Read of the week - Atomic Habits by James Clear This book focuses on easy, atomic habits to adopt each day to develop yourself, to master a skill over a period of time. Because as they say, "Rome was not built in a day". Author James Clear tells us his own life story and experiences how as a kid who was injured badly to the point he was in a coma and had to sit out a year of his high school baseball team to recover but he was not just sitting out he was developing and adopting his plan of atomic habits to come back even stronger. During his college days he not only played baseball again but he went on to become a star player of his team. Later as he grew up how he built a successful business and how became the author of several bestseller books!
