Well, guess what?

Here she is again! I wasn't satisfied with the first drawing I made of Dylan, so I drew her again! Lost Records fan be eating good today!

It's cool it's cool. It's allowing me to test brushes and see what works or not. People on Tumblr are so talented, I'm only trying to fit in!

I was inspired by my last repost to draw Dylan from Lost Records. Like I said in my previous post, she immediately jumped out to me as a very well written character. She comes off as a bit of a bully in her early appearances, but I KNEW there was more to her! If there's one thing Life Is Strange has taught me, it's that bullies aren't always monsters.

Now with that said, the Lost Records color palette is very interesting. It's different than Life Is Strange, it's warm but in a different way. It's more... Pink and blue!

Also... Dylan has this natural subtle beauty to her face... She's soooooo pretty!

Low-key one of the best written character in Lost Records. She's the Victoria Chase of this story: comes off as rude and annoying when in reality is a deeply complex character. She loves her sister so much even though Kat doesn't seem to always see it. She's in a relationship with a douche bag and she doesn't want to believe it.

The fact that you get the chance to interview her in the story was the best decision the writers made, and I mean it! She's so interesting and I wish we got more time to learn about her, but the same can be said for most of Lost Records.

Anyway, I might draw her soon. I have yet to make a Lost Records fanart, but I definitly should.

I've finished these sketches~! God I love them so much. I wanted to show off the positive influence these girls have on each others. Max's empathy and warmth allowed Victoria to feel completely at ease and let go of all the social pressure she built up for so long. No more sleepless nights when you have a cute little nerd to cuddle with. Plus, her fluffy hair have such a comforting smell... Finally, she's not afraid to show off her nerdier passions like anime and video games. Not with the kindest dork at her side.

Victoria helped Max to come out of her timidity coccoon, allowing her to speak to people more easily. She also helps her pick clothing that compliments her look. Fashion was never about being pretentious, but to show your best self to the world. The person Max used to be afraid of is now the person she trusts the most (second to Chloe of course).

Look I love Chloe as much as the next person, but Max can have such interesting dynamics with characters like Victoria. It's something that needs to be appreciated.
