!! weight loss reminders !!
this is getting heaps of notes so if u see this hi be my mutual 🤓 my dms r always open
weight loss is 95 percent about food and 5 percent exercise.
as long as you eat under your maintenance calories you’ll still lose weight (just not as fast)
you can eat anything you want, it’s about the calories. (duh)
prioritise using your daily calories on protein, it will keep you fuller for longer making you less prone to binging. (you will not get bulky, you’re not eating enough to get bulky lol)
low intensity cardio + weight training + calorie deficit = skinny
eating protein also reduces the risk of you getting brain/organ damage from ur ed.
you cannot spot reduce fat. those belly fat ab workouts are bullshit.
losing weight on specific parts of your body is literally only possible through having a low body fat percentage, lipo, or building muscle to tone and reduce the look of flabbiness/build better proportion.
lifting weights is not bad for u and will not make you bulky (again ur not eating enough for that) having a small amount of lean and toned muscle will actually increase the amount of calories you burn in a day and make you look better lol. (it burns a good amount of cals too)
supplements are good for you, if you’re not getting key nutrients from food or supplements you’re probably going to feel like shit and binge.
i take (do ur fking research don’t be lazy)
an iron supplement without calcium
a general daily vitamin
fish oil
active b12
Acetyl L carnitine, gardenia cambogia for appetite suppressant and weight loss.
you literally can’t starve if you’re overweight/obese. your body is just using stored fat.
volume eating is ur best friend.

Tip no.1 for when you’re feeling unmotivated
This is what I do, it makes the process fun and really helps you see the results:
I get a shoelace and tie it pretty right around my waist, and I keep it there until it becomes loose.
As someone who loses motivation when I don’t see results, this really helps because when the string becomes looser I feel really good about myself, the string also becomes uncomfortable if I eat too much and get really bloated so it helps me make sure I don’t overeat, and in general it just helps because I work hard to try and make that string loose. When I’m done sometimes I tie it again tighter but you don’t have to.
It’s always good to try out something new when you’re feeling unmotivated.

Goals/Rules going forward
Try to do skincare routine every morning/ night
Drink as much water as possible (so much that my pee is always clear)
Aim to walk 10k steps a day/complete fitness rings
Try Not check the scale unless I’m sure it’s lower
Don’t eat alone/ only eat for others
Don’t have food in your hand while there’s food in your mouth
Chew slowly and thoroughly/ small bites religiously (I absolutely hate being bloated)
Aim for under 800 cals (never over 1,000)
Avoid un-countable cals at all costs (binge trigger)
Listen to portion sizes on packages for cal tracking/ practicing moderation
Avoid “just one bite, just one piece, just one handful” foods at all costs (binge trigger)
Try to drink a cup of water before every meal
Try not to eat more than your the size of your fist of any food you can’t count the cals in
Fast as much as possible, intermittent fasting/ extended fasting
If you don’t want an Apple, your not hungry.
If you do binge make sure you binge on low calorie foods- like very low calorie and drink water before eating
