Mpreg!SuperBat Damian centric fic prompt to anyone who wants it!

So I was thinking about the many Origin Stories of Damian Wayne, (cause why're there so many?) and then read a lovely Mpreg!Bruce "the batkids and supersons are SuperBat bio kids" fic (cause I love them leave me alone) and thought.... Why not combine them?

Think about it:

Pre - or early days Batman, Talia..... Creates/gets pregnant with Damian, Bruce doesn't know

A little while later, Bruce and Clark get closer, form the JL, fall in love

Something happens to Bruce. Spell, contact with ancient fertility icon, weird reaction to alien fruit, quirk of sleeping with a Kryptonian whatever. Leaving him able to carry/birth/nurse children*

SuperBat sexy times

9 months later Dick is born, then after that Jason etc. however far down the roster you want to go

All this time Damian is being raised in isolation. He maybe knows his father is Batman but he doesn't know he's Bruce Wayne and DEFINITELY doesn't know about all his half siblings.

Damian goes to Gotham, meets his Father the Bat.... And then gets taken home to the manor.....

Gets swarmed by the gaggle half - Kryptonian little siblings who're all calling the Dark Knight "Mama" and getting snuggled**

Has a breakdown***

Then goes on to be the first Robin and sets a precedent for all his little sibs

* yes you can also do omegaverse for this but I think the impact would be stronger if it was something unique-ish to Bruce

** Not at all necessary I just like to de-gender terms as they make sense. To me its; Parent who carried and gave birth to the child = Mother. Other half of the genetics parent = Father. That's all. Adopters and surrogate users can figure it out. Personal preference.

*** for extra angst, you can use the SA version of Damian's conception and have Bruce and Clark have to work through it

The Many Origin Stories of Damian Wayne: As told by a fanfiction reader

Ok so as a pretty much Fanfic only kind of Batman fan I have a.... Point for clarification? Rant? Fandom guide? THING TO SAY!

Anyway.... from the reading of many BatFam fanfics, I have found that there's 3 distinct, and one sub-variation, versions of how Damian Wayne was "conceived." I have titled them "Not cool" with it's variation "- you Bitch!", "Uncomfy but very comic-villain-ish" and "Trigger Warning". They are as follows.

*NOTE: Not Talia al Ghul Friendly, that last one is called "Trigger Warning" for a REASON*

"Not cool" is the one where I'm the least mad at Talia. It's the one where she and Bruce where in a consensual intimate relationship, broke up because of the very obvious differences in world views. She's in her Daddy's Assassin Cult and he's not. Valid breakup reason.😑 After they breakup, Talia finds out she's pregnant and just.... choses not to tell Bruce. Not a very nice move.... but from the perspective of not wanting to fight Billionaire Bruce "The Batman" Wayne for custody? Kinda makes sense. Mean, and that assassin cult is NOT a place to raise a kid but...

"-you Bitch!" variant is where everything is pretty much the same as previous with one notable difference. Talia told Bruce she was pregnant before they broke up. In most fics I see this in, he immediately starts planning for the baby, battles with the idea of being a father, sets up a nursery.... in GOTHAM. And that's the line for Talia/Ra's. They want this baby to be raised in the League. So she LiES to Bruce and says she "lost the baby and you know maybe we shouldn't be together anyway." ...... Bitch Move.

"Uncomfy but very comic-villain-ish" is where they straight up steal Kon's origin story. This is where Talia and the League of Assassins just up and grab a DNA sample from Batman and use it to grow a test tube baby/ clone. Even seen versions of this where they didn't even know that he's Bruce Wayne. Just wanted Batman's bloodline in theirs. So.... when Damian shows up in Gotham there's at least a moment of WTF and probably Bruce feeling pretty violated. I read mostly BatDad! type fics though so he usually pushes past that feeling to go "hey new child, I don't even have to adopt this one." Still though, when you're pulling the same kind of creepy shit as Lex Luthor...... 🤢

"Trigger Warning" is.... the bad one. This is the version where Talia and Bruce's past relationship, whether they were sleeping together or not, doesn't matter anymore. This is the one where Talia and/or Ra's decides that Bruce will be the father of her child and.... drugs him to get him to do it. She SAs this man in order to get the child she wanted from him. ..... this the one in which I'm glad she sometimes dies in a League power struggle.

I don't really know why there's so many different version of Damian origin story. I have no idea where they all came from, whether or not they're canon, and I don't really care. Just wanted to lay them all out. Mostly for my thoughts but hopefully someone will find it interesting.

When I was in junior high I had the option to take the Practice SAT (for any non Americans reading this, the SAT is a monster of a standardized test they make you take in high school that determines a bunch of stuff about college). The PSAT is just a hard as the real deal. buuuuuut some of us took it.

And I did well, really well..... And that was the problem. Cause in celebration of doing well on a test designed for people 3 years older that me? I got a discreet high 5 and an order to hide my results.

Why? My older sister had also taken it. She was in highschool this was normal. But I scored higher than her.... Not by too much but enough. And instead of celebrating both of us doing well and balancing the praise. She hugs and encouragement and I was told to hide.....

This isn't much... But I still think about it...
