Thinking about how the different MXTX couples would get married.

Luo Binghe and SQQ: we saw it folks, very low key. However if you don’t think Binghe loudly referred to himself as ‘Husband’ at the top of his lungs in every subsequent interaction with someone for months after, you’re wrong.

Lan Zhan and WWX: a family affair at the Cloud Recesses. It’s very simple but nice. Wei Wuxian insists on dressing up like a bride even though everyone assures him he doesn’t have to. Jiang Cheng is invited, no one thinks he’ll show up, but when he does he complains the whole time. Wen Ning cries. Lan Quiren cries for different reasons.

Hua Cheng and Xie Lian: a huge blowout in ghost city. Everyone they’ve ever met is invited. Hua Cheng invites Mu Qing and Nan Feng but the invitations refer to them as handmaidens for the bride. They’re both incredibly offended but show up anyway. At the wedding feast Xie Lian happily tells the assembled guests he cooked one of the dishes himself! But won’t reveal which one. The rest of the banquet is spent in constant terror. It’s Xie Lian’s wedding present to himself.

I'm a firm believer that Shen Jiu is not gonna be normal about Shen Yuan. In a scenario where they share a body, he would hate it at first. There is some kind of parasite in his mind, and he can't get rid of him. He hates it when something is out of his control.

However, it is also comforting? There is someone who can't leave him, who sees all his vulnerability and rot inside his soul, but he's still there, no matter what. He will stay by his side.

Even if they fight, Shen Yuan tingles something in his brain with his different worldview, especially as this brat believes that people aren't born bad. Too forgiving.

In the beginning, he wants him to be gone asap, so he tries to find different ways to get rid of him. But the more he spends time, the more he understands that he should stay he is too dangerous to let go. Obviously, he knows Peak Lord's secrets, so Shen Qingqiu can't let him do unguarded. He's safer here, with him.

The boy has so much vitriol but is still too naive to notice other people's intentions.

So we end here with Shen Jiu's weird situationship with Little Bodysnatcher and the weird codependency they establish meanwhile.

anyone else here realize they weren't a cis girl and subsequently have a whole FEMININITY IS INHERENTLY BAD AND EVIL AND TERRIBLE phase for awhile?? like. all my life my mom always insisted on me being a Proper Girl to the point of traumatizing me, and then once i found out about transgenderism i absolutely withdrew from the idea of girlhood. i went from drawing my sona as a girl with a ponytail to an androgynous guy with short hair and dysphoria hoodies. i belittled the girls and women i knew who enjoyed femininity and i thought of it as shallow and weird

thankfully over time i chilled out enough to realize that a. femininity is not inherently Bad, but the way it was forced upon me definitely was and b. i'm both a girl And a boy, just not a girl in the way that's expected of me. i'm a hypermasc/butch girl and a mildly effeminate boy at the same time if that makes sense

with that i give a shoutout to all my fellow multigender transmascs, AND to the transfems out there who are able to find so much joy in aspects of girlhood that i personally can't bring myself to enjoy!!! i'm happy for y'all :3

An important aspect of transitioning is to not demonize the gender you were assigned as and to be honest I also went through that phase.
