Corporate People After Salary Gets Over

The hard reality is shown in a lighter way.

Bollywood did a great job some years back.

Many of you who have liked my posts or shared them might have noticed that Bollywood properly heeded the needs, dreams, aspirations, and challenges of the common man in the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s.

That is why I use content from that era to make memes.

It's simple, I too can relate to that.

Salary is an important thing in today's era.

No matter where you work.

Salary allows you to take care of your expenses outside your home if you live away from your family.

But if you live with your family, you still need a good amount to sustain yourself in today's world.

Room rent, food, grocery, water, electricity, etc. you need to have money so you can carry yourself every day.

And you need to tackle inflation, which never stops growing.

But I do not hear often about it.

I think very less people or negligible are there in today's India with low salaries, most of them have achieved higher positions with good salaries and financial security.

Or they switch their personalities when they switch from Instagram to LinkedIn or Twitter.

As nobody is bothered about the content I post there.

Or maybe only rich people are there on LinkedIn who cannot relate to the content I post.

Twitter/X has just turned out to be a place where politics take the lead from verified/RW accounts from different countries.

Let's see if something changes this time.

Design Website Launch For DechNSign

Finally, the portfolio website for my online handle DechNSign is live.

After staying unemployed for a longer period. More than 1 year. I decided to revamp my work and present it in a better way with the plan of getting a job.

The following website is a single-page presenter.

That has an introductory banner, a resume/small profile, 5 design projects, and a footer with contact details.

Most Self-Obsessed Bollywood Character

Iss gazab ke self-obsession ne to self-obsession word ko bhi sharmaane par majboor kar diya.

I know ke ye character kaafi "So full of himself" type hain.

But yahi Rajeshwar (character played by Bollywood actor Gulshan Grover) ke character ki success bhi hain in the storyline.

He starts as a rising antagonist, challenges the most powerful of his opponents Chourasia (Played by Legendary actor Kader Khan), disappears after escaping from the police, plays as a mastermind who kills politicians whenever he wants by bringing his younger brother Lankeshwar (Played by Late actor Salim Ghouse), and becomes the ultimate gangster who supplies weapons to terrorize the city.

Donald Trump x Elon Musk

The feud between US President Donald Trump and Businessman Mr. Elon Musk is now open. Elon has been an ally of President Trump from the start of his election campaign. Trump even helped Elon establish DOGE to help him reform the system and manage wasteful expenditures. But both are now at a crossroads as Elon has left working with Donald Trump.

Also, he has started to be critical, which can be seen clearly on social media platform X.

This only proves that there are no permanent friendships or enmity when you are in politics. It's just personal gains that always take centre stage thus ruining and forming alliances.

No matter what, things are changing faster in the US. Let's see what the time has in store for the country and the world.

DNA Tests Before and After x Ayaash

Crazy method of doing DNA tests to confirm paternity. Iske baad waala jo movie mai aage hain to wo aur zyada crazy hain.

Bollywood is crazy to show this. But what I find crazy here is actually the way people can sometimes behave. People can opt for weird methods to deal with their fear.

More than that the movie "Ayaash" actually came before the year 1984.

So no sane mind would have thought of medical science going this far so a test or a sample could have been tested to confirm it.

Otherwise medical association hi case daal deti court main.

The Thakur played by the Late Bollywood actor Sanjeev Kumar in this scene doubts his deceased wife having an extra-marital affair with one of his previous associates.

Even after living for so many years with his family happily and enjoying the lavish lifestyle his mental state shatters after seeing his associate's picture in his wife's locket.

And now the Thakur is no longer happy.

ANI V/S YouTube Creators

Some time back, I saw a video of one of the creators who is doing political commentary on YouTube. This video was shared by the renowned journalist Mr. Abhisar Sharma, where ANI demanded around 25 lakhs in lieu of withdrawing copyright strikes from the creator for using a clip put up by their news agency. But now this seems to be a regular practice of ANI.

Recently, famous YouTuber Mr. Mohak Mangal who is known for making videos with deep-dive research on topics was sent two copyright strikes by ANI for using the clips from their YouTube Channel.

What may seem like a clear-cut case of piracy is not as it may look like.

ANI has a YouTube Channel.

Clearly, the channel wants to make revenue from YouTube and even wants eyeballs in the form of views.

The platform has a policy, which says and I quote, "Fair use is a legal doctrine that says use of copyright-protected material under certain circumstances is allowed without permission from the copyright holder."

Now, Mohak has used smaller clips in videos for reference that are related to ANI. He is a commentator and researcher who has used the following content to further explain the points in his videos rather than copying content and putting it as his own.

So he is well within his rights.

But ANI wanted him to pay a whopping sum of INR 50 Lakhs.

On further negotiation, they have made a fun and final deal of INR 40 Lakhs as a subscription amount to use the content rightfully, which is inappropriate. YouTube does not pay you that much in return so you can even recover this amount.

Thugesh aka Mr. Mahesh Keshwala, another YouTuber has said that ANI has asked him to pay INR 15 Lakhs for a 2-second clip which he has used for reference.

What seems like a legitimate case of confronting piracy now looks like a clear-cut case of extortion.

You send copyright strikes, make them feel vulnerable, and then ask for huge amounts in the name of subscription.

I want to conclude this by saying that ANI is just making it hard for the content creators and wants to make them jobless.

Strict actions by agencies, institutions, and the government will be highly appreciated to protect innocent people.

Game of Indian Marriages-Weddings

It is what it is.

This scene is from the Bollywood movie Prem Rog, in which the girl's father orders their village astrologer to make a birth chart that matches the boy's horoscope.

The girl is from the family of Landlords, and the boy's family had a royal background in the past that came with immense wealth.

The scene of marriages has become complicated, generally, as money is where people want to go.

I remember that dialogue from this movie "3 Idiots" where Farhan says in narration that kids' in India are taught that if you won't get a job without degree, no father will give her daughter's hand, bank won't give a credit card, and the world will not respect you.

The same thing Mr. Saikiran said some years back in his standup is that the arranged marriage market is complicated for men, as the qualified girls prefer the ones with the highest merit.

The moral of this post is, if you love a girl and do not want to end up like the above scene, just take care of your educational merit, salary, savings, and personal wellbeing.

Or just avoid FALLING in love. What else I can ask people to do to stay sane.

America in India VS Pakistan

बीते दिन जो हुआ है भारत में वो हमने, आपने, और पूरी दुनिया ने देखा।

पहलगाम में भारतीय पर्यटकों की आतंकवादीओ द्वारा की गयी हत्या,

पूँछ क्षेत्र के लोगों पर पाकिस्तान द्वारा आक्रमण,

और सेना द्वारा उनके प्रयासों को विफल करने के साथ-साथ उनकी इस उद्दण्ता का उत्तर देना।

मसलन एक लड़ाई जमीन पर और दूसरी सोशल मीडिया एवं डिजिटल चैनलस पर।

दोनों ही लड़ाईओं में हमारे वीर सैनिको एवं इंडिपेंडेंट न्यूज़ चैनल्स ने अपना काम पूरी जिम्मेदारी और दक्षता से संपन्न किया।

पर अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रम्प ने इस द्विपक्षीय मसले में अपनी दखलंदाज़ी से इस पूरे मुद्दे को एक अलग ही रंगरूप दे दिया।

उन्होंने युद्धविराम का प्रस्ताव रखा।

दोनों देशों ने इस प्रस्ताव को अपना समर्थन दिया।

जिसकी कुछ ही देर बाद पाकिस्तान ने अवमानना भी कर दी।

मुझे ये सब देखकर उस कहानी की याद आ गयी जब सब कुछ हारने के बाद भी अंतिम कौरव सेनापति अश्वथामा ने पांडवो को मारने के लिए आदि प्रजापति ब्रम्हा के उस महाभयंकर ब्रम्हाशीरअस्त्र का प्रयोग किया।

तब प्राण रक्षा हेतु श्रीकृष्ण ने अर्जुन से उसी अस्त्र को प्रयोग करके प्रतिउत्तर देने का परामर्श दिया।

स्तिथि की गंभीरता को देखते हुए महामुनि वेदव्यास जी ने बीच-बचाव किया और अश्वथामा को निति ज्ञान द्वारा समझाने का प्रयास किया।

पर अपनी घर्णा से ग्रस्त अश्वथामा को अधर्म और प्रतिशोध ही प्रिय था।

उस पतित ने अस्त्र का रुख मोड़ कर अभिमन्यु की पत्नी के गर्भ पर लक्षित कर दिया।

अब अगर हम भारत की बात करें।

आगे क्या होगा, क्या सही होगा, क्या गलत होगा, मैं नहीं जानता।

पर पढ़ने वाले याद रखे।

युद्ध चाहे तब हुआ हो या अब, लोग चाहे आज मरे या कल, वो गलत हैं।

When you join a Company without Research

Corporate employees ki yahin kahaani hain.

Kabhi kabhi to lagta hain ke mainland of India ke middle class category main sirf corporate employees hi paida hote hain.

Matlab … … You get into a school You study You pass You complete 10th and 12th You give entrance exams You get into college You struggle (while having fun on the side 😜) You pass.

If your college is good, then you get a placement. Nahi to try for yourself.

Itna sab karne ke baad bhi job na mile then opt for Masters.

Itna sab ho jaane ke baad bhi you and I are no different than this Hukum Singh.

Salary negotiation when shifting to metro city

Hua hain kisi ke saath aisa?

I think one of the most tough tasks for people was salary negotiation, since 2022.

Especially for people who migrated to big or metro cities after working from home.

But let's be honest.

It had never been easy.

And with years to come and jobs becoming scarce.

It's becoming harder day by day.

Not many people can afford to stay in a rented flat even after sharing.

People rely on hostels or PG accommodations even after getting married where the spouse and parents stay away.

I have tried to bring out the humour with a heavy heart.

Because I might be hungry for social media visibility.

But I am not a person without human feelings.

I would be keen to know if people have anything to share in the comments section.

Getting Bored in Office During Summers

Going to the office in the month of summer can be tiring.

The temperature has gone to 45 Degrees C in smaller cities, I cannot imagine what must be happening in the metros and other bigger cities.

Often electricity also feels betrayed and it becomes impossible to stay calm.

So just stay hydrated, stay cool, and stay calm.

Because meme… sorry May is coming 😅.

Massive changes can lead to fights between the one handling it and the other owning it.

I have seen both the client and the people handling the project spoiling it.

Mukesh Khanna and Surendra Pal are two of my favourite actors.

Their personalities, voices, and acting skills combined make them indispensable actors in the Indian film industry.

They have worked together in different projects be it Mahabharat, Shaktimaan, Chandrakanta, this very movie Judge Mujrim, etc.

They have shown great bonding and given legendary performances together.

Somehow this scene gave me the idea of creating a meme.

Every Indian Family's Pain x YRKKH

Addressing one of the prevalent issues in India even in the year 2025.

Getting girls married before they reach 30 years of age in Indian families.

I would not call this idea outdated as I am very much in line with the notion people have towards their children.

People want their kids to get settled down in life and it is a good thing.

But I always support the fact that why don't you leave them open if you have believe in your upbringing.

Give them enough rope and weight.

Chances are they might like this freedom and make their life beautiful.

Human life is what someone gets only once, so let them experience life by having their share of the sky.

State of Indian Middle Class x Ghayal

The world is not an easy place for ordinary people to live in.

Some 10, 15 days or a month is what has gone tough towards the Indian middle class.

US President Trump's alarming reciprocal tariffs are destroying the wealth of investors across the globe.

Blooming unemployment and a recent podcast by Mr. Saurabh Mukherjea, a renowned author on the peril of the salaryman.

Rising prices of fuel and gold in the domestic markets.

Much has been said before, but more than that needs to be done to care for these middle class people.

Markets are becoming more fierce than competitive.

But no matter what, the rich will find their way to stay where they are or rather move to a top position.
