6 Tips for Building and Sticking to New Habits
1. Put it on your schedule (and make sure you check your schedule!)
2. Tell your friends (so you become accountable.)
3. Build a new habit onto an existing ritual or routine.
4. Find a partner who wants to do it with you.
5. Plan in advance to make it easy for yourself.
6. Imagine the feeling when you stick to the new habit, and replay that picture in your mind frequently.

I cannot stress this enough- Build a routine. Build Habits. Wake up every day and get used to being productive, one day at a time. Do this for long enough and eventually you’ll be at your goal without even realising it.
