Larissa La Rue is the adopted daughter of clarisse and Chris, but she’s the daughter of the titan who help Percy in Tartarus, Bob aka Iapetus. So she’s a demititan, she unfortunately took Luke’s path when both Clarisse and Chris die for her similar to her bio mom, so she’s very angry towards Ares and Hermes.

Ranking the best partners for Percy:

1. Rachel

(She is kind and gentle to Percy. She doesn't care he is a demigod. She sees Percy for who he is. She would never hurt, laugh at or even be rude to him all the time like another one does).

2. Nico

(This one has a complicated case due to his age, not that dating another boy wouldn't be? Well... Nico liked Percy and had a big admiration for him. I think they also would do anything for each other)

3. Jason

(Despite being rivals, Percy and Jason seem to care about each other and their friends. Both are kind and smart. Whenever one had a problem, the other would be there to help. I think a matured version of them would be okay together)

4. Annabeth

(I used to ship her with Percy, but I grew up and noticed things that I really didn't agree at all, most of them related to Annabeth's actions towards Percy. I already made posts about them. So, yeah. Percabeth is one of the last couples I like. I only watch them because they are endgame, unfortunately...)

5. Clarisse

(I know that Clarisse is a big bully and bullied Percy many times. But, what I could see from some parts in the books/movies/series, she is not totally bad. With her, Percy wouldn't be afraid to argue or fight. His relationship with Ares would be funny. We would get to explore more about Clarisse's story. The place she came from. Her old life. How she became a bully. Just like Perjason, I think a matured version of both (Clarisse and Percy) could really work out. Their story would be million times more interesting than the one we got, no offense to the fandom. They also have the best scenes together in the live actions. I even posted a fanfic on AO3 with a matured Clarisse).

The reason why I like Silena, Rachel and Hazel:

From I could see, they are not just kind, but they also are not like other feminist characters that think men are dumb and should obey the women.

Concerning Snippets from PJO Chalice of the Gods

Annabeth didn't give Percy any warning. Didn't talk to him. Didn't tell him what she was thinking and just pushed him off the edge, not even knowing if this water was breathable to Percy, AND since he wasn't even prepared he could have easy lost his hold on this important staff.

Now he's fighting this unknown god, Elisson, who guess what wants to cause Percy pain.

Yeah, Annabeth, what did you think was going to happen? Oh, wise one *sarcastic*. At least Percy thinks of more than himself and wants to keep his partner safe.

Here Percy's been through the ringer, forced into this situation BY ANNABETH, and Annabeth, who is safe up on the cliff, is just tapping her wrist like it's a watch because she's impatient for her boyfriend to hurry up. Like girl, this god could kill Percy and has already hurt him, and this is how you react.

Look, I don't care if anyone likes Annabeth or not, but this kind of behavior, not to mention so many more things, is just so concerning to me. Percabeth is not a healthy relationship, and it never has been.

It's just so concerning that this is what been taught to as early as elementary school kids about what is a "healthy" relationship. Not to mention how many times Annabeth has elbowed Percy, kicked his shins, and calls him stupid. Let's not forget the judoflip in HOO either, where Annabeth puts her knee on Percy's chest and presses her forearm against his throat and tells him not to leave her, LIKE HE CHOSE TO BE KIDNAPPED. Instead of ya know, hugging him and telling him she loves him.

Superman and Wonder Woman together is the eugenicists dream and no good writing can save them from that.

I really don't ship or like the couple, but I respect who ships it. For me, a good writing can change many things, even my perspective of something. In my opinion, Wonder Woman and Superman could work out better in another universe since not all versions of them need to be anoher Wonder Woman or Superman. They can just be Clark and Diana in another world, who knows? It would even be better if Clark also liked Diana for herself and not because she was a good friend to him after Lois died (a rebound), like they did with some stories...

Percy should have been more like Naruto and Thomas (from Maze Runner). Two guys that were thrown in a world that people expected them to be the heroes. Both are very loyal to their friends, but there is little romance. Percy shouldn't be a whipped boy running after a girl. The Author really lost the potential with him. The two before are the best in my opinion because they would do anything for everyone, not just one person.

*Percy walks, trips on a rock and ends up falling on the floor. Then he stands up*

*Reyna and Annabeth laugh*

Reyna: Serious...I can't believe you stayed stuck with that clumsy boy all that time.

Annabeth: Not even I can believe it... (Annabeth sighs)

Reyna: Well, at least he had you...

Annabeth: That's for sure! Trust me...Seaweed Brain wouldn't be able to survive without me to order him!

* Reyna and Annabeth look at Percy getting confused with the directions. They laugh pretty hard. Percy notices it. He starts to feel a little uncomfortable. He fakes a laugh at them and continues walking*

Annabeth: Yeah...he really has a seaweed brain! (Annabeth thinks)

*Nico was trying to save kids from being attacked by the monsters, but he is interrupted by someone getting him by his shirt*

Percy: ANNABETH IS HURT! DO SOMETHING! SHE IS DYING!

Nico: Look, Percy. I would really like to help you, but there are still children unsafe in the battle and I don't have healing powers. Only Will, but Will is already busy with other patients. They are dying too.

PERCY: I DON'T CARE! GET HIM TO SAVE ANNABETH!

Nico: Percy, I can't do that. Will is at the camp. If I leave now, more people will die!

*Percy gets Nico by the neck and squeezes it hard*

Percy: I think you didn't understand me, Nico...I said NOW!

*Percy lets go of Nico and the boy falls on the floor and puts a hand on his neck*

Percy: If you don't get your little boyfriend here, the entire world will be in danger. I don't care who I will have to hurt, be a child or a woman.

*Percy leaves. Nico looks at the kids in danger. They were screaming and asking for help. Some were being killed while the others watched the horrible scene. Nico cries and goes to get Will*

Exactly. The nickname's definition is about a clueless person that can't think by himself and needs to follow everything other people say. That boy already has a trauma of feeling a failure and she just reminds him more of the things he doesn't like: be a demigod and be a failure.

Does anyone else hate the nickname seaweed brain?

I think it would be fine if Annabeth also complimented him, but all we, as the reader see, is her making fun of him. I can't think of a single instance where she complimented him. And since the name came from a place of bullying, she should have stopped using it as soon as they became friends. Percy in canon has only called Annabeth wise girl like 4 times he pretty much dropped the name as soon as they became friends.

In canon, he did it cause he thought the nickname Annabeth gave him was clever, but I think that's wrong given what we know of his childhood. It came of him being mean, so he stopped.

It's fine to tease your partner. I tease mine all the time, but I also make sure he knows it's just that, teasing, I also compliment him the same amount because I know his insecurities.

Percy made an attempt to take on his life and Annabeth still makes fun of him.
