I’ve decided to stop counting calories and just focus on small portions for now. The calorie counting was getting too obsessive and stopped being a tool. I’ll focus on eating a small omad and exercising. There are so many ways to get skinny yall

Weigh in: 62.9kg or about 138.6 lbs
Thank god there’s finally some progress starting up again. And a few of my family members have been taking notice of my weight loss, my mom even asked if I’ve been eating right!! So validating tbh. I still have a lot to go obviously, but I look a lot thinner than when I started out. Never give up!!
