THE SUN AND MOON ╰► JAMES POTTER
⋆.˚ ☾ .⭒˚ ⋆.˚ ☾ .⭒˚
SUMARRY - James was the sun, she was the moon. The sun yearned for the moon while it hid in darkness
WARNING- Cursing, self doubt, ect. Ooc a lot probably. (Kinda more of a introduction, not long)
—PART 2 (In works)
𝐉𝐀𝐌𝐄𝐒 𝐏𝐎𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐑, the human equivalent to the sun. James potter was a carbon copy of a warm day. James potter, with a heart the size of the sun and the ego to challenge it.
James was a teenage boy. A teenage boy with friends he would spend his whole life with, a group strong to withstand anything. A teenage boy with crude jokes and a cock attitude.
But James potter was also a teenage boy, who loved quiddich, muggle things. Who loved to sing in the shower, who still cried in his mother’s arms. A teenager with an anxiety for anything that involves him. James potter thrived on praise, for everyone to like him.
James Potter loved life.
James potter also craved for the moon. A tale old as time. The moon and the sun, destined for each-other, but fated forever apart.
James potter was obsessed with his moon from the first time his eyes met hers. A small boy, a sweater to big for him, eyes wide, round glasses slipping down his nose- his brown hair messy and unbrushed.
A missing front tooth that shows when he smiles, tan skin from the countless outside activities.
And when he saw her, sitting on the train for the first time, her hair blocking her face- body hidden in the corner with a boy beside her with a large nose, pale skin and black greasy hair.
So, naturally like any Potter before him, he chased. He went with bold words about his love to her whenever given the chance.
His heart grew hard, more driven with each rejection that she threw at his face.
He didn’t care, because she was his, and he was hers. Call him delusional (Like Sirius does), he don’t care- he would marry that girl one day, swear on it.
—
𝐘/𝐍 𝐋/𝐍, the human equivalent to the moon. She was cold, like a shiver on a rather nippy morning. A heart that could care less about people she barely knows.
She was a teenage girl. A girl with the amount of her friends being able to be counted on a closed fist, zero. A girl who wished she could withstand the world. A teenage girl with insecurity’s and sharp words.
And yet she was still a teenage girl. Feelings she couldn’t explain. A body who seemed to hate her. A girl who cried with her head tucked in her pillow to keep her cries silent. A girl who fears everyone around her is speaking ill about her. A girl who craves being alone, because then she only had to worry about her own self hurting her.
Y/N L/N hated life.
But, fate seemed against her. A story old as time tangling in her world. She hated the lack of control. She hated the folk tails of the sun and moon being destined for each other. Because who wanted to deal with a person with non stop energy.
She hated the sun. Even more when it was used to describe James potter. Gross, even the name left a foul taste on her tongue.
She could have forgotten the moment they first met- if it wasn’t for the male shouting it on the top of his lungs whenever he could.
She was a young girl. The harsh words of her mother echoing in her head, muffling any awareness of the outside world. Her hair was messy, her eyes look like they couldn’t care less. Somthing you don’t see on a young kids face often. Her eyes staring at the floor to try to calm the nausea crawling at her throat.
Her.. acquaintance sat next to her, though he was to busy being completely enthralled by the full figured red head beside him, who was rambling about random things she hoped to learn at there new..school.
One thing she was certain of about Hogwarts, was that she hated James potter. A biased judgmental teen boy who wouldn’t leave her alone.
A brown haired boy with his posey always beside him, a boy who threw insults at the only boy she could call- a close acquaintance. And a teenage boy who seems to hate her house colors, but won’t hate on her. He couldn’t just pick and choose. There were way nicer and better Slytherins than her.
She didn’t care, he wasn’t hers and she definitely wasn’t his. She thinks her way is a lot more factual than whatever silly dream that potter had. She would escape his infatuation, swear on it.
—
Y/N couldn’t help the annoyed sight that escaped her lips at the sight of James Potter. The sight alone gave her a headache that made her want to rip her hair from her head.
She rubbed her pointer finger and thumb down the bridge of her nose, suppressing another annoyed sigh.
Her eyes lazily drifting over the boys who stood around him. She didn’t care, she could barely remember their names. Maybe if people stoped talking about the boys like there were some kind of gods to the school, she could have the full relief of forgetting there names.
The scarred tall one was Remus. A quick tongued boy who was rather brash and sassy when he wanted. He had rougher facial features. More sharp.
The other one, Sirius, had his long dark hair in a small half up style. He looked stupid in her opinion. He had softer features, more feminine. But they were sharp, calculated like most of the men in the Black family’s. If that made sense.
A pudgy blonde standing a bit behind him, a tense face. Peter. She remembered him only due to the fact she was rather peeved he never stood up for himself, he was weak and a bit cowardly. Everyone is in their own way she guesses. No one really talked much about him, an odd one out she guessed.
She leaned her shoulder slightly forward, slowing her hair to fall on it to crest a sort of sheild from her face. Her eyes instantly going to Snape, who was beside her. His pale skin was flushed with its usual anger whenever the group of teens were around. She didn’t blame him.
He always seemed angry after his falling out with Lilly Evens. A girl he liked since they were all little brats.
“They’re coming over, your stupid for thinking that was going to work.” Snape said, a rather bored tone coating his tongue as he spoke, his pale eyes not moving from his book.
“It would if Sirius wasn’t a fuckin’ hound dog.” Y/N groaned, her head falling onto the table, only to be caught by Snape’s cold hand as he gives her a quick sneer; dropping her head. It hit the table still, just probably softer than it would have.
“Look there Moony, I think I see Padfoot’s Slytherin.” The annoying voice of Sirius Black scrapes through her ears like nails on a chalkboard.
“Maybe if we ignore them, they’ll go away.” Snape suggested rather boredly, slumping on the table with an exhausted sigh.
“Great advice, stupid fuck.” Her hand pushed his head to the table, creating a dull bang that he just groaned stupidly about .
“They’re like roaches, you can’t get rid of them.” Y/N said, her eyes closing in annoyance when the boys sadly stand by where they sat in the library.
She couldn’t bare being her head up to look at the boys she could feel beside her. She hated the stupid look on Potter’s face when he saw her. Reminded her of a puppy, it made her feel sick.
“Aren’t you to stupid to be in a library.” Of course it was Snape the first one. Maybe they could have just stood there, feeling humiliated for being ignored. But of course Snape had to put his two sense in it.
“Aren’t you a little to ugly to be around Y/N.” Oh Peter, that was a cute try. But it was a boring and horrible comeback. Absolutely revolting and embarrassing in her mind.
“You, my beauty, are invited for another Hogsmed trip with yours truly.” James Potter spoke for the first time, with a stupid fake accent. Surprising, he’s usually said Atleast a thousand words in a minute of seeing her.
“For the…208th time this- month.” Sirius spoke, looking down as he mimicked the motion of counting his fingers. Grunting when he got an elbow to the stomach by the tall scarred boy beside him.
“You think he would give up by now.” Snape hummed, leaning closer to her in attempt to whisper. A rather pathetic way, in her mind.
She sighed tiredly, finally lifting her eyes to meet the hazel ones of James Potter. Who always wore a goofy dimple smile when looking at her. His pupils almost covering the coloring of his eyes when he looks at her.
“No.” She said plainly, rolling her eyes at the boy in front of her.
“Great- we can..” He begun to talk, but suddenly paused with furrowed brows. “I’m sorry, what did you say?” He asked, a bit of the disappointed tone lingering on the tip of his tongue.
“She said no.” Peter squeaked behind them, his blue eyes dancing nervously from them to the floor. Remus groaned, rubbing the bridge of his nose with a sigh. Sirius nudged his elbow into the pale boy, making him gasp.
“Shut up wormy.” He hisses, trying to hide his laugh from the fact his friend was getting rejected once again.
James huffed, a rather ridiculous and dramatic pout forming on his lips afterwords. The sight alone made the girl cringe, looking away in second hand embarrassment.
“Well, we must get going.” (Y/N) said plainly, hurrying to pack her things into the satchel beside her, basically snatching the back of Snape’s robe to pull him from his seat.
Snaps grunted, packing his things quickly and tripping over his feet to keep up with the girl who had yet not let go of his robe, dragging him.

Spider recieves messages from the great mother through a female psychic navi (his biggest crush) as he embraces her after a long day of meditation. The gentle touch of her hands drive him through the biggest revelation: he is loved.
𝗟𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗗 ╰► SPIDER
Summary - Spider Learned his is love, human or not
Warnings - Neytiri hates spider (though she tolerates him) Cursing. Very short and rushed, was tired.
SPIDER NEVER FELT or understood the meaning of ‘true love’ many of the scientists spoke about in there conversations around the lab, resting in there black rolling chairs, one foot over the other talking about there life’s.
He never understood the feeling, better yet. He was abandoned by his father, his mother was dead. Max and Norm tried hard to treat him like their own, but yet- the love never felt real. It felt to artificial, full of pity.
He wasn’t human, nor was he Na’vi. To wild, acted to much like a Na’vi for the humans. And acted to much like a human for the Na’vi. He was stuck in the middle, not fully wanted on each side.
Yet, he stuck around the Na’vi children, or more specifically the Sully children. The children were the closest he felt to home.
Jake wasn’t as hesitant or aggressive as his mate Netiri. Spider couldn’t blame the Na’vi woman, she had been through much at the hands of the ‘sky people’
Spider could confidently call one person his ‘home’. And it was a Na’vi that went by the name of (Y/N)
She made his body vibrate with nerves, and fresh redness coat his face with ever-time they met eachother. He asked norm why he felt that way once, he had a crush in the words of Norm and Max.
So, Spider found himself sitting in his small dorm like room off to the side of the lab, the blue pain in a small container sitting in-front of him, coating his fingers as he pressed it to his exposed skin.
His hair was down, some of the only times it was free. He had yet to redo it, and was more focused on painting the artificial Na’vi stripes on his skin.
He was interrupted by the hissing sound of the lab door opening, and the soft pattering of bare feet on the labs bare white floor.
He heard something plastic be removed from a clip, and the feet coming close until he was met by the sight of a crouching (Y/N), her tail flicking behind her calmly with a small red flower tied to the end.
He stared at her yellow eyes, watching her pupils widen and her mouth pulling into a gang-filled smile. He should feel intimidated by the fangs that were the size of his pointer finger, but all he could feel was admiration.
He smiled back, moving the paint as she sat down, the bed sipping under the weight as her whole body was bigger than the bed itself.
He felt the familiar flush of red coat his cheeks as he tilted his head down slightly, hoping his hair would hide it.
He could see the tiredness in her eyes, making them droop slightly and her pupils grow as she relaxed.
“You hair.” She said, her voice thick with a Na’vi accent. She pointed to his blonde hair that was down, something she had never seen.
Spider smiled, nodding as he laughed softly. She reached out to touch it, making me sigh at the feeling of her large hands, almost bigger than his head, rubbing his scalp.
“Are you tired?” Spider asked her softly, seeing her eyes droop more as she almost fell asleep just sitting there.
He leaned into (Y/N) like he’s done many times, her heat radiating onto him making him sigh contently. He paused, eyes shutting as he took in the moment, feeling her long strong tail wrap around his leg.
He felt needed, and he felt loved in her arms. Like she was the only one who didn’t only half like him, or fully hated him. The only one who made him feel like he was really there, and not som hated thing someone takes their anger out of.

Heyyy do you mind if I make a request? If you don't wanna write this that's obvs totally fine I just wanted to ask and see 💗
Could I ask for peter pettigrew x reader where reader is a little bit apprehensive of him because in thier younger years at hogwarts she fell victim to some of thier pranks and general silliness. Now in the last year of school she's in a class with peter and they have to share a book and so she has meet with him in the common room for working together for this class and she begins to realize that the marauders aren't that bad and somehow squeeze in some mutual pining between pete and reader and maybe the other marauders somehow set them up
(Yes I am aware of the cheesey-ness of this, if you could somehow find a way to squeeze in some angst that would be sublime because I love cute cheesy fics but I also love angst so I'm kind of torn on what I want really just anything with peter would be great if you can 💗🥰 )
𝗪𝗛𝗬 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗪𝗘 𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘 ╰► PETER PETTIGREW
SUMMARY — Sharing a book leads to a lot of things with the boy you thought you hated.
WARNINGS — CURSING
PETER PETTIGREW, an unassuming figure among the flamboyant constellation known as the Marauders, seemed to carry a perpetual aura of being overshadowed.
In a group where Remus held the enigmatic allure, Sirius radiated a bad-boy magnetism, and James exuded charisma that could light up the entire room, Peter was the quiet comet trailing slightly behind.
He lacked the rebel spirit that made Sirius captivating, the athletic prowess that drew attention to James, or the layered complexity that shrouded Remus.
Instead, he was just Peter — an unremarkable blonde boy with a penchant for sugary treats, indifferent to the allure of books or the thrill of sports.
His life was the epitome of normalcy, from his home routine to his uneventful days. Amid the cacophony of his more vibrant friends, he occupied the role of an exception rather than the rule.
Yet, against all expectations, his gaze started to drift toward a certain girl who possessed an uncanny ability to captivate him, even when her actions seemed trivial to others.
Whether engrossed in her books during class, fiercely competitive on the Quidditch field, quietly rebelling against authority, or simply navigating an ordinary day, she never failed to seize his attention.
For better or worse, she had woven herself into the fabric of his thoughts, casting a spell on his mundane existence and revealing the unexplored shades of Peter Pettigrew.
And there she was, nestled in the warm embrace of the common room, surrounded by the familiar faces of her friends. Her attention was drawn to their lively banter, laughter harmonizing like a soothing melody. Unbeknownst to her, a pair of intense blue eyes were fixated on her from a distance, tracing her every movement.
Meanwhile, those very eyes were the subject of another's scrutiny. Sirius, the audacious one of the bunch, leaned in with an impish grin, his raven-black hair adding to his aura of mischief. "Who ya’ looking at, Wormy?" he chimed, his voice laced with teasing curiosity.
Peter's heart raced, his gaze quickly veering away, panic dancing in his eyes. His efforts to evade Remus and James's knowing looks proved futile, and he was caught in their playful trap. "No one, just the—uh... window, yeah," Peter stumbled over his words, attempting to sound casual, but his furtive glances in her direction betrayed his façade.
James seized the opportunity with a mischievous sparkle in his eyes, his voice carrying a singsong quality. "Oo…" he cooed, delighting in Peter's discomfort. Unsurprisingly, the attempt to downplay his interest had failed. Peter's vehement denial only fueled their amusement.
Quickly shaking his head, Peter fervently dismissed their assumptions. "No, no 'oo'," he protested, his voice slightly too high-pitched in his nervousness. The length of his blond hair shifted as he moved, and in that seemingly trivial detail, his awkwardness was encapsulated.
"Wormtail likes a girl," James teased, his voice playfully sing-song as his round glasses slipped down his nose.
Remus raised his head from his book, a subtle yet teasing smirk gracing his lips.
"Which one is it? The one with the black hair? Oo, maybe the blonde!" James speculated, his excitement palpable.
“Maybe the (H/C) one?" Sirius chimed in, his gray eyes dancing with mischief. As the blush painted Peter's cheeks, Sirius erupted in laughter, raising his hands in mock celebration.
"It is!" Sirius declared triumphantly, elbowing Remus and pointing in the direction of the (H/C) girl. He turned to Remus with an eager grin. "Who is it, Remus? You're like our walking encyclopaedia."
Remus paused, humming in thought for a moment. "Y/N, she’s in our Potions class," he replied, his gaze shifting to Peter along with an arched eyebrow. "And Peter sits right next to her," he added with a playful edge, knowing well where this was leading.
James laughed heartily as Sirius erupted in cheers, earning a few odd glances from those around them. "Finally! Peter's getting a lady, lads," he proclaimed, mixing teasing with a mock serious tone.
However, the enthusiasm was short-lived as Remus interjected. "I don’t think she likes us," he admitted, dampening their spirits.
The realization weighed heavily, but it was no news to Peter, who had already experienced the brunt of Y/N's indifference firsthand, feeling her pointed glances and cool reception whenever he tried to initiate a conversation.
"Why do you say that?" Sirius inquired, reclining on the couch with his legs spread out and his arms casually draped behind him.
"Do you remember that prank we pulled in our third year? The one involving that paint which turned people neon and made them glow like that for a month?" Remus posed the question, tilting his head in recollection.
Sirius nodded, his expression pensive as he pieced the memory together. James mirrored the same contemplative look.
"What about it?" Sirius pressed, a quizzical eyebrow raised. Remus delivered his response with an exasperated eye-roll. "Y/N was the unfortunate victim. We ruined all her homework, papers, her clothes—everything she was wearing," he recounted, listing the extensive damage they had caused.
As Remus spoke, Peter felt a heavy pang of guilt settle within him, his shoulders slumping in response.
James winced, his lips forming a tight line as he glanced at Peter, sympathy evident in his eyes.
Sirius, on the other hand, hissed through his teeth, his gaze now on Peter. "You certainly picked a challenging one there, Pete," he jested, patting Peter's shoulder with a chuckle.
˗ˏˋ ★ ˎˊ˗
PETER FELT A sickening sensation gnaw at his stomach, his nerves twisting into tight knots. He sat in the Potions class, a restless heat simmering beneath his cauldron, which signaled one thing—today's practical potion session.
Beside him sat Y/N, her expression a picture of boredom as she idly gazed at the flickering flames beneath her cauldron. The professor's words cut through the still air, announcing the day's task: a potion-brewing assignment.
Y/N's attention shifted to her satchel, her brows furrowing as she rifled through its contents. She paused, her searching becoming more frantic as she realized her textbook was nowhere to be found. An inward curse accompanied her reluctance to turn to Peter for help.
With a reluctant sigh, she finally spoke, her tone tinged with ennui. "I don’t have my book." Externally nonchalant, inside she was churning with worry.
What if Peter had shared her eccentricities with the other Marauders, leading to some sort of bizarre hex? She had heard a rumor from a seventh-year Hufflepuff that they were involved in an eerie cult-like activity within the Shrieking Shack.
On the other hand, Peter was grappling with a jumble of thoughts, his mind a swirling vortex of nervousness. Staring at her, his book hung limply in his hand, his words stumbled and tripped in his mind, leaving him tongue-tied.
"We can, uh... share?" he eventually stammered, inwardly cringing at the crack in his voice. Her gaze lingered on him for a moment, and he felt himself shrink under her scrutiny, his cheeks turning a shade warmer than he'd have liked.
After a brief pause, Y/N nodded in agreement, shifting closer to him. This simple movement sent tremors through Peter's nerves, his palms clammy and his heartbeat resonating in his ears.
He tried to steady his trembling hand as he opened the textbook, attempting to act natural while his mind raced with a whirlwind of emotions.
The professor's voice cut through the air, announcing the next part of the class. "And with your table partners, you will be composing a six-inch essay on the effects of this potion, its consistency, and the brewing process—covering the standard topics."
Peter's heart felt like it had taken a sudden leap, only to plummet back into his chest. Spending extended time with Y/N was both thrilling and terrifying for him.
Meanwhile, Y/N couldn't help but internally groan at the prospect. The last thing she wanted was to be stuck working closely with a Marauder, especially since their presence seemed to come in a package deal.
˗ˏˋ ★ ˎˊ˗
Y/N SAT IN the cozy corner of the Gryffindor common room, Peter beside her on the red couch. Books, quills, and scattered sheets of paper were strewn across the table,
Despite the material at their fingertips, Y/N felt the weight of awkwardness settle in the air. Her posture was rigid, and words seemed to evade her.
Despite the material at their fingertips, Y/N felt the weight of awkwardness settle in the air. Her posture was rigid, and words seemed to evade her. She was acutely aware of the eyes of James and Sirius on them, making her heart race uncomfortably.
Across from them, Remus occasionally looked up from his book, his gentle smile a mixture of understanding and encouragement.
"So, is this one of the effects, or is it for a different aspect?" Peter's voice broke the silence, a seemingly innocent question that held the true purpose of engaging in conversation with Y/N.
She glanced at her book, hiding a small smile. "It says 'effects' right here," she replied, her laughter softening the atmosphere and putting Peter at ease.
"Yeah, come on, Pete," Sirius chimed in, appearing behind the couch with a mischievous grin. He rested his arms on their shoulders, pushing them slightly together.
Y/N stiffened initially, suspicion clouding her expression. However, a deep breath later, she allowed herself to relax. Perhaps Sirius wasn't up to his usual pranks this time?
Peter also eased up, mirroring her movements. The unexpected push from Sirius brought them closer, their shoulders touching.
Sirius released them with a satisfied whistle, striding away as if his brief interference had been entirely innocent. James struggled to suppress his laughter behind his hand, amused by Sirius's antics.
Neither Y/N nor Peter moved.
˗ˏˋ ★ ˎˊ˗
FOUR MONTHS, six days, and two hours had elapsed since that fateful day—an interval that hadn't gone unnoticed by Sirius, who was meticulously keeping track.
"Peter, it's high time you made a move," Sirius declared, his expression firm as he stared down at the groggy trio seated on the floor, all clutching their pillows.
Groans of protest filled the room, Remus's voice particularly raspy from sleep. His hair was in disarray, and his eyes struggled to focus.
"Did you have to wake us for this?" Remus complained, rubbing his eyes and stifling a yawn.
"Yes, because for the past two months, you two have been inseparable. Peter can probably recite her favorite shampoo brand by now. Don't you think it's about time?" Sirius's voice held an air of exasperation, his tongue clicking in annoyance.
James let out a long-suffering sigh, closing his eyes and burying his face into his pillow. "Do we have to go through this? Peter's practically sleepwalking at this point!" he protested, gesturing toward the disheveled figure that appeared half-asleep, barely registering the conversation.
"James, remember last year with Lily? You had us going through this every single night!" Sirius retorted, his hair a wild mess as he shook his head.
"I've even got bets riding on this, James. Marlene bet against me, claiming they won't get together this month. And I've staked my hair on it! My hair!" Sirius's voice reached an incredulous pitch as he emphasized the gravity of the situation.
Peter stirred from his half-asleep state, mouth hanging slightly open with a small trail of drool. "Huh? What's happening...?" he mumbled, his speech slurred and drowsy.
Sirius grinned, his grey eyes shining as he shook the boy back and forth by the shoulders. “We’re gonna get you a girlfriend, Pete.”
˗ˏˋ ★ ˎˊ˗
THEY RELENTLESSLY attempted various schemes to portray Peter as a hero, a selfless gentleman, a smooth talker—anything to capture the attention of the girl he secretly pined for, the girl whose minutest details he knew by heart.
One strategy involved James hurling a bludger in her direction, supposedly for Peter to heroically intercept before it reached her. The outcome? A bloodied nose, an irritated Y/N, a sheepish James, a rolled-eyed Remus, and a barely-contained laughter from Sirius.
Then there was the attempt to make Peter appear exceptionally intelligent. They covertly provided him with answers to questions the professor posed, but alas, he ended up delivering the wrong responses half the time.
They even tried to coach Peter in the art of flirting, an endeavor that concluded with him crashing headlong into a wall while trying to charm Y/N on their way to class, leaving him with a concussion and Y/N understandably perplexed.
As the week neared its end, the boys found themselves somewhat disheartened. Despite their efforts, Peter seemed to have made little progress—assuming they had missed any subtle signs—and their attempts at pet-sitting for Y/N's cat had resulted in scratches all over them.
The cat was clearly not fond of their company.
Peter's mood was gloomy as he sat alone in the library, his posture guarded and defeated. His gaze was fixed hazily on a romance book titled 'A Guide to Love for Dummies,' which he had already read three times over.
When someone sat down nearby, he quickly tossed the book aside, looking up with a mixture of surprise and trepidation, only to meet Y/N's (E/C) eyes.
Startled, he took a shaky breath, his cheeks taking on a reddish hue. A similar change in color adorned her (S/C) skin, puzzling him even further. He cleared his throat, attempting to appear nonchalant as he rested his head on his hand, his other hand resting on his waist—an intended display of casualness that didn't quite go as planned.
His arm slipped, causing his head to thump against the table. Panicking slightly, he shot up straight, clearing his throat again.
"Y/N!" he attempted to deepen his voice, but it cracked embarrassingly.
"Peter." Her smile was warm, her gaze flickering between his flushed cheeks and his sparkling eyes.
"What were you reading?" Her inquiry was accompanied by a glance toward the book he had discarded. Unbeknownst to Peter, she was quite aware of his reading material—she had been discreetly observing him too.
“A- uh..Sports book! Yeah muggle sports book.” He said hurriedly, eyes widening when her hand made its way to rest in his.
“So uh- Peter I’ve been thinking about your little stunts with your friends.” She spoke, her soft voice turning serious.
She had alsways thought the Marauders were stuck up bullies, and that may be true to some extent she had gotten to know them over the time..getting to talk to Remus about things like books, life, walks. Being able to Talk to James, or debate with him about random things, not every getting really mad at eachother. Being able to Talk to Sirius about more Serious things- pun intended- the stars, gossip.
And being able to gaze at Peter when he was doing random things, and feeling a warm feeling in her heart, something that made her head spin , tummy twist and turn and a hard to get rid of smile bloom on her face.
Peter watched her, eyes wide and brows furrowed- lip darting out to wet his dry lips.
“I uh..” she trailed off, taking a deep breath.
Peter thought of all the words Sirius had said to him, what James had said, and pushed them to the side- there advice sucked. But he could rely on Remus’s advice.
And following Remus he did. His mouth moved before his brain, words spilling out. “I like you! Really like you..i like everything about you, i like how your serious face looks, i like your smile and how your eyes look when you do..” Peter continues to ramble about her, all while Y/N listens with parted lips, heart beating in her ears.
And in the end, lips jumbled together, expressed feelings and thumping hearts.
Peter was no longer a figure in the background, he was in the main light to the most important person of his life, he was no longer the full character, he had bloomed.
And instead of a dull flashing star in the night sky, he was one of the brightest, shining amongst the ones he was once in the background for. He was no longer the ‘The fourth Marauder’ he was ‘Peter Pettigrew’

omg ilysm for including pete in your marauders series 🥹 so many people exclude him and like, he's just a silly guy 🙁 (i ignore canon like completely 😊)
I also ignore cannon completely, i love young peter and i feel like people forget that he was the rest of the marauders best freinds, even a brother maybe. And I feel like people just cast him aside because of what happened, but for one- young peter is innocent in my mind.

SUMMARY — The Marauders are… utterly fascinated with the Slytherin Girl
WARNING — Cursing, Fem!Slytherin!Reader, Stupid Teenage Boys. (Mostly Just the boys teasing eachother about liking her- next chapter will be more interactions with Y/N)

JAMES POTTER was practically bouncing with excitement, his energy infectious and filling the room. He sat on his bed, his body practically in constant motion – his leg jittering, his hands running through his hair repeatedly.
Remus, who had been trying to focus on his book, finally let out an exasperated sigh. He glanced over at James with an annoyed expression. "Merlin, James, could you please stop with the fidgeting? It's making me dizzy just looking at you."
Sirius emerged from the bathroom, his black hair still wet, wrapped in a white towel that barely clung to his waist. He raised an eyebrow at James's frenetic behavior. "What's got you buzzing like a Bludger, mate?"
James flashed a mischievous grin at his friends, well aware that his announcement was going to ruffle some feathers. "Well, guess who's got a date with our lovely Y/N?" He teased, reveling in the mix of surprise and envy that rippled through the room.
Peter leaned forward, his blue eyes widening. "Wait, seriously?" he asked, clearly caught off guard.
Remus rolled his eyes, though a hint of a smile tugged at his lips. "James, please tell me you didn't ask her out by saying 'Hey, Y/N, wanna go on a date?'"
James chuckled, his excitement still palpable. "Of course not! I was way more suave than that."
Sirius snorted, crossing his arms. "Sure, Prongs, I'm sure your idea of suave is something to behold."
James let out an exaggerated sigh, dramatically flopping back onto his bed.
"Knowing James, he probably used his patented Potter charm," Sirius chimed in, a playful smirk on his face. "You know, the one that's been passed down through generations of Potters." Teased Sirius, a dramatic display as he spoke.
Remus rolled his eyes, a mock exasperation in his tone. "Oh, please, like Y/N would fall for that. She's way too smart for that."
James mock-glared at Remus. "Oi, you doubting my skills, Moony?"
Remus just raised an eyebrow, his lips twitching with a smirk. "Considering your previous track record, it's not exactly a stretch."
Peter chuckled, leaning against his bedpost. "Yeah, James, remember that time you tried to impress her by juggling cauldron cakes in the Great Hall?"
James's cheeks tinged pink. "I still say the lighting was bad that day."
Sirius burst into laughter. "Or the time you 'accidentally' spilled ink all over her Charms notes?"
James crossed his arms. "Hey, it was just a bit of harmless fun."
Remus chuckled, shaking his head. "And the time you hexed yourself by mistake while trying to show off?"
James let out an exaggerated sigh. "Alright, alright, I get it. I've had my moments."
James puckered his lips, making exaggerated kissy noises. "Don’t act like you haven’t wanted to snog her from the moment you saw her," James teased, earning a playful eye-roll from Sirius.
“Merlin, You talk about her all the time to James,” Sirius retorted, slipping on his trousers and sweater. "So does Remus—talking about how smart she is in class, or ‘how good she looks when she’s studying,'" he added, mimicking Remus's voice.
“Oi, why am I dragged into it?” Remus chimed in, closing his book and giving them an exasperated look. "Don’t forget Peter, who was staring at her the whole time she was heading over for our potions assignment. He was gazing at her like she was some kind of goddess!" Remus imitated Peter's expression, causing Peter to gasp and protest.
“I didn’t even say anything!” Peter exclaimed, throwing his hands up in a dramatic gesture.
James mockingly clutched his chest in faux offense. "Oh, the faith in me is heartwarming, Wormtail."
Remus chuckled. "He's right though, Prongs. You tend to get a bit… enthusiastic."
"Enthusiastic? Is that what you're calling it?" Sirius raised an eyebrow, smirking.
James rolled his eyes, his cheeks turning a light shade of pink. "I'm not that bad."
Peter grinned mischievously. "Remember that time in Transfiguration when you turned your quill into a bouquet of roses and accidentally set them on fire?"
"Or the time you tripped over your own feet while trying to open the door for her?" Sirius added, laughter dancing in his eyes.
James huffed, trying to hide his embarrassment behind a cocky grin. "Well, tomorrow's going to be different, mark my words."
Remus and Sirius exchanged amused glances. "We'll believe it when we see it, Prongs."
James huffed, furrowing his brows before speaking with an exaggerated tone.
“Oh come on, Sirius, you nearly turned your hair into a bonfire in Potions because you were too busy watching her instead of your cauldron. And Remus here," he pointed dramatically at his friend, "traipses around like an enchanted puppy, ready to fetch her satchel at a moment's notice. And Pete," he turned to Peter, "Mr. Romantic, always slipping her little trinkets like a lovesick first year."
James leaned back with a triumphant smirk, hoping his friends' playful attention would shift away from him.
Sirius chuckled, his eyes dancing with mischief. “Oh, and let’s not forget how Remus blushes like a tomato whenever she talks to him. It's like watching a human thermometer go off the charts.”
Remus rolled his eyes, but a small smile tugged at his lips. “Well, at least I don’t try to impress her by doing a strip tease like someone we know.” He arched an eyebrow at Sirius, referring to a particularly embarrassing incident from a few weeks back.
Sirius laughed heartily, nudging Remus playfully. “Hey, that was a dare! And besides, she laughed, didn’t she?”
Peter joined in with a grin. “And James, don’t think we didn’t notice you trying to act all heroic when she dropped her quill. I swear, if you puff your chest out any more, you might just fly away.”
James pouted, feigning innocence. “I was just helping her, guys! It's called being a gentleman.”
The boys exchanged bemused glances as the strange buzzing continued, all eyes on James as he produced an odd-looking mask and removed his glasses, fitting the mask snugly over his eyes. His explanation about needing beauty sleep for the next day only fueled their confusion.
"Did he just—" Sirius began, but James quickly shushed him with an exaggerated gesture.
With a collective shrug, the other three boys settled into their respective beds, each drifting off to sleep in his own time. Soon enough, the room was filled with the gentle symphony of snores,

EUPHORIC FEELING 1 ╰► MARAUDERS ERA
SUMMARY — The Marauders are… utterly fascinated with the Slytherin Girl
WARNING — Cursing, Fem!Slytherin!Reader, Stupid Teenage Boys
IT WAS UTTERLY RIDICULOUS, the whole situation. The green versus the red, like a cosmic joke played out on the grounds of Hogwarts. A ridiculous rivalry meant to separate them, keep them apart like the forbidden fruit that no one dared to touch – or even cast a glance towards.
Yet there they were, the Gryffindors, acting like a bunch of bumbling idiots. Instead of discussing the next Quidditch game strategy, practicing spells, or planning yet another harebrained prank, their thoughts were inexplicably fixated on one particular girl – a girl draped in the very color they were sworn to loathe.
It was almost comical how they tried to mask their fascination with her, like lovesick fools attempting to maintain a façade. They'd shoot furtive glances her way, only to quickly divert their eyes or feign disinterest with well-timed pranks and scoffs.
Remus, concealed his infatuation behind the cover of his books. To anyone passing by, it seemed as if his gaze was glued to the pages. Yet, upon closer inspection, his eyes subtly traced the path of the girl in green as she wandered close to the Black Lake.
Peter, hid his feelings behind his incessant eating. He constantly had something to munch on, whether for himself or to offer to others. As the girl approached, he'd stuff his mouth with food, determinedly chewing to keep his nerves at bay.
His cheeks puffed up, flushed with the hidden fact it was from the sight of the girl and not the amount of food that pushed the inside of his cheeks to the limit.
James was an embodiment of chaos when it came to concealing his feelings. Subtlety was an alien concept to him. Whenever he found himself in her presence, he was like a bull charging through a china shop, ready to declare his affection to the world. His friends often had to physically restrain him from belting out his emotions in a grand display.
On the other hand, Sirius was a master of disguise. He carefully kept his gaze from constantly following her every move, a feat that required considerable effort. Instead, he channeled his energy into extravagant sighs and dramatic gestures in front of his friends, particularly when she was around.
Even when she wasn't, he maintained his over-the-top persona, hoping to capture her attention, if only for a fleeting moment.
But one day, all their efforts at subtlety seemed to shatter with just one word.
Remus Lupin charged into their shared dorm room, his hair wild and his eyes wide, flushed cheeks adding to his disheveled appearance. Instantly, his friends abandoned their respective activities.
James and Sirius halted their game of exploding snap, and Peter shifted back to his human form from his rat Animagus form, his small figure now standing upright.
"Merlin, mate, what happened to you?" Sirius teased with a chuckle, amusement lacing his voice. Remus did indeed look like he had been through a storm. His sweater was askew, trousers wrinkled, and his hair seemed to have battled a gusty wind.
"She's coming to our dorm," Remus announced, his breath coming out in uneven bursts, his chest rising and falling as if he had just completed a sprint.
"Who?" James inquired, his brow furrowed, his round glasses perched crookedly on his nose, and his attire limited to a pair of trousers.
Sirius shifted his attention from James to Remus, his curiosity piqued but still mixed with confusion.
Remus took a deep breath before practically exclaiming, "Y/N!" His voice cracked with the intensity of his announcement.
At Remus's revelation, the other boys sprang to their feet, and Peter emitted a small squeak of surprise. "Merlin, mate, you can't just drop something like that!" Sirius interjected, his words rapid.
James surveyed the dorm room, recognizing the chaos: clothes strewn haphazardly, wrappers and papers scattered across surfaces, and an unmistakable scent of body odor permeating the air.
"Why?" Peter chimed in, his voice tinged with confusion as he unconsciously began tidying his own area, his blue eyes reflecting his bewilderment.
Remus let out a rushed explanation, his words tumbling over one another, "Well, we've got this project for our NEWTs class, and she asked if we could collaborate in our dorm, and I kind of panicked and blurted out 'yes'!"
"And why in the name of Merlin's saggy left—," James began, but his language abruptly shifted as he looked around the cluttered room, "—sock would you do that?"
Sirius raised an eyebrow, a hint of amusement in his expression, "Mate, I thought your legendary Marauder pranks and smooth demeanor would have extended to handling a simple invitation."
Peter chimed in with a shrug, his rat-like tendencies showing, "Yeah, you usually handle stress by wolfing down chocolate frogs and giving our transfiguration notes a menacing glare."
Remus sighed, running a hand through his already disheveled hair, "Well, this time I couldn't exactly employ those tactics. Besides, we're supposed to be responsible adults, remember?"
James let out a half-hearted laugh, "Oh right, responsible adults who are about to introduce our dorm's chaos to an unsuspecting soul."
Sirius grinned, "Well, at least it'll be an adventure. Who knows, Y/N might end up joining our ranks and become a honorary Marauder."
Peter chimed in with a snicker, "Or she might run out screaming and never speak to us again."
"Well," James trailed off, taking in a deep breath and puffing out his chest. "We cannot, under any circumstances, allow her to witness the chaotic state of this place. So..." He spoke with an air of authority, his eyes dramatically narrowing as he shot the other boys a sly grin.
And just like that, James Potter transformed into a mother on a mission during a spring cleaning spree.
˗ˏˋ ★ ˎˊ˗
Y/N WASN’T entirely sure what to anticipate upon entering the marauders' dorm room, but the fragrance of lemons mingling with the soft glow of candles placed on every available surface certainly caught her off guard.
The beds were immaculate, and there wasn't a towering heap of rubbish that might have hidden a lurking trash monster, as she had half-expected.
It was a vision of order, a far cry from what she had imagined. Yet, she ventured into the room with cautious steps, her green robes contrasting with the predominant red hues of the decor. She clutched her book and satchel tightly, containing notes, ink, and quills. Each step was cautious, as if the wrong move would trigger a cascade of pranks.
Additionally, Y/N wasn't prepared to find Sirius Black and James Potter... reading. The sight almost caused her heart to skip a beat out of sheer astonishment.
And they appeared well-groomed. It was a departure from the usual view of James with his unruly brown curls and Sirius with his perpetually tousled black hair.
Their outfits seemed carefully chosen too. Instead of their customary half-done ties and rumpled robes, they were wearing oddly formal clothing for being in their dorm room.
Suppressing a chuckle, she ignored the apparent disappointment on Remus's face when his gaze fell upon his two best mates. Meanwhile, Peter was sprawled out in his bed, his head buried in the covers, presumably fast asleep.
"Uh... so, where should we start?" She directed the question to Remus, feeling a bit awkward. Remus seemed momentarily lost, his attention momentarily consumed by her features, his own body heating up.
"Right," Remus eventually replied, tugging at the hem of his sweater as he moved towards the desk. He indicated for her to take a seat while he perched on the corner of the desk.
"We're supposed to write a seven-inch essay on Amortentia – its effects, how it's made, the whole lot," Remus explained, his eyes fixed on her with a keen intensity. He attempted to shake himself out of the daze that seemed to settle over him every time he looked at her.
In the background, he heard suppressed laughter, recognizing that Sirius was imitating him while Y/N's attention was on him, and James was doing something similar with giggles.
"Right..." she trailed off, her eyebrows arching slightly as she shot a playful yet quizzical look towards the source of the giggles – the other two boys in the room.
Remus cleared his throat, his cheeks tinged with a light pink as he shifted his attention back to the task at hand. "So, um, the essay. We could start with the history of Amortentia and its usage over the centuries."
Y/N nodded, relieved that the focus had returned to the assignment. "Sounds good. And then we can move on to its effects on individuals and relationships."
Y/N's focus remained steadfast on the task at hand, despite the playful antics of James and Sirius. Remus, on the other hand, seemed to be getting slightly exasperated as he attempted to concentrate.
"Guys, seriously," Remus huffed, trying to hide his amusement. "We're trying to work here."
James let out an exaggerated sigh, his eyes widening innocently. "Oh, I'm sorry, Moony. Did we interrupt your riveting discussion about the history of love potions?"
Sirius chimed in, grinning mischievously. "Yeah, because we all know how exciting that is."
James grinned, a mischievous glint in his eyes as he sauntered over to Peter's bed. "Is Wormtail seriously sleeping?" he exclaimed in an exaggerated tone, leaning over to inspect the lump that was Peter.
Sirius couldn't resist the opportunity to play along. With a dramatic sigh, he raised his hand as if to answer a question. "No, no, I'm Sirius," he chimed in, a sly grin curving his lips. He burst into laughter when James retaliated by flicking a pillow at him.
Y/N's concentration was momentarily broken as Sirius dramatically threw himself onto Peter's bed, causing a yelp and a sudden movement from Peter.
She glanced over, her eyes widening at the unexpected commotion. Remus shot Sirius an exasperated look, shaking his head in disbelief at the antics.
Peter, now wide awake, blinked rapidly, trying to process the sudden chaos that had unfolded around him.
He glanced around the room, his eyes landing on Sirius with a mix of confusion and annoyance. "Merlin's beard, Sirius, what's gotten into you?" he grumbled, his voice still groggy from sleep.
James, unable to resist the opportunity to join in, grabbed another pillow and playfully whacked Sirius on the back. "You're worse than a blast-ended skrewt," he teased, a mischievous grin on his face.
Y/N let out an amused chuckle, shaking her head as she returned her focus to the book. The boys' attempts to capture her attention might have been over the top, but it certainly wasn’t unwanted.
As the hours passed, Y/N remained engrossed in her reading and note-taking, occasionally exchanging ideas and thoughts with Remus.
The two of them worked together in a surprisingly synchronized manner, their focus strong in the way they discussed the various aspects of Amortentia's effects.
Meanwhile, James and Sirius continued their playful attempts to catch Y/N's attention, their antics ranging from exaggerated yawns to whispered commentary on the material being covered.
Remus seemed to be handling their disruptions with a mix of patience and exasperation, occasionally shooting them disapproving looks that were met with innocent smiles or exaggerated expressions of innocence.
Peter's silent observation remained a constant throughout the day. He found himself captivated by Y/N's presence and the easy way she interacted with his friends.
Her passion for learning and her ability to remain composed in the midst of the boys' shenanigans intrigued him. While the others vied for her attention, he preferred to stay on the sidelines, content to watch her from a distance.
Despite the interruptions, the collaborative effort produced tangible results.
The essay slowly took shape, combining Remus's meticulous writing with Y/N's well-organized thoughts. By the time the sun began to set and the golden light filtered through the curtains, they had made significant progress.
As they wrapped up their study session, Y/N stretched her arms above her head, feeling a sense of accomplishment. Remus let out a content sigh, rubbing his tired eyes as he glanced at the nearly completed essay. James and Sirius finally relented in their attempts to distract Y/N.
As Y/N packed up her belongings, her conversation with Remus took on a more serious tone. They discussed the final touches for the essay and set a plan to complete it by the following Tuesday.
Remus handed her the items she needed and watched her straighten her robes, giving her a warm smile as she waved goodbye to the others in the room before leaving.
However, as soon as the door closed, the room erupted in laughter. Sirius couldn't hold back his amusement, his eyes sparkling mischievously as he mimicked Remus's voice, repeating his words, "'So next Tuesday'."
James, always ready to join in the fun, pushed up his glasses with a grin. "Come on, Moony, we thought you were better than that."
Remus's cheeks were still tinged with pink as he shot them a glare. "As if any of you would do any better. The first time she tries to talk to you face to face, you'll all be blubbering fools."
James opened his mouth to retort, but Peter chimed in with a dreamy look on his face. "Honestly, I can't believe she was here in our room." He flopped back onto his bed, his voice almost swooning as he buried his face into the pillow.
Sirius raised an eyebrow playfully, nudging Remus with his elbow. "Did you see the way she looked at you, Moony? It's a miracle you managed to speak at all."
James leaned against the wall, his grin turning into a mischievous smirk. "Yeah, next time, maybe just stick to writing love notes. Might be safer."
Remus sighed, rolling his eyes at his friends' teasing. "You're all insufferable."
Peter lifted his head slightly from the pillow, a cheeky grin on his face. "But you love us."
Remus couldn't help but crack a smile at that. "Unfortunately, I do."
Sirius grinned, leaning against a desk as he looked toward the ceiling. "I can't deny it, mate. We might as well be first years all over again, fawning over a pretty girl."
Remus let out an exasperated sigh, running a hand through his hair. "It's not like that," he muttered, though the pink tinge to his cheeks said otherwise.
James chuckled, crossing his arms. "Yeah, yeah, Remus is just tutoring her in more ways than one."
Remus shot James a narrowed look, his amusement evident. "Oh, come on, James. Don't pretend you wouldn't be blubbering to us about her if you were in my shoes. You'd be going on about how her eyes sparkle or how she looks when she smiles." He teased, earning a laugh from the others.
Sirius, always one for pushing the boundaries, chimed in with a devilish grin. "Oh, if I had a project with her, it wouldn't be potions we'd be brewing, if you catch my drift." He lowered his voice suggestively, wiggling his eyebrows as he spoke.
Peter, caught in between the banter, rolled his eyes and ran a hand through his blonde hair. Remus simply stared at Sirius, shaking his head in mock disbelief. James, on the other hand, nodded with a cheeky grin. "He's got a point there."
Laughter echoed through the room as the teens teased each-other, there minds lingering on the girl in Green.

𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗦𝗖𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗡 ╰► REGULUS BLACK
Summary: He loves you, you can’t love him.
Warnings: Angst, hope it makes sense, kinda a Jo, Laurie situation- idk I’m making it up as it going.
MASTERLIST
THE WIND, A WILD symphony, entwined with your hair, embracing it with icy fingers, jerking you awake from the haze of your weary steps.
There stood Regulus, raindrops tracing delicate pathways down his raven curls, while his pale countenance and freckles beckoned your gaze like constellations in the night sky, inviting you to map their secrets as the great artists would.
His dark, searching eyes locked onto yours, the tempestuous wind causing them to squint, yet never wavering from their connection to your soul. In the depths of his irises, emotions swirled like a celestial dance of northern lights, blending frustration, fear, and an unspoken tenderness that tugged at your heartstrings.
As you turned to face him, a fragile smile graced his lips, an intricate facade that conveyed a myriad of emotions too profound to fathom.
"No," you whispered, your voice a trembling echo, as if betrayal had slashed through your very core.
"Yes," Regulus responded, his voice carrying a soft determination, while his pallid fingers reached out for you, reaching for solace amidst the storm of emotions. But you retreated, your heart torn, unable to discern whether your eyes stung from the rain's bitter assault or from the torrent of feelings crashing upon you.
Regulus pressed on, his heart laid bare, his body reaching out to her despite the biting wind and drenching rain. His eyes, like two wounded stars, yearned for her understanding, as he faced the bewildered expression of the woman he loved, the one who held his eternity within her grasp.
He would stand by her side, shape himself into perfection to match her desires, if only she would agree to spend lifetimes intertwined with him, to wake up every day to the vision of her face.
He longed to trace every detail of her being, counting the freckles, cherishing each blemish, and admiring the small scars that adorned her skin. He wanted to feel the intricate texture of her existence, from the softest touch to the most subtle creases.
"We gotta have it out, Y/N!" His voice pleaded, cracking with the force of his emotions, desperate for her to meet his gaze and bridge the distance that separated them.
Her response was firm, her voice strong yet strained, as she backed away and turned away from him, her eyes avoiding his gaze. The stars shimmered above, a silent witness to the tumultuous struggle of their hearts.
"Please, no... Regulus..." Her words were laden with pain, a silent plea for him to relent, but his love was an unstoppable force that had consumed him entirely.
With every step she took, he followed, walking sideways, never letting her out of his sight. It was uncharacteristic of him, to chase after someone like a lovesick puppy, but she had bewitched him, creating a sanctuary of serenity amidst the chaos of his world. In her presence, the cacophony of life dulled to a hush, and he felt an unfamiliar sense of safety.
Her pleas continued, her voice breaking with every utterance, as she tried to create a chasm between them, yearning for the earth to swallow her whole.
Regulus couldn't contain the words any longer, his voice strained and vulnerable, confessing a love that had taken root long ago. "I have loved you from the moment I laid eyes on you, Y/N. I couldn't resist it, no matter how hard I tried." His neck tensed, the struggle evident as he fought to hold back the torrent of emotions that threatened to consume him. He locked his eyes on hers, longing for a connection that transcended the physical realm.
But still, she begged him to stop, her voice breaking as she increased the distance between them, seeking the vast expanse of an ocean to shield her heart from the intensity of his affection.
She finally turned to face him, her nose and eyes red from tears, her trembling lips revealing the depth of her emotions. The wind continued its relentless dance, brushing against her tear-stained face, while the rain continued to pelt down around them.
Regulus pointed back and forth between them with fervor, finally allowing his eyes to meet hers, a gesture that seemed to ease the tension in his body, if only slightly.
"I've tried to show you, but you wouldn't let me! And that's alright," his voice strained, curls swirling in the tempestuous air. "No, no," she murmured, her voice interweaving with his, her eyes locked onto his with a mixture of emotions.
His brown curls clung to his forehead, his eyes a mosaic of feelings, swirling like a tempest within gentle meadows. His body remained tense, his gaze unwavering, as if he could glimpse into the very depths of her soul.
"But I need to know now. Give me an answer because I can't bear this any longer!" His voice cracked under the weight of his plea, his eyes searching hers desperately, his soul yearning for her acceptance.
His nose was red, and his eyes were lined with the aftermath of tears, reminiscent of the soft snow that blankets the ground in winter. Yet, he refused to allow any more tears to fall.
She bowed her head, the whipping hair a temporary shroud that concealed her tear-filled eyes. Her hands clutched tightly at her own clothes, a futile attempt to anchor herself against the overwhelming surge of emotions.
"Please... please," her voice wavered, raw and strained, each word echoing the agony of her heart. Her instincts drove her to create more distance between them, as if trying to protect herself from the torrent of feelings that engulfed her.
"I made sacrifices for you! I gave up important things, everything you didn't like, and I don't regret it!" His body leaned forward, tension radiating from every fiber of his being. His eyes remained tightly shut, battling to retain his composure. However, the torrent of emotions was overpowering, and a faint spray of spit escaped from his lips, unnoticed in the deluge of rain.
As she retreated further, curling into herself, she wished she could escape, to be left alone amidst the relentless downpour.
"It's alright! I waited patiently, never complaining..." His voice faltered, his eyes desperately seeking a glimpse of understanding in hers, yearning for some sign that would validate the intensity of his feelings.
His emotions were laid bare before her, like vivid paint splatters on a once pristine canvas, now marred by the chaos of their emotions. He longed for their connection to be as vibrant and true as those raw brushstrokes, but the canvas of their love remained elusive, fraught with uncertainty and fear.
He paced back and forth, his voice breaking with each syllable. "Because I..." His words were choked with emotion, and he lowered himself slightly to try and meet her downcast gaze.
"Because... you know, I thought... I hoped you love me too, Y/N." His restless movements mirrored the turmoil in his heart, as a raw pain swirled through the dark depths of his irises. He longed for a future with her, to experience all of life's milestones together, to be each other's last and first in every moment.
He wanted to wake up next to her every morning, to fall asleep in her arms every night. He envisioned sharing meals, creating cherished memories, and savoring the small, beautiful moments of life as they painted their love story together. Every fiber of his being yearned to reveal the entirety of his heart to her, and that was precisely what he was doing in that vulnerable moment.
His heart felt like a canvas stuck in a mix of vibrant paints, and she held the brush that could complete the masterpiece. He entrusted her with the power to shape their shared destiny, to blend their colors and create something more profound and beautiful than he could ever fathom alone.
In his eyes, love and longing swirled, a vivid kaleidoscope of emotions that yearned for reciprocation.
His footsteps imprinted muddy marks on the rain-covered grass, mirroring the tumult of emotions that stormed within him. "And I realize I'm not half good enough!" His voice cracked with the weight of his inadequacy, yearning to be deserving of her love, to hold her attention unwaveringly.
He was willing to change, to transform himself completely for her, at the slightest beckoning of her fingers. He didn't mind the vulnerability of such surrender if it meant being with her.
"And I'm not this great man!" he confessed, his voice trembling. Yet, before he could dwell in self-doubt, she interjected, speaking the words he so desperately longed to hear. "Oh yes you are!" Her voice chimed in harmony with his, drawing herself closer to him.
As their bodies moved nearer, their hearts beat in tandem, his eyes revealing the weariness of a soul seeking solace.
"I am so grateful to you, you are too good for me, you are a great deal!" she proclaimed, her finger pointing towards him as if marking the epicenter of her affection. With each passing moment, their proximity grew, and the distance between them became infinitesimal.
"I don't know why I can't love you! I want to, but I don't know how!" Her voice quivered, her body shivering from the cold and the overwhelming sensation of his warmth, tantalizingly close yet just beyond reach. Her eyes searched his, desperately seeking an answer to the enigma of her heart.
His eyes, like celestial orbs, held a universe of emotions that captivated her entirely. She had never been interested in stars..until they were found in his eyes.
In that suspended moment, everything around them faded into the background. The rain's gentle patter became a mere hum, drowned out by the intensity of their emotions.
Regulus was lost in the impulse, and before he knew it, his lips were pressed tenderly against hers. The softness of their kiss conveyed a depth of feeling that transcended words. His hands sought to keep her close, gripping her cheeks gently, as if afraid that she might slip away.
Her fingers tangled in his damp curls, a mix of pushing and pulling, torn between pushing him away and drawing him closer. Yet, an undeniable connection held them together, as if their souls recognized the truth in their shared emotions.
When they finally parted, his breath came in soft pants, his forehead resting against hers. His lips brushed against hers with the softest of touches, and their noses bumped in a display of intimacy that was both tender and electric.
"Please, let's learn together," he murmured, his voice laden with hope and vulnerability. He held onto her, afraid to open his eyes, fearing that this could all be a fleeting dream.
Y/N's heart pounded in her chest, and she swallowed hard, her eyes fluttering closed as she breathed lightly. A timid nod conveyed her acceptance, her willingness to explore this uncharted territory of love together.
In the quiet embrace, time seemed to lose its meaning, and the world outside melted away, leaving only the two of them entwined in each other's presence. The rain's gentle rhythm was a subtle symphony to the harmony they had just discovered.
Regulus dared to open his eyes, and as he gazed into her own, he found a reflection of his emotions mirrored in her depths. He saw uncertainty mingled with the tender spark of hope, a mixture of fear and longing that resonated with his very being.
"I've never felt like this before," he whispered, his voice a fragile admission of the profound impact she had on him. "You make me want to be better, to be worthy of your love."
Her fingers caressed his cheek, her touch conveying a silent reassurance that he didn't need to be perfect, that she accepted him as he was, flaws and all. "You are worthy," she said softly, her voice carrying a warmth that wrapped around his heart like a comforting embrace. "We'll learn together, and we'll figure it out."
In that moment, they both knew that their journey had only just begun. They were no longer alone, no longer adrift in their emotions. They had found an anchor in each other, and together they would navigate the uncharted waters of love and vulnerability.
With each passing moment, their connection deepened, their souls painting an ever-evolving masterpiece of emotions. The rain continued to fall, but they stood there, soaked through, yet feeling nothing but warmth in each other's presence.
As they walked hand in hand, leaving behind the rain-soaked grass, they knew that life would still present its challenges, but now they faced them together.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 ╰► REMUS LUPIN
Summary; Small moments with Remus lupin
Warnings: Not a lot of dialogue, just disruptions.
Masterlist
THE MORNING greeted the dorm room with a tranquil serenity, as soft rays of sunlight pierced through the gaps in the crimson curtains.
The harmonious melody of birdsong filled the air, accompanied by faint murmurs of fellow students bustling their way to the breakfast hall.
Inside the room, a symphony of peaceful snores resonated, blending with the chaotic mess that adorned the space. Clothes were strewn about, laundry baskets overflowed with a mixture of clean and dirty garments, and papers intermingled with prank plans.
Wrappers of indulgent treats and empty water bottles littered the nightstand alongside two wands.
A muffled breath escaped the tangle of blankets, followed by the emergence of tousled sandy brown hair, gradually revealing a visage marked by weariness. Slumber clung to the young man's features, his brow furrowing and lips pursing in a sleepy haze.
Traces of healed scars adorned his face, lending a touch of character to his tired countenance. With a gentle groan, he stretched his bare shoulders and chest, the movement exposing his surroundings and the slumbering figure beside him.
Remus, his brown eyes heavy with drowsiness, surveyed the room, his gaze traversing the familiar contours of the other three occupied beds.
His gaze lingered on the slumbering form beside him, a fond smile gracing his lips as he delicately pulled back a corner of the blanket, revealing the peaceful face of his beloved girlfriend.
Her eyes fluttered closed in response to the intrusion of light, her features scrunching momentarily.
A soft chuckle escaped Remus's lips as he reached out, his thumb tenderly caressing her cheek, his eyes tracing every contour of her face with affectionate adoration.
With utmost care, he rose from the bed, making a conscious effort to be as quiet as possible. He traversed the room, heading towards the small closet to retrieve a cozy dark blue sweater, intending to ward off the slight chill in the morning air and cover his bare chest.
Returning to the bed, Remus was greeted by the sight of his girlfriend's eyes meeting his own. Her gaze, still heavy with sleep, held a gentle allure that captivated him.
He couldn't help but reciprocate her sleepy smile, his own eyes conveying a tender warmth.
A soft yawn escaped her lips, her eyes alternating between closing and reopening, as if trying to fully awaken. She lifted the blanket slightly, extending an unspoken invitation for him to rejoin her in the comforting embrace of the bed.
Without hesitation, Remus gladly accepted the silent invitation, slipping back into bed and drawing her close to him.
She nestled her head on his chest, finding solace in the steady rhythm of his breath and the reassuring beat of his heart. His hand ventured under her shirt, tracing gentle patterns on the small of her back, further soothing her.
Your fingers curled around the fabric of his blue sweater, seeking comfort and security as you snuggled closer to him. His warm hand continued its soothing motion, gliding up and down your back, eliciting tiny goosebumps that danced along your skin.
The steady rise and fall of his chest, coupled with his tranquil breathing, almost lulled you back into a peaceful slumber. The serenity in his presence washed over you, infusing a sense of tranquility into every fiber of your being.
In a voice coated with sleep and raspy with remnants of dreams, Remus broke the comfortable silence. His accent, thickened by drowsiness."How’d you sleep?" he inquired, his voice a comforting melody.
Not quite ready to engage in conversation just yet, you responded with a gentle hum, your hand absentmindedly toying with a loose string on his sweater.
Nodding against his chest, you released another soft yawn, allowing the embrace and the hazy morning to cocoon you in a blissful cocoon of warmth and contentment.

IN THE serene atmosphere of the library, the scent of aged paper hung in the air, lending a sense of tranquility to the surroundings.
Nestled in a secluded corner, Remus occupied a table tucked against the wall, shielded by a bookcase that added an extra layer of privacy. His hands cradled a weathered, blue hardcover book, its pages worn with the passage of time.
Dressed in a maroon-colored sweater that draped loosely over his frame, Remus exuded an air of casual comfort. His perpetually messy hair framing his face as he rested his head in his hands, engrossed in the words dancing across the page.
Suddenly, the scraping sound of a chair being pulled back interrupted his focus. Looking up, his concentration shattered, as he was met with the enchanting sight of his girlfriend. She gracefully settled her book bag onto the chair, her hair cascading over her eyes.
Drawn to her effortlessly, Remus leaned forward, gently sweeping her hair back to reveal her beautiful face. The world around him faded as his gaze locked with hers, momentarily forgetting the books and the hushed whispers of other library patrons.
Their eyes locked, and a tender smile spread across Remus's face. "Hello, love," he murmured softly, his voice a warm caress in the quiet library. "How was your day?"
You returned his smile, the softness in your eyes reflecting the affection you held for him. "Long, but it's better now that I'm here with you," you replied- cheesily so, sliding into the chair next to him. "What are you reading?"
He held up the book for you to see. "Defense against the dark arts, some spells I’ve been interested in," he said, his thumb absentmindedly stroking the spine.
You reached out and took his hand in yours, giving it a gentle squeeze. "No need, you’ve always been good with those type of things," you said.
A soft blush colored his cheeks as he looked down, feeling a warmth in his heart from your words. "Thank you," he replied, his voice tinged with gratitude. "And how about you? How was your day?"
You leaned back in your chair, resting your head against the backrest. "It was alright, busy as usual," you said with a small sigh. "But seeing you here makes everything better."
Remus leaned closer, his lips grazing your forehead in a gentle kiss. "I feel the same way, my dear," he whispered, his eyes never leaving yours.
You released a contented sigh, your heart fluttering as you felt the warmth of his lips lingering on your forehead.
Glancing at Remus, you casually asked, "Heard from Sirius that James got into it with Snape during Hogsmeade yesterday... Did he tell y'anything about that?" A playful smirk danced on your lips as you raised an eyebrow, awaiting his response.
Remus responded with a dramatic gasp, laughter bubbling in his voice as he shook his head. "No, I stayed with you last night, and the boys have been kept in detention all day. Haven't had time for 'em," he explained with a smile, his eyes shining with amusement.
You chuckled softly, settling back into your chair with a shake of your head.
"Those two, can never stay out of trouble, I tell you. First, it's cursin' first years to dangle upside down in the common room, and now, fighting up a ruckus in Hogsmeade... in the Three Broomsticks," you playfully complained, shaking your head with a laugh, and looking at your boyfriend with affectionate amusement.
Remus playfully wagged his finger like a scolding mother, his laughter ringing through the air. "Naughty boys," he teased, his eyes twinkling with amusement.
You nodded in agreement, a smile playing on your lips. "Y'right, they've even infected poor Peter. Heard from a third year that Filch caught 'em trying to sneak into the Forbidden Forest for the fifth time," you recounted, shaking your head at their antics.
"Glad I had to tutor that day, saved me from a detention," Remus replied with a mock serious expression before bursting into laughter.
"Hmm," you hummed, getting your parchment and quill ready for your Potions work. Remus observed you for a moment before returning to his own book, both of you immersed in your respective studies as the peaceful silence enveloped you once again.

YOU COULD FEEL the effects of the alcohol, a hazy fog clouding your mind as you swayed unsteadily across the makeshift dance floor in the Gryffindor common room.
A red solo cup was tightly gripped in your hand as you clumsily navigated through the crowd of people, trying to avoid the sights and sounds of couples entangled in each other.
Finally, you spotted an empty red chair and plopped down on it, your eyes scanning the room in a daze. A hand on your shoulder made you jump, and you turned to face a guy with sandy brown hair and warm brown eyes. "Y/N, c'mon darlin', that's enough drinks for tonight," he said with a slight chuckle at your wobbly state.
You wrinkled your nose in disgust and backed away, trying to maintain some semblance of composure. "Do-don't call me that," you slurred, hiccuping slightly. "O-only my boyfriend gets to call me that."
Remus couldn't help but laugh at your drunken state, finding it amusing and slightly offended that you didn't remember he was your boyfriend.
He attempted to take the cup from your hand, but you pulled away, accusing him of playing tricks. Ignoring your protest, he gave you a gentle smile and guided you to a quieter area, away from the party's flashing lights.
As you both entered his dorm room, Remus focused his eyes now that the distractions were gone. He pulled you closer, his voice filled with amusement. "Y/N, I am your boyfriend," he chuckled, guiding you to sit on the bed.
In your drunken state, you shook your head with a slurred response. "N-nuh uh, my boyfriend has better hair than you, I'm sure of that." You plopped down on the bed, your words stumbling out.
Remus playfully scoffed, realizing that you were referring to the recent haircut he had gotten before the party. "I'm sure he does, 'love," he laughed softly, moving over to his closet to grab a sweater and a pair of sweatpants.
Returning to your side, Remus held up the sweater and bunched it up at the armhole. "Up," he said simply, guiding your hands up as he helped you remove your other shirt and replaced it with the sweater.
You mumbled incoherently, commenting on how warm it was as your tired eyes began to droop.
Remus smiled affectionately at you, tucking a loose strand of hair behind your ear. "There you go, all cozy now," he said, making sure you were comfortably settled on the bed.
He pulled the blankets over you and sat down beside you, his hand gently caressing your cheek. "You know, you're absolutely adorable when you're drunk," he teased softly.
Your eyes fluttered open, and a sleepy smile tugged at the corners of your lips. "I am not," you protested playfully, snuggling closer to him.
Remus chuckled, leaning in to press a gentle kiss on your forehead. "You are," he insisted, "and I love you just the way you are."
Your gaze softened, and you reached out to cup his cheek. "I love you too, you big softie," you murmured, your words still slurred from the alcohol.
He leaned in to capture your lips in a sweet kiss, savoring the taste of you. "Let's get some rest," he suggested, guiding you to lie down properly on the bed.
You nodded sleepily, curling up against him. Remus wrapped his arms around you protectively, pulling you close to his chest. Your breathing gradually slowed, and soon both of you were peacefully drifting off to sleep in each other's arms.
As the night went on, the party in the common room continued, but you and Remus were lost in each other's embrace, finding solace and comfort in the love you shared.
