I missed Danny Cowboy, so I brought him back. He's pretty creepy. Why a skeleton horse? Because, why not?

Ember's Sailor AU design! I decided for her to be a Greek mythology type of siren so she could better keep a somewhat fire motif, and I noticed she has a habit of getting up into high areas when attacking or performing.

Her bird of reference is a red-tailed hawk, as they are well known for their very loud calls. I also chose this bird instead of an ocean bird because Ember wants to perform globally, and I think being a sea-bird would've constricted her to the coast. So, she is a bird that can survive in most habitats.

Also, a little Skulker Easter egg!

Not related, but some sort fucked up karma decided to mess with me. So, less than a month after I made the Sailor AU I get a call from my family, telling me we are selling our house and moving into and living on a boat across the country. We've lived in the desert for my entire life. what.

So, on the bright side, I'll be getting a lot of first-hand experience for the AU 😅!

Next design should be skulker! Albeit it'll take awhile since it's finals month. :)

Imagine for whatever reason Danny gets turned into a cat (black with white boots and white with black boots when changing to ghost form, I imagine him as a fluffy long hair cat) and he’s in Gotham just running around and doing whatever. Only he’s not alone, no no, Cujo is here with him.

So imagine cat Danny, walking through an alley, followed by little Cujo happily wagging his tail. Just this black cat that looks high maintenance and a glowing green puppy following it.

They look like they have places to be, important places.

A Maddie & Danny Fenton! I imagine in the Sailor AU sometimes Maddie & Jack would have to go dive for samples of whatever they're studying. I also think that sometimes they'd bring Danny, because "He's small and can fit into the tighter crevices!" because that's not dangerous or anything at all.

Finally finished my last big project for school today, so I now have more time to draw now! Hooray!

OKAY GANG, we finally have mer!Danny.

This one was me questioning what type of mermaid I wanted Danny to be, and basing him off of a Black Marlin was one of the options because they are one of the fastest fish, and Danny has a thing for speed.

BUT, then I saw this AMAZING drawing by @the-stove-is-on-fire , and was introduced to the lovely idea of a wiggly & long phantom. Plus, I think having him be eel-like opens up many more eldritch & creepy type options. For example, I gave eel Danny secondary eyelids, a secondary set of jaws, and a deep-sea version(note: eel skeletons are weird as hell.)

So, let me know what you think :)! I myself am heavily leaning towards making Danny into something of an eel Mermaid. The more spooky the better.

Next up, I'll have some art of Sailor AU Maddie + more Danny & Jack :D! Plus, maybe a slightly redesigned Jazz if I have time.

Hello!!! This is some fan-art of jaemyun's DPxDC fic Who You Gonna Call?

I don't have much to say, this fic is amazing. I really liked Phantom's design in it, so here we are! I tried to incorporate some of the uncanny-ness of the guy's long arms, and I imagine him being pretty spindly? I also threw some minor head-cannons in there.

The sketches at the end are some visual concepts of Danny, Tucker, and Sam. Definitely gonna rework Sam's design if I have time between college stuff, I don't think the way it is now really looks like her.

Anyway, I am a firm believer in tall Danny(at the very least), that boy is the son of a brick building of a man. Also, I tried to incorporate a little bit of Dan-ness in his face, just because I think it would be inevitable for him not to share some resemblance as he gets older, which is my reasoning for him looking the way he does.

Either way, both Sam & Danny are probably gonna get re-vamped if I end up drawing their Gala outfits from chapter 8. Tucker will probably not, I like how his face turned out.

Blah! Whatever :D! Go read jaemyun's fic, it's amazing! Their characterization is bonkers-over-yonkers insanely good, I cannot state this enough!

It is the #1 WORST time for me to have one billion exiting AU ideas, but it is happening regardless and who am I to deny myself.

ANYWAY, here's what I have of what I'm calling the Sailor AU, where instead of being based around ghosts and the dead, Danny Phantom(the show) is based around the ocean!

Please note I'm not exactly experienced in character design, especially about sea-based clothing and cultures(Grew up & live in a desert. :,) )

So! Here's Jazz & Jack's designs, plus some blobby ghost blurbs. I don't think the first design of Jazz that I have is something she'd really wear- Except maybe the shirt- but I was having a lot of fun with the line art pen & didn't feel like erasing all that much to draw more clothes. So! Expect a redesign in terms of Jazz's casual clothes. But! I do like how the Boat-ware outfit came out, said outfit would be the equivalent of something like a lab outfit/hazmat in the actual show.

I'm still working on nailing down Maddie & Danny's designs, not to mention Phantom. But! I am VERY exited to work on the ghost's designs, I have some very fun ideas.

As for the Fentons in general, I imagine they'd like in some kind of fucked up lighthouse on the edge of a coastal town. I haven't nailed down the time period, but I'm thinking sometime in the early 2000's or 90's.
