So here’s my plan
monday : water fast 💦
tuesday : 400 cals 🌸
wednesday : water fast 💦
thursday : 400 cals 🌸
friday : water fast 💦
saturday : 400 cals 🌸
sunday : water fast 💦
So, yes, how you can see it’s 400cals or nothing, but I have lost 15lbs or 6kg and I just want to keep going and finish this with a little quote

breakfast : 1 grapefruit
lunch : 1 burrata and some green vegetables
dinner : a bowl of soup
for a total of : 367 cals
-> that burrata is only 77cals for the whole cheese

scared about the idea of posting body check right now buuuuuuuuuut here’s my stats
1,72 cm for 57 kg or 5,6 ft for 125,6 lb
BMI : 19,3
my UGW is 45kg or 99,2 lb

if you’re craving something sweet and salty (and low in cals)
cut a little bit of cucumber into the shape you prefer
in a bowl, mix some sesame oil with sweet soy sauce (I like to add chilli pepper for the metabolism)
mix ur cucumbers with that dressing
