Lemon and Dill Fish Fillet

The aoli is lighter to accomodate the usage of dill, lemon, and pepper. I roasted garlic and mashed it before I folded it in. The tilapia was marinated with the lemon rinds and more pepper. It all is laid on top of a sourdough toast from #boudinbakery .

It's a bit put of season (very out of season), but I think it's a nice and simple dish after a long day.

Man, I really need to find some awesome artists for some passion projects. It's hard to find good talent willing to help new creators that don't have the skills or cash to produce things. They are happy to have me there and all but there is only so much I can do. 😰
