Looking At the details of his outfit i think he had the least amount of time between his battle and getting picked up

Especially since we know they want to take people alone, that's probably why they waited so long with torres , as he would have spent so much time in heavily populated areas during the war

We know he's still dealing with shoulder stab that is initial fight , because he keeps moving to protect it and it's a high possibility they grabbed him when he was out in the woods putting his brother to rest

Especially the placement of the blood , I don't think it's his, it's probably from moving his brother's body
