He decided to retire to Mistria to start a ranch but he cant stay away from the mines and monster fighting. Harry Potter is fucking unsalvageable at this point and it doesn't matter how much you seperate yourself from the artist/author when the author's bigotry and transmisogyny heavily overshadows anything in that mediocre book.

googling shit like "why do i feel bad after hanging out with my friends" and all of the answers are either "you need better friends" (i don't; my friends are wonderful) or "your social battery is drained, you need to rest and regain your energy levels" (i don't; i've got tons of energy, it's just manifesting as over-the-top neurotic mania). why is this even happening. it's like some stupid toll i have to pay as a punishment for enjoying myself too much
#yes!! this is exactly whats happening!!#especially for emotionally taxing events like roleplay - the aftercare is very important#in the vtm larp scene we have a post game tradition called ‘afters’ where you get together with the group at a late night spot-#or brunch the next day and talk about everything that happened at game. you talk characters and favorite scenes etc#and it really helps with the post game depression AND you get a full meal in bc everyone forgets to eat dinner during game#i love it sm#but also#its important to keep that discussion going a few days after too bc for some people the drop doesnt hit immediately#it hits a few days to even an entire week later#so going back to the group to chat about it more is super helpful to help ease the come down for those emotional highs#take care of yourselves gamers <3#dnd#vtm#rp#larp
