A Note to All Artists and Supporters

Always encourage people to create even if their work isn’t the best and they still have so far to go. Every creation even the ones we don’t care for have a part of us in each work. Effort and passion goes into each stroke of work. For a lot of us art is our outlet and sometimes our most passionate one. I can say without fail that drawing has been ingrained in many from the beginning.

Drawing has helped those feel when they were callous, help them express themselves visually when they were lost for words, it brings them to another world when the one around them is to hard to live in. 

Sharing and liking one’s work can encourage people to continue to do what they love. Drawing has built bridges between unlikely people. It has brought life and hope to those who cannot cope otherwise. It builds imagination and ingenuity. Drawing has saved lives. At least for me it has. There are so many times the will to draw has driven me to reach for my pencil or stylus rather than a razor or a vial of pills. My life depends on creating and for so many people, theirs depend on it to. Love all artists: amateurs and professionals.

So yesterday we did a few cool things and I bought a magic fish.

Basically a short recap of some of the stuff we did. Cat brought her typewriter to the park and typed some stuff. I ran from bees and climbed trees, then we went to the city where I got a new bow tie. Cat said she would teach me how to tie it.

So Cat made a request for something I should make the other day while I was at work. I liked the idea.

Here's the rest of the sketches from yesterday. We got vegan hotdogs and I met a stranger who shared an epic high five with me. We all later ate pizza and went to a cool event. Yeah I was also buzzed when I drew the second image.

Announcement Time!

So lately I have been making a few fanposts and have been getting lots of likes, reblogs, followers, and recognition. While I am glad people like my fanart and are reaching out to me I have to say that the purpose of Cats and Dags is to basically work as a diary of the lives of Cat and myself. However, I love creating fan art and learning about different people who are into the same fandoms I’m into so I will have alternative blog for all my fan art/trash.
