I have this headcanon where Ferris gets sick for real one day and Sloane and Cameron ditch school to go take care of him.

He's pissed he can't party like he usually does but still finds ways to cause trouble while bedridden.

Possible sick day shenanigans include but are not limited to

☆Prank calling Rooney, convincing him that the FBI has tapped his line and are planning to put him away for fraud.

☆Replacing all of Jeannie's workout VHS tapes with scary movies rewound to the perfect jump scares. Ferris knows he'll pay through the nose for it later but he doesn't care.

☆Being the first caller on all kinds of as-seen-on-TV product commercials and winning a variety of free novelty gadgets.

☆Ferris feverishly and genuinely proposing to Sloane with a half-eaten ring pop and then passing out (they agree to never speak of it again).

☆Cameron and Sloane scrambling to hide when Ferris's mom comes to check on him halfway through the day.

☆Ferris convincing a local pizza parlor to make him the world's largest pizza and having it delivered (by truck) to his front door.

☆Everybody just falling asleep on Ferris's bed and taking the coziest nap.

this is probably a little silly but the entirety of the museum scene from Ferris Bueller's Day Off is incredibly moving to me in a way that I find hard to verbalize
