Finding Nemo
Finding Nemo was released in 2003. This film covers a number of different issues, including trauma and even the struggles of being a single parent. While the protagonist is Nemo, more adult issues arise with his father, Marlin, and his journey to find his son while dealing with his excessive fear that something bad will happen to the young man. A good film for family, dedicated to kids but also with a good message.

The Batman
Batman is a great movie! Loaded with a detective plot, with a good dose of mystery, a tone of suspense, and the most realistic setting possible. As much as Nolan's universe and maybe even more down to earth than the Dark Knight Trilogy. The story is good and walks through important points of the bat-man and his particular universe, involving the viewer.
The story is interesting and has the praise of bringing the typical detective story into the cinematic Batman universe for the first time really. For those who don't read comics, it's important to point out that in the comics, Bruce Wayne is not just a top-notch fighter, but a genius who is known as "the greatest detective in the world". His stories in his original media often explore this element, drawing influences from film noir and detective literature; both present in the film, by the way.

8 MILE
Jimmy is a white rapper who lives in Detroit and is looking for meaning in the difficult life he leads on the outskirts. Between disagreements with his alcoholic mother and a troubled relationship with his girlfriend, he puts his hope for better days in a rhyming contest. In the quest to overcome, Jimmy faces a rival group within his neighborhood, which seems to have ideals divided by the street that gives its name to the original title.
During the film, the racism present with Jimmy is evident due to the fact that he is a rapper and white, something that among black rappers was considered "funny", but what makes Jimmy different from other rappers was not the color of his skin, it was the fact him really good at what he does.
It is worth mentioning that the film is based on the story of rapper Eminem, the same one who plays Jimmy in 8 Mile.

CAST AWAY
The main character is a model FedEx employee and during the movie, as he is on a deserted island with no food and no water, he needs, for his survival, to open the mail. However, he does so in great pain.
This film is one of the best examples of resilience, which is the ability to adapt to a situation of bad luck or great change, and our protagonist had to adapt for 4 long years before he was able to return home.

Fight Club
Fight Club is a 1999 film directed by David Fincher. When it came out, it was not very successful at the box office, but ended up reaching the level of a cult film, being acclaimed by critics and the public. It remains a very popular film, perhaps because it provokes viewers, and leads to deep reflections about our society and the way we live. We can say that Fight Club is a film much more about the consumer society than violence.
The main character, who is nicknamed the "Narrator", leads a solitary life, spending his time buying expensive clothes and new decorations for his home in an attempt to fill the void in himself; making a clear critique of consumerism.
During the narrative, the protagonist meets another character, Tyler Durden, a soap manufacturer with a unique philosophy of life, which impresses and intrigues him. Together, the two have several conversations about the current lifestyle, capitalism and consumerism and, at the end of the conversation, Tyler challenges him: "I want you to hit me as hard as you can". Confused, the narrator accepts and they both end up fighting. Their fights are increasingly frequent and they begin to attract other men, therefore creating the Fight Club.
Tyler disappears one day, trying to stop the cycle of destruction that Fight Club has been causing, the narrator begins to chase him across the country, with the strange feeling that he knows all those places. One of the organization's members reveals the truth; the narrator was Tyler Durden himself this whole time.
