I find it funny when people get mad at Marauder fanfictions/art because it's not true to the story.

"Jegulus isn't cannon!" "Lily isn't plus sized!"

Babe everything about the Marauders is made up, we were given so little canon material and yet we have a whole lore that most people agree are true about these characters. You can't even get that with canon stuff.

For all we know James Potter took ballet class as a kid and Remus Lupin could tap dance like there's no tomorrow.

Who's going to say I'm wrong? Not the books.

Plus it's fanfiction, nothing is going to be 100% accurate. It's not a big deal.

sometimes I think about the opening to atyd and this nostalgic feeling that makes me wobbly falls upon me. It feels like I get a glimpse into a past life, or a life that could have been.

sometimes I think about the opening to atyd and mere seconds later I begin the journey that is rereading the bastard story.

it may not be the best ff of all times. and I don’t agree with every portrayal of every character, but it’s something. something that will always be nuzzled firm into this fandom. something old a pretty dazzling.

Hi I love your Snapchat series! Just a note: the snap from Effie says 'main tumhen dekh raha hoon, james' which is grammatically incorrect since she's a woman. It should be 'main tumhen dekh rahi hoon, james' .

Also if the intention was to be ominous with the 'i'm watching you james' , it would translate better if you put 'mujhe sab dikhta hai, james'

I mainly just thought it was a fun little detail and added to the depth of the characters dynamic :>
