldâs Shiki and I had. I told him that he and his Tsubasa are close, but he didnât think so. Does this Shiki think that too? Are we close?
I know that we argue and fight sometimes, but eventually it all turns out okay. Shikiâs helped me with lots of things. Like that program with the author I couldnât stand at first. Iâve tried to help him out, making sure he doesnât stay in his room for a whole day. Weâre not like me and Dai-chan, nor is it like with Rikka. Weâre friends⊠I guess. I hope so.
He pushes me to go further than ever before, and I do the same for him. Can I do that for more than just music? Can we go farther?
Oh shit.

Izumi Shu: Thankful
I think I know what Shiki meant about oneâs full potential when writing music. I only started writing my own songs a few years ago, but itâs opened up a whole new world. Finding the twins that one night makes me grateful. I donât know what would have happened if I didnât. Issei gets better at talking each day, Ichiru opens up about his worries more often, and Eichi⊠I have so much to say about Eichi. Where do I even begin?
When we first met, he was immediately supportive of the song I wrote. He was so easy to talk to and willing to help out with anything. Even with all of his work, he still made time to hangout with me. And after my last unit dissolved, he chose to quit his AD job and support us. From there becoming an idol and the last needed part of Quell. I canât even begin to thank him for everything heâs done for me. How did I become the luckiest man in the world? Heâs so much more kind and talented than I couldâve ever imagined. Iâm so ecstatic to have him not only as a friend, but something more. Thereâs not enough words to express how much joy I feel.
I wonder if Iâm too obvious with the lyrics of my songs. Saying things like, A sky just for the two of us that no one will ever notice, and Letâs keep what happens after the kids have fallen asleep under lock and key so that they wonât know. Hiding everything until the night when weâre alone. Maybe one day we donât have to keep this a secret. I know Shiki definitely knows, and as much as we try to hide it, I think the twins know as well. There isnât anything wrong with hiding it, but a part of me wants to keep this to ourselves.
Thereâs nothing I want more than to continue this journey with him and the rest of Quell. With SolidS, I know that the future holds great things for us.

Takamura Shiki: Lyrical
Is this how itâll be forever? As much as I understand his ambitions, I canât figure him out. He responds when I call him, he fights back when I challenge him. When Iâm direct about my feelings⊠doesnât he see that too?
When I first met him I said I would make him a star without a doubt and nothing has ever made me believe in my own words until then. I said I would and I did. Him pushing me to sing myself was never something I thought Iâd do, but look where we are now. SolidS is big and growing everyday. Music I make can thrive and not be used in a senseless manner like before. Itâs all because of him. Canât he see how thankful I am?
Whether I intend for my music to portray these feelings or not isnât in my control. The way he sings those lyrics must mean that he understands its meaning. Are you scared? Are you afraid youâll truly be that canary and once I see that hidden part of you, youâll fly away. Do you believe this will end up as only a faint flare?
Is it obvious that I wrote Liar Crier about you?
Crier liar liar, this is what I truly wish for
Even if I canât touch you, it doesnât matter, I just want to be able to laugh with you
If itâs not wishful thinking and I do see the crack in our reality, then you are hiding like I am. But, do we share those feelings as well? The feeling that we canât reciprocate the otherâs feelings. Thereâs so much I canât seem to figure out. I worry that one day, it will be too late. One day, this Honey Darling charade will pass by like another joke. How many times do I have to say I love your voice for you to actually believe it? I think Iâm more scared of what happens if we do go beyond friendship.
Iâd like to think weâre getting better at whatever this is. Iâm making my intentions more clear when I need something and youâve been more patient with me. I admit I can be a bit much to handle. I'm working all the time and if not, then I'm sleeping. Whenever weâre alone, we end up working on something. I want to do more. I want to finally say everything thatâs been sung a hundred times before. Let these songs fulfill their meaning and prove that they arenât just lyrics, but feelings. I want these golden wings to take a break and let me embrace them.
