panic attack comfort headcanons w Genshin characters (zhongli, xiao, heizou)

synopsis: ure having a panick attack and these are the methods they do to help you.

ZHONGLI:

He finds you having a panic attack at home

”darling..? What’s…oh..” he immediately notices, and sits beside you on the bed.

”may I hold your hand? Just nod if I can and shake your head if you feel uncomfortable.”

if you nod, he will run your hand slightly, then lifting your chin up for you to look at him.

“Inhale with me for four counts alright? One…two…three…four”

”hold until we reach seven…five six seven…good job”

”now exhale. Keep it up, I’m proud of you”

he’d repeat this cycle for you until you calm down enough

“Would you like to talk about it?”

he lets you talk about it, and afterwards goes smth like “well darling, I will do my best to help you whenever I can. I’m always here for you.”

Then he kissed you on the forehead and cheeks

afterwards he literally leaves you without a word

then he comes back in with tea, to hell you relax

GA MING:

His cuddles would be very warm and soothing, HED cuddle you as if you were a giant stuffed toy,

A lot of the time he either sleeps really late or doesn’t sleep at all so he ends up doing smth else but when he does you’re always in his arms

example by what I said in the one above: playing with cards. He would be playing with cards while you’re cuddling w him on his chest, do u get what I mean?

there are nights he’s extra tired from work + dancing so on those nights he just slips in the bed with you and immediately falls asleep.

if you can’t sleep, he will hum you one of his dance routine songs

I like to think he isnt super used to physical touch, but you can tell he’s trying

the first few nights…or maybe months, you two would just hold hands while you sleep, not yet full on cuddling

You were extremely drunk at the tavern, your cheeks flushed and your mind in a haze. You had been running away from your problems until you physically couldn’t take it anymore. You were on the verge of a breakdown as you decided to try to run away again by ingesting a huge amount of alcohol. Your head was in your arms, mumbling things you yourself don’t understand. As you ordered another bottle of wine, the bartender started to get concerned. “Uh…traveler ? You’ve had multiple bottles already…are you sure?” You nodded your head. You got so used to having large amounts of alcohol because you drink away your problems a lot. You’re here so often that the bartender knows who to call when you drink too much. “Traveler, what’s your boyfriend’s name again?” The bartender asked. “….xiao.”

it was at this moment that Xiao appeared on the entrance of the tavern. The bartender nodding to him as he left you alone. Xiao watched as you drank another glass of wine, quickly taking it away from your grasp. “…..darling..?” You turned your head up as you saw your boyfriends concerned face. “Let’s go home yeah?” Xiao wasn’t good at comfort, he wasn’t sure how to do it at all. But he has his own little ways of showing that he cares. As you try to stand, you immediately fall to xiao’s side. ‘How much did y/n drink?’ Xiao thought to himself as he slowly walked you home.

when you arrived, he set you on the bed, helping you change out of your clothes so that you’re in your pajamas. He sat on the bed next to you as he held your hand. You knew tears were falling out of your eyes, but you weren’t exactly sobbing. Xiao then sat in front of you, as he pulled you into a hug so you can cry on his shoulder. “I…am not the best at comforting…but I’m here to listen.”

As you talked about your problems, head on xiao’s shoulder, you felt him rubbing your back and nodding. Soon you were starting to fall asleep. Xiao tucks you in and lays next to you, hugging you. The next morning he helps you think of some solutions

ok me personally I like to headcanon that xiao isn’t so big in physical touch, but when you’re sad he would do anything to make you feel better

LYNEY:

So many bad things have been happening lately but you didn’t want it to bother you, so you ignored it. Until one day, someone said something that got you reminded of it, This time it wouldn’t leave your head. You were on the dining table with nothing but bottles of wine around you. You seemed to drink an endless amount of alcohol but your problems wouldn’t be erased by it. Just as you were drinking another glass, your boyfriend came home. “Mon Cherie! I’m ho- darling?!” He drops his bags and rushes to you, quickly taking the glass away from your hands. He scanned the table, seeing the empty bottles of wine. “WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?!” He exclaimed, extremely worried about you. He pushed all the bottles away as he noticed the sorrow in your eyes. He knew something was up, and he felt a small guilt in only adding to it by yelling. “Oh…Mon amour…I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to yell..”

He hugged you tightly as he saw your tear stained cheeks. You burries your head on his shoulder, as he rubbed your back in circles. “Let it all out my love…” you couldn’t control your tears anymore as you wept in his arms. You tried to explain what was happening but your sobs refrained you from doing that. You couldn’t form complete words from your sobbing. “You don’t have to explain now…you can tell me in the morning. Just let all your sorrows out.”

as you cried and cried, you started to fall asleep. “Good night mon cherie…” lyney said as he carried you and brought you to your bed, laying down next to you before planting a kiss on your cheek, both of you cuddling.

the next morning, he wakes up early to prepare breakfast for you. Then you guys talk about what happened.

He used to love hanging out with people. (Just like niwa) to make him feel like he has a heart. To try to get him to be human even if deep down he knows it will never happen. Whenever he is alone, he feels dead and empty.

he spaces out a lot, while walking, doing his homework and other shits. But when he does it’s because he wonders what would have happened if his mother loved him. He wonders if he would still be a monster

he’s the type to laugh the pain away, but when he does he’s still crying a lot (this is based on one of the lines he says)

He wonders if it’s really worth it. Like with relationships if it’s worth continuing. Deep down he’s still scared of being betrayed and abandoned again

lyney

He physically cannot cry around others. Even if he wanted to, he physically cannot. He has a hard time accepting himself and is always wondering if people would actually like him.

I bet he tried opening up before, he really did. But then people laughed it off, thinking it was a joke and taking it for a mere piece of entertainment.

i bet after arguing with freminet about his mask, he spent hours telling lynette how much he felt bad. He wanted to apologize but didn’t know how.

he cares for everyone, even if he has his own problems. He comforts people when they are down but…he always wonders, who will comfort him when he is down?

if people were to criticize him then laugh, he’d laugh along. Like “oh the magic trick u did earlier was so bad!! Haha!!” And hee laugh along. He is used to this type of criticism but once everything piles up, he actually gets hurt.

Kaeya

Whenever he’s drunk, he drunk mumbles. Except he’s whispering too soft for anyone to hear.

he loves to drink because not only does it help him forget (he actually doesn’t forget) he likes the feeling of warmth. He missed the warmth of “home”

this man hates looking at himself without his eyepatch. He thinks that if he never interfered with diluc, diluc would have been happier. He thinks that it’s all his fault.

ga ming

When his dad sold all his dancing stuff, he cried and cried. Talking to the moon thinking it’s his mother. “Mom…what do I do? Why..dad took away the one thing I loved and the archons took you away from me too…what more will they take?” Typa stuff

he’s very uncomfy whenever people try to persuade him to go back home. He dislikes thinking about it and when he does, he keeps his mind busy. This kid barely ever has breaks because his mind is busy avoiding problems.

he can’t be sad, not because he’s scared but because he knows his mother wouldn’t want him to be. But he knows one day he will spill and everything will come out. Hes very scared for that day.

He went around everywhere, the bathroom the living room, until he reached your bedroom. “Love..?” He said, knocking on your door. As you gave no response he slowly opened the door…. “Y/n…? What are you…” he said as he walked up to you. You were asleepg in bed, under the covers, shivering. As he walked up to you he gasped softly, as he placed his hand on your forehead. “You’re burning up…” you suddenly started waking up as you felt his hand on you. “Sorry I..couldn’t go today��” you said weakly. Lyney sat beside you on the bed as he got under The covers and hugged you, using his vision to keep you warm. “It’s alright…I understand…have you taken any medication?” You shook your head. Lyney immediately walked out to get your medication and water. “Here mon cheri..” he said as he supported you on your back to help you sit up. You then drank the medication he gave and later your head on his chest. As you guys snuggled back in bed, he hugged you by the waist. “…even in this state of yours..you still have the radiance of the sun and you’re still the most beautiful person ever…” he whispered, as he tucked a rainbow rose into your hair. He hugged you tighter as he placed a kiss on your forehead. “Get some rest mon amour…”

VENTI:

He would love to take you on a picnic up on a hill. somewhere where the sun is in the perfect position and where the winds feel nice.

he would have a basket of all your favorites and a bottle or two of wine. (If you dislike wine, he will bring your favorite drink)

you guys would talk and just do whatever and have fun! This man loves to make you laugh, it makes him feel really happy.

afterwards, you guys go on a gliding date. Going down the hill and going around mondstadt wherever you guys please.

At night, he brings you to the tavern to drink (but then again if you dislike drinking, he will take you out to a romantic dinner).

afterwards when he brings you home, he leaves a flower in your hair and gives you a kiss

LYNEY:

this MF would greet you at your house doing a magic trick for you to get a rainbow rose on your hair. He would also say smth flirty as his first greeting like “it was a cloudy day before you, my light has appeared!” Or smth like that

he would take you to his favorite cafe in Fontaine, to have breakfast with you there.

whenever a kid approaches him and asks him to do a magic trick, he would go “alright! But only one okay? I’m on a date with this (if ure a girl, beautiful lady, if ure a guy, handsome man. If ure a diff gender he says with my dearest) and afterwards starts rambling on to the kid about how much he loves you. This man would show you off every single moment he gets.

he would walk you around the streets of Fontaine until he reaches his home. He brings you there and cooks lunch for you, somehow he knows your favorites even if he never told u. This man is strange 😭

after you guys eat he cleans up (and if you offer to help, he would not let you) and you guys cuddle on the couch watching a movie until both of you fall asleep.

GA MING:

He would take you on a dim sum and street food date, all with him paying for it ofc! He would bring you to his favorite street food stalls and you guys get to try the most delicious foods ever.

whenever he sees fellow co-workers, he loves Telling them “I’m on a date!!” He’s really happy and excited you guys are together.

whenever he sees any of his relatives he tells you to run, which actually becomes pretty fun for both of you since ou guys treat it like a heist 😭

When it gets dark, he brings you to a special area in Liyue Harbor. He then performs you a dance that he himself made specifically for you. Obviously this attracts some people so at the end he proudly announces that he made it for his beloved.

He brings you to your home and before you guys part, he hugs you tightly saying “Thank you..I had the best day today my love”

KAVEH:

He’d take you to the palace of Alcazarzaray, showing you around. Hed talk about his experiences in making it too.

you guys hang out there for awhile, talking about yourselves and getting to know one another even more

afterwards, he’d take you to an art museum. Both of you then jokingly judge modern art 😭😭😭😭 and just have fun

afterwards HED invite you to his and haithams home. He payed haitham to let him have the date there and for haitham not to interrupt because this man knows haitham would interrupt you guys 😭

he cooks for you and you guys eat together

afterwards you guys play bored games. You personally invite haitham so that you’d have more players and you’d get good entertainment whenever haitham and kaveh are beating each other

when it reaches night, kaveh invites you to stay. You two cuddle on his bed and sleep in each others arms.

This is my first time posting but here’s some headcanon I have !

When you’re on your time of the month, lyney’s the type to either: use his vision and put his hands on your stomach to help ease the cramps or he’d keep the heating pad on you warm all the time so it doesn’t get cold

when you’re cold and shivering while ur asleep in the middle of the night he’s the typa guy to remove his vision and lend it to you instead to warm you up

Every morning it would take real long for him to wake up but then it would be the cutest thing ever to see

i have a feeling he’d still have a hard time letting his mask down with you, but you notice how he’s trying even if it’s just little by little

you guys would share a small house and divide the chores but if you’re tired or have cramps he would do it for you and if you try to do it this man would not let you 😭

I bet this guy would be awake at unthinkable hours but then end up napping a lot throughout the day (if he can)

♡ I grant a wish for whoever summons me and take one thing as a payment ♡ 𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠: Lyney ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Lyney, who’s been working much harder than usual. putting on performances much more frequently and spending all his time thinking of new tricks to please everyone. He was overworking himself because he’s forgotten to separate “Lyney” from “magician”. Lyney, who’s just absolutely exhausted from all these shows he’s been forcing himself to put on, and won't give himself a break. He doesn’t really have anywhere he can take a break and turn off the act when he gets like this. He may be able to hide it from everyone by applying makeup and wearing a fixed wide smile on his lips, but never ever could he hide it from you. You were always able to tell right when you looked into his eyes. As they say, the eyes are a window to one's soul. And lyney’s eyes were exhausted and in pain. Lyney, who drags his feet all the way to your house and his heart is jumping at the sight of you. You, who is the love of his life and didn't look at him as “Teyvat’s greatest magician” but just as himself. You're pulling him inside your home and taking care of him. First, he’s taking off his shoes, letting his feet get some air. Then, you're guiding him to your bathroom, a gentle grip on his hand. He was still getting used to allowing himself to be taken care of. This had only happened a handful of times in your relationship where you stepped in and coddled him (which he deserves). When Lyney followed you from behind to the bathroom, he thought about how he wasn't used to following people like this. It was usually the other way around, having all eyes on him during his shows or having his siblings chase after him since he was the leader. …with you, it wasn't like that. Sure, he would take you on dates and lead you around town. But it didn't really feel the same as when he led Lynette and Freminet around. He's now sitting on the bathroom counter, eyes closed and a small smile on his lips as you wipe off all his makeup for him. Lyney was going to try and strike up a conversation because he’s not used to the silence. He’s stuck in his mindset, thinking he has to talk and impress you with a big grin on his lips. That’s what he was supposed to do at his shows after all. Make the audience happy and such.

But, he doesn’t. Because right when he opened his mouth you said, “It’s okay. If you don’t feel like talking right now, that’s alright.” His smile seems to freeze in place at your words. Nothing comes out of him. He doesn't even seem to blink. “…” He looks at his lap, a frozen smile still on his face, and you can see how the clocks are turning in his head. You were not an audience member. You were not someone he needed to constantly impress. You were not his siblings. You were not someone he needed to hide his feelings from just to appear “strong”. You were his significant other. His other half. The person who can look out for him and it wouldn't be any sort of burden. Lyney’s fake smile he had on for his audience was gone instantly. his whole attitude of appearing perfect has disappeared..

The hat on Lyney’s head seems to feel a lot heavier, and for the first time in two weeks, he wants to take it off. “So-...Sorry…I need some time-” Lyney slowly takes his hat off his head and places it beside him, looking at it with a blank look in his eyes. with the simple absence of his hat, that alone felt like a huge weight had been taken off his shoulders. He doesn't know why he's apologizing. He doesn't know if he's apologizing to you. he doesn't know if it was for forgetting just how special you are and that you're not to be confused with his audience members. Or if he's apologizing to himself for not slowing down and taking a moment to just breathe. “Take your time. We have nowhere to be,” you told him softly, pressing a kiss to his forehead. He nods with a little yawn escaping his lips. …archons, when was the last time he got some decent sleep? When you've removed all his makeup and put everything away, you're helping him off the counter and exiting the bathroom with him right beside you. After, you put him in one of your shirts since it was the only other option you had for clothes. It helped him get out of his magician clothing and make him feel more grounded in his home. Lyney, who's now lying between your legs, nuzzling into the warmth of your chest with an additional blanket on top of both of you. He felt like he was in heaven with the additional soft praises you whispered in his ear. “You did such a good job, meeting all the crowd’s expectations. and that new trick turned out amazing, all of your hard practice paid off, my love.” Your fingers carding through his blonde hair, playing with them and lightly scratching at his scalp. His eyes are closed, enjoying all the sensations you provided, and soon enough you hear soft purrs coming from your boyfriend. Yes, that's right. Your boyfriend, who did not have a tail or cat ears, was purring like a little kitten. And this wasn't the first time it happened. You asked him why he didn't have the cat appearance like his sister, and he replied, “Well, if there were two people, there wouldn't be enough diversity don't you think? It'd be quite boring if me and Lynette were both cat people” like it was obvious.

You had to hand it to him, he was kind of right about that. He used magic to conceal his ears and tails, but that didn't mean he didn't have them at all. Which explains how he was purring at the moment. You knew he was about to fall asleep and you quickly pressed a kiss to his head while murmuring, “Lyney un-do it.” A whine comes from him and he nuzzles further into your chest. “Nooo. I don’t want to moveeee” he complains, voice drowsy. “But baby it makes your head sore and gives you a headache. We agreed you’d un-do it before you fell asleep, remember?” He's groaning now. If he had to explain how it felt to conceal his ears, it felt like he was wearing a wig that was too small for his head. If he wore this wig for too long, naturally it would hurt and feel like his head was going to burst into a million pieces. “I promise you can sleep right after,” you say, trying to give him some sort of incentive Lyney’s face peaks up from your chest and he’s shaking his head quickly back and forth. Like magic, a pair of cat ears appeared on the top of his head, bouncing back and forth with his head, and a tail appeared near his lower back. A moan of relief slips from his mouth. His head feels so much better now. “And you say I don't care about you,” you teased “Yes yes, you always know what's best for me,” he says dismissively, closing his eyes and getting ready to sleep. You couldn't see his face, but you could feel the small and genuine smile on his lips that rested against your skin. Maybe this is why Lyney can't rest in his breakroom. In his breakroom, he's by himself and doesn't know how to take care of himself. He only knows how to apply the makeup, wear some fake smiles for the crowd, and take off the makeup. But his break room didn't have you. You, who would take care of him in ways he didn't know how. You, who would give him kisses and cuddles. It seems that you were his place where you could take a break. Lyney almost snorted at the thought. How could a person be a place? It sounded so silly.

right before he lost consciousness for the night, his tail managed to wrap itself around your arm that rested on his lower back, keeping you close to him even as he slept.
