Cut SORROW SAUSAGE and drown it in DELICATE DEPRESSION DIP. Add a pinch of SCARY STRANGE SHIT SALT and PROBLEMATIC PERSONALITY PEPPER. Wait till FEAR FRIES look like the hands of death and throw everything on any plate. Or the ground. Wherever you like or used to eat.

If life is depressing you'll get depressed. It's not a virus. It always refers to situations and circumstances. Sure, there's an individual influence on how you deal with it and what your mental constitution is able to endure. Not every bad day is causing depression. But when every day is bad you most likely will lose the fight and get depressed sooner or later.

The question is, are your problems solvable or not. In case they are, there's a high recommendation for therapy and support to change your perspective and overcome the source of darkness.

In case they aren't, cause you don't have any influence on them, anyone else won't actually have. Then good luck and keep praying...

Dear boys. Or should i say men? Not sure. Not sure what it takes to be a man. Cause the main part of human existence no one really thought about it. Behaving like an ape on crack, beating up the weak and spreading a narrative of supremacy against everyone and everything was enough to set a comfortable frame to us. And to create a totally weird leading position from where we could reign the world, the women, the slaves and others. Wonderful institutions and boy-clubs like religion, army, politics and kingdomship were born to save our status for endless decades of senseless decay. Till today. Cause now these stories and tales are falling and dying by people with brains, women that fought and fight and education and facts. Minorities that claim the same rights and societies that don't want to follow the strongest and loudest ones anymore. Empathy, emotions and kindness became more important than weapons, thrones and fists.

What is a great thing and long time needed but with progress there occurred a huge empty space of what it takes to be a man.

Some of my dear colleagues try to maximize old behaviors and rearrange old bloody structures others get lost in a world where nobody knows who they are anymore. Or what to do. Asking themselves if it's really okay to cry or show an emotion. To paint their nails and wear a dress. For inner peace or just for fun and the cause you now can fucking do it without getting killed by a king or toxic manly behavior.

Yeah it's confusing. It's hard. Trying to find yourself and your place always was and is. Now even to us boys.

But just because no one ever told you a better story doesn't mean there is none. We can create it. Like some already do and try. They only get lost and muted in the ultra toxic digital media circus (that mostly poor little boys built of course) But these aren't your role models. They shouldn't be. They don't know other stories and are still stuck to stupid old myths of power, money and egoism. We'll overcome it. Sooner or later..
