𝐋𝐨𝐰 𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐞
Ingredients
- an apple, chopped and cored
- 3/4 of a cup of water
- cinnamon (as much as you want, I use a lot)
- sweetener of your choice (or sugar if u want)
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a small pan
- let it boil until most of the liquid has reduced (around 10 minutes)
- serve :)
This is my own recipe and I haven’t figured out how many cals is in it because it depends on how much of everything you choose to put in <3
