weight is up again because i drank so much water today + i ate too much for the past few days.. feel like shit.. getting back into exercising i was able to run a lot longer today than any other day ive done sprint intervals. I wont post myself unposed because i would never recover the public humiliation of people seeing my bloated stomach.

got in a 10 minute run and a few minutes of planks even though i said i was on a rest day. my thighs are disgustingly large still and my stomach isnt flat if im not posing. at least my ribs are starting to show. need to start doing stomach vacuum’s soon.. i know i should let my thigh muscle degrade if i want skinny legs but im using that muscle to keep my metabolism working on my side

The crepe was the cheapest c@l thing on the menu of the place i went to so i couldnt get protein there, need to eat more protein overall. did so good at supper i only really ate the parts of my food that had protein but i had to nibble on the breading and fries as to not be suspicious. today is a rest day for working out but tomorrow ill go extra hard to burn off the sugar i ate today.
