I’ve been going through a rough patch in terms of art recently, doubting myself and my own capabilities, wondering if everything people told me were lies. I’m posting some old art I did because I think it’s important to know that I’ve come a long way, even small changes I make as I grow impact me and my style, I want every artist to look back at old works that they poured their soul into and realize that nobody knows what they’re doing, I may seem like a pro but in terms of art i know nothing, I simply only show the good side of my art

Pixy dragons

I saw it at home because that trash never got into theaters (thank god) and it was the first time I ever realized you could make a bad movie. The whole thing is free on YouTube and I recommend it if you want to torture a prisoner of war. It hurts to watch

What would you guys consider the worst movie you've ever seen? Not something that's fun to make fun of, nothing you ironically enjoyed, I mean just an absolutely miserable moviegoing experience that you paid for, hated every second, and wish you had walked out of and asked for a refund.

For me, no joke, Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted. It did not even feel like a real movie to me. It made me see red! I was SEETHING with anger and annoyance throughout the entire thing, and I cannot for the life of me articulate why. I saw it once in 2012 when I was 15, I remember almost nothing about it now, but it struck a nerve with me like no other movie ever has before or since.

Tell me in the tags, which movie makes you disproportionately angry just thinking about it?

i'm so happy i came across your art ;----; it's really touching and melancholicly comforting!! In a bit of a bittersweet "the nighttime's all I have for myself, and i can find solace in that, as it's never truly all that lonely," kind of way. At least, that's the type of coziness i felt with it. Kind of up and awake at 4am right now ^^; But yeah, thank you for making art so touching. Have a lovely day

Though my life may not be optimal, it’s still beautiful. I can’t guarantee things will get better, but even pain is a feeling. Be happy you can feel, just relish it. Curl up in your blankets and cry, because you can. Make art, sing songs, dance to a feeling that is unique. Just keep going forward and let yourself drown in the world.
